Let’s fix hospitality, for good.
Hospitality is tough – margins are thin, waste is high, and teams are stretched. But it doesn’t have to be this hard. That’s why
we built Nory.
Our CEO, Conor, knows the pain first-hand. After founding and scaling Mad Egg in Ireland, he got fed up with juggling
“market-leading” systems, clunky spreadsheets, and endless printouts. So he set out to build the tool he wished he’d had from day
one.
Nory is an all-knowing restaurant management system. It blends real-time data with AI predictive analytics, giving operators
control of their margins. From food prep to forecasting, it’s operational intelligence that helps restaurants run with
consistency, certainty, and profit. The result? Thriving restaurants, better jobs, less waste, healthier margins.
And we’re just getting started. Fresh off a Series B led by Kinnevik, we’ve grown to 80+ people across Ireland, the UK, Spain and
New York – and demand is scaling faster than we ever imagined.
We’re hiring a Senior Product Designer to join our Inventory Management squad.
Most inventory systems still feel like spreadsheets. You’ll design something far better: an intelligent inventory system that
guides restaurants to be more profitable and automates admin tasks, helping restaurant owners and operators focus on what matters
the most: happy customers and happy teams.
This is a role where access to customers is guaranteed, iterations are fast and feedback comes quickly. As a product designer,
you’ll help shape what gets built as well as the end-to-end experience, working towards our vision of a purpose-built restaurant
OS where AI assistants take control of prime cost.
The Squad
The Inventory Management squad owns the product surface that spans procurement, stock management and restaurant accounting:
ordering ingredients from suppliers, making sure the invoice that lands a week later matches what had arrived, counting stock on
Sunday nights, tracking what was binned vs served, and making sure every cent of it is accounted for in the P&L.
Right now, the squad is building AI assistants that turn tomorrow's forecasted demand into tonight's supplier orders, and that
hunt down invoice discrepancies across hundreds of line items before a finance team has to go looking. We balance that with
evolving the entire Nory system, shipping quickly and iterating on real customer feedback.

How we work
Our vision is to build a better future for the restaurant industry.
One where operators are in control, margins are stronger, and frontline teams can build careers they’re proud of. To get there, we
move fast, stay focused, and hold ourselves to a high bar. Our values guide how we work, grow, and win – together.
We serve up impact with a side of profit: We prioritise work that delivers real financial results for our restaurant partners.
We prioritise speed of service: We move fast, unblock quickly, and deliver with urgency.
We act like owners: We own problems, raise the bar, and build better every day.
We win as a crew: We grow stronger through feedback, collaboration, and shared wins.
We hire humans.
At Nory, we believe that diverse teams build better products. We welcome applicants from all backgrounds, identities, and walks of
life. We do not discriminate based on gender, ethnicity, sexual orientation, religion, family status, age, disability, or race.

About the job Kota is reimagining insurance and retirement benefits for the modern workforce. Through our two flagship products—Kota Platform, the first fully integrated benefits platform, and Kota Embed, our embedded insurance solution—we're making benefits more accessible, valued, and global. Today, we power benefits for tens of thousands of employees at Europe's most forward-thinking companies, including Carwow, Tines, Zoe, and Remote. Founded in 2022, we've raised more than €20M from leading investors like EQT Ventures, Eurazeo, Northzone, and Frontline, along with founders and executives from Workday, Remote, Personio, OpenAI, and more. ROLE OVERVIEW We’re hiring a Senior Product Designer to join Kota’s Customer Platform team. This is the heart of Kota: the app where employers and employees interact with our health, pension, and insurance services. The role will be an important addition to our team as we scale and there are several reasons to join now: * Own the Core Product - Your work directly impacts how our customers use Kota. You will be responsible for turning complexity into clear, intuitive flows and interfaces. * Design Fast, Ship Right - Designing and writing is how we think together and drive product alignment. You have to move at pace but don’t lose quality as we start building and scaling. * Craft-Driven Culture - We believe innovation truly happens when we push beyond “good enough”. From microcopy to complex web interactions, you will work with people that sweat the details and ship with care. * Modern Design Environment - Work with cutting-edge technologies and tools to define the future of insurance UX. * Autonomy and Ownership - We hire outstanding people and get out of their way. You will have responsibility from day one, with space to do your best work. WHAT YOU’LL DO * Own key web product areas from early concepts to shipped implementation * Turn ambiguous product problems into clear flows, interfaces, and interaction models * Raise the quality bar through design quality, critique, and thoughtful collaboration * Use Cursor or Claude Code to prototype, build, and iterate through simple interfaces. * Identify and design reusable components and patterns that improve consistency and speed across our Platform product. * Partner closely with engineering to scope, design, iterate, and ship at high velocity * Contribute to product thinking, the overall direction of our product, and growing our design culture, not just shipping new features. You will be joining our design team early and working with our existing product designer. Together, you will form the core of our design function for Kota’s Customer Platform, collaborating to define the future of benefits and insurance. WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR * Experience as a product designer working on complex products, ideally in B2B, fintech, or other information-dense environments. * End-to-end thinking and ownership, from big-picture systems thinking to the smallest interaction detail. * Balance of speed and detail, knowing when to move fast and when to obsess over the last 1%. * Proven experience creating, maintaining, and scaling design systems and thinking in ways to create reusable patterns and components across each product. * Agency, ownership, and autonomy; someone who doesn’t wait to be told what to do. * Comfort working with AI tools like Cursor or Claude Code, even if you are not writing production-ready code. * A portfolio that shows strong product thinking, interaction design, and craft. OUR VALUES * Have Integrity. We care deeply about our why and it won’t jeopardise our how. * Care Deeply. Our products are our story, we look at the details, go the extra mile to delight customers. * Own Your Ship. Ask why, do the work, get the data, solve the problem, be an owner. * Raise the Bar. We continuously look to push past good enough. Expect more, move faster, and never stop raising your and the team’s standards. * Play to Win. We exist because we decided to say no to the norm – now we do this everyday. And of course.... Your employee benefits! * Health Insurance contribution via Kota * Access to a Workplace Pension with matched contributions up to 5% via Kota * WFH stipend to support your home office needs * Group Life Assurance via Kota * Generous Paid Time Off - work hard and take the time you need * Annual, company-wide offsite We are an equal-opportunity employer and value diversity at our company. We do not discriminate based on race, religion, colour, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, age, marital status, veteran status, or disability status
