With offices in the UK and the US, we support clients worldwide, helping them to accelerate growth through the power of sport.   Role Overview The Senior Account Manager will play an important role in overseeing a major multi-national client’s Formula 1 partnership, with a strong focus on hospitality delivery and partnership management. Acting as the primary day-to-day client lead, this role is pivotal in ensuring the partnership delivers measurable business value, deepens engagement, and upholds Right Formula’s commitment to exceptional delivery standards. With a strong blend of strategic thinking, client servicing, and operational leadership, the Senior Account Manager will oversee project planning, budget management, and stakeholder coordination while mentoring junior team members. The role requires a confident, commercially minded individual capable of translating partnership objectives into actionable programmes that elevate both brand and business performance The role will be based at Right Formula’s offices in Battersea, London, and will require extensive international travel.   Key Responsibilities ·       Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for the client, managing key relationships and ensuring seamless communication across all stakeholders. ·       Lead the strategic planning, development, and execution of the client’s partnership and hospitality programmes to ensure all activations deliver against commercial and brand objectives. ·       Oversee the end-to-end delivery of multiple premium hospitality experiences, including logistics, guest communications, gifting and collateral, supplier and venue management, HSSE, and on-site execution. ·       Drive partnership strategy implementation, ensuring all contractual rights and assets are fully leveraged to maximise value and performance. ·       Lead the creation and management of annual partnership plans, activation calendars, and status trackers. ·       Oversee budget management, including forecasting, supplier negotiation, cost control, and reconciliation, ensuring financial accuracy across all projects. ·       Manage and mentor Account Managers and Executives, providing direction, feedback, and professional development support. ·       Produce and present post-event reports and performance evaluations, incorporating data, insights, and recommendations for future optimisation. ·       Provide strategic input and support to the Senior Account Director on long-term client growth, renewal discussions, and commercial opportunities. ·       Represent Right Formula at events and client meetings, embodying the agency’s values and commitment to excellence.   Skills & Experience Required ·       Significant experience in client, agency, or rights-holder account management within sports, events, or partnership marketing. ·       Proven track record managing high-profile brand partnerships and global hospitality programmes within Formula 1. ·       Strong understanding of sponsorship rights, hospitality operations, and partnership performance metrics. ·       Demonstrated success in strategic account leadership, including budget management, client development, and programme optimisation. ·       Exceptional project management skills with the ability to manage multiple complex workstreams and teams. ·       Confident communicator, able to engage and influence senior stakeholders both internally and externally. ·       Strong commercial acumen with experience in budget ownership, forecasting, and reporting. ·       Creative and strategic mindset, with the ability to translate client goals into impactful activation ideas and measurable results. ·       High attention to detail, with a calm, solution-focused approach under pressure. ·       Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and relevant project management platforms. ·       A natural leader and team player, with a passion for motorsport, brand partnerships, and delivering exceptional experiences.   Role Structure & Benefits ·       Hybrid working ·       Flexible hours with core working hours between 10am – 4pm  ·       Discretionary bonus scheme  ·       Gym & Retail Discounts   ·       Enhanced Employer Pension contribution   ·       Mental Wellbeing Day & Volunteer Day in addition to annual leave   ·       Sabbatical Leave in conjunction with long-service   ·       Employee Assistance Programme     After successfully passing probation:  ·       Private Healthcare  ·       £500 per annum individual training budget  ·       Cycle to work scheme  ·       Payroll giving   ·       Season Ticket Loan  ·       Work From Anywhere Allowance

The role will be based at Right Formula’s offices in Battersea, London, and will require international travel.   Key Responsibilities ·       Act as a trusted day-to-day client partner, providing clarity, proactive communication, and confident guidance across all stakeholders. ·       Lead the planning and delivery of partnership activations and hospitality programmes, ensuring they are strategically aligned to business objectives and deliver measurable impact. ·       Champion full utilisation of partnership rights and assets, aligning activation plans to the client’s broader marketing and commercial priorities. ·       Develop and maintain clear activation roadmaps and tracking frameworks that ensure accountability, visibility, and performance reporting across programmes. ·       Oversee operational delivery with a focus on excellence and efficiency, ensuring guest experience, supplier management, logistics, and on-site execution meet premium standards while supporting long-term client value. ·       Manage timelines, budgets, and deliverables with strong commercial discipline, balancing flawless execution with profitability and resource efficiency. ·       Lead financial planning, cost control, and reconciliation processes, ensuring transparency and sustainable account performance. ·       Elevate creative thinking within the team, supporting the development of ideas, presentations, and post-event reporting that move beyond delivery to demonstrate insight and impact. ·       Lead internal and client meetings with confidence, ensuring alignment, momentum, and clear next steps across all workstreams. ·       Contribute strategic input into partnership planning, identifying optimisation opportunities, innovation areas, and avenues for organic growth. ·       Support senior leadership in strengthening client relationships, expanding scope, and positioning the team as strategic partners rather than operational executors.   Skills & experience required ·       4+ years’ experience in sports marketing, sponsorship, brand partnerships, or related fields. This senior role combines leadership, client development, and operational oversight, ensuring each partnership delivers exceptional guest experiences, strong commercial return, and measurable brand impact. As the senior client lead, the Account Director will manage the account teams, guide long-term partnership strategy, and serve as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders. They will be responsible for translating client business objectives into world-class hospitality and activation programmes, ensuring Right Formula continues to set the benchmark for premium delivery and client service. The role will be based at Right Formula’s offices in Battersea, London, and will require extensive international travel.   Key Responsibilities Client Leadership & Relationship Management Act as the senior point of contact for both clients, building and maintaining strong, trusted relationships at senior stakeholder level. Oversee the annual partnership strategy, ensuring hospitality, activation, and communication programmes align with broader brand and business objectives. Lead regular client reviews, reporting, and strategic planning sessions, ensuring performance insights and future opportunities are clearly articulated.       Partnership & Hospitality Strategy Lead the development and execution of hospitality and guest experience strategies that deliver exceptional, brand-aligned experiences across global events. Oversee end-to-end hospitality delivery, from pre-event planning and communications through to on-site management, supplier oversight, and post-event evaluation. Ensure all contractual rights and assets are fully leveraged and tracked, delivering measurable value across both partnerships. Champion innovation and continuous improvement across event delivery, guest engagement, and operational processes. Proactively collaborate with creative, strategy, and production teams to develop innovative activations and campaigns.   Team Leadership & Delivery Oversight Lead and mentor a team of Account Managers and Executives, fostering a collaborative, high-performance culture. Oversee project delivery to ensure the highest standards of quality, efficiency, and client satisfaction. Provide clear direction, prioritisation, and resource management across both account teams. Support the professional development of direct reports through coaching, feedback, and structured progression planning. Work closely with the Group Account Director and senior leadership to ensure client objectives align with agency strategy and delivery capability.   Commercial & Financial Management Own and manage account budgets, forecasting, and profitability, ensuring projects are delivered within scope and to target margin. Oversee supplier contracting and negotiations, ensuring strong commercial terms and alignment with agency standards. Identify and pursue account growth opportunities, including renewals, extensions, and new business streams within existing clients. Ensure financial governance, accurate billing, and regular reporting across both accounts.   Skills & Experience Required Extensive experience in client, agency, or rights-holder account management within sports, events, or partnership marketing. Proven leadership of premium hospitality and partnership programmes within Formula 1 or international motorsport (essential). Strong track record of managing multiple high-profile clients or accounts simultaneously. Deep understanding of hospitality operations, sponsorship rights, and partnership performance measurement. Demonstrated ability to lead strategic planning, client development, and account growth initiatives. Exceptional relationship management and communication skills, with the gravitas to influence senior client stakeholders. Strong commercial acumen, with experience managing multi-million-pound budgets and driving profitability. Strategic thinker with creative flair, capable of inspiring teams and delivering innovative, client-first solutions. Experienced leader who can motivate, mentor, and develop high-performing teams. Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and other relevant project management and reporting tools, ideally Monday.com.
