Your role As a Business Development Representative (BDR) for the Private Landlord market, your primary mission is to expand HousingAnywhere's inventory by actively hunting and onboarding new property owners. The Private Landlord team is a key driver of our marketplate’s growth and is now expanding. We are looking for a new Business Development Representative to own the Italian market growth end-to-end. This role requires an entrepreneurial mindset, combining high-volume phone outreach with a data-driven approach to identify opportunities. Key responsibilities: * Outbound Acquisition: Identify, prospect, and acquire new private landlords primarily through cold calling and proactive outreach. * End-to-End Onboarding: Educate landlords on product features, supporting them closely until they successfully score their first booking. * Expectation & Objection Management: Confidently handle complex landlord objections while maintaining a professional partnership. * Success & Revenue Optimization: Train landlords to use the product effectively to maximize their occupancy and revenue, while driving commercial growth. * Relationship Management: Build strong, long-term relationships with landlords, acting as their trusted point of contact. * Data-Driven City Strategy: Monitor your local portfolio performance, analyze the data and take action to improve your metrics. * Product Advocacy & Problem Solving: Maintain a sharp eye for product issues in the user journey and proactively share actionable feedback. * Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Product and Customer Success teams to continuously elevate the landlord experience. * Innovation: Proactively identify and support opportunities to improve processes through automation and AI. Your profile * Native Italian and fluent in English. * Hunter Mentality: Proven experience or strong comfort with high-volume cold calling and managing a pipeline from scratch. * Commercial Polish: Excellent communication skills to negotiate and build trust over the phone. * Growth Mindset: Highly self-motivated and passionate about learning and improving. * Resilience & Adaptability: Thrives in a fast-paced environment and stays positive through change and rejection. * Analytical Mindset: Ability to look at data to identify opportunities and improve performance. * Solution-oriented: Thinks creatively, overcomes objections, and finds practical solutions to customer challenges. * Innovation Mindset: Embraces AI and automation to work smarter and improve team efficiency. Your role As our City Manager, you will build and grow our Budapest market by winning new accommodation partners, helping them succeed on our platform, and becoming the local market expert within HousingAnywhere. This is a high-impact, hybrid role designed for an entrepreneurial talent who wants to own their market instead of just managing a customer portfolio. By combining outbound acquisition, strategy, and account management, you will have the creative freedom to shape how Budapest grows. Working alongside an ambitious, international commercial team, and see the direct impact of your work on the business! Key responsibilities: * Full-Cycle Market Ownership: Own the entire sales funnel for the Budapest market, from initial outbound outreach to long-term relationship management. * Outbound Acquisition: Grow our Budapest supply by winning new property managers and accommodation providers primarily through high-volume phone outreach and strategic meetings. * End-to-End Onboarding: Set new partners up for long-term success by helping them achieve their first bookings quickly. * Account Management: Retain, nurture, and optimize your acquired accounts over time, helping partners maximize their occupancy and revenue. * Data-Driven City Strategy: Monitor city-wide performance metrics to spot supply gaps and optimize your local strategy. * Process Optimization & Innovation: Continuously improve the way you work by using modern sales tools, automation and AI where they create value. * Business trips (“City Attacks”): You'll regularly travel to Budapest to meet partners, build relationships and identify new commercial opportunities.
