Behind every product Mercury ships is a fast-growing company: dozens of teams across engineering, product, design, data, and
business functions, and hundreds of projects that require alignment across compliance, legal, partnerships, customer support,
finance, and leadership. AI Ops builds the systems that keep that organization moving, helping teams move quickly without losing
shared context.
In this role, you'll own Mercury's internal knowledge infrastructure: the systems and standards that make company information
accurate, discoverable, and useful. You'll build and maintain a trusted context layer—a structured, living record of what teams
own, are building, and know—and ensure it stays current automatically.
That context layer powers leadership reporting, planning, operational reviews, and the internal AI agents employees use every day.
You'll define how information is organized, validated, and maintained across systems like Linear and Mercury's internal platforms
so they function as a single source of truth.
Working closely with Engineering, who own the underlying infrastructure, you'll design the knowledge layer above it: the
taxonomies, schemas, validation workflows, and automations that make company knowledge reliable for both people and AI systems.
This role sits at the intersection of systems operations, knowledge architecture, and product thinking. Success isn't measured by
collecting more information, but by creating a high-signal knowledge system that helps employees find answers quickly, enables
leaders to make decisions from shared context, and gives AI systems the foundation they need to operate effectively.
Mercury aims to make banking* feel secure, reliable, thoughtful, and perhaps even magical. Your job is to make the company's
internal knowledge systems just as dependable.

About the Team The Global People Operations Team is the operational heartbeat of Miro, delivering streamlined, high-quality people services that empower every Mironeer's journey. Our North Star is building a world-class, follow-the-sun service delivery model that provides seamless, scalable support across all time zones. We're pioneering the future of People Ops through AI-driven automation and enabling employee self-service. Guided by data and powered by innovation, we deliver secure, compliant, and agile operations across the full employee lifecycle—from onboarding to offboarding, benefits administration to policy management. By partnering closely with the broader People Team, Payroll & Stock Admin, Workplace, and Workplace IT, we enhance the employee experience while maintaining the operational excellence that allows our business to scale globally. About the Role We're looking for a People Operations Lead to join our Amsterdam hub. This is a hands-on role where you'll be the face of the People Operations team locally. You'll wear many hats — answering employee questions, supporting the employee lifecycle, ensuring local compliance, and identifying opportunities to make our processes better each day using AI and automations. This role is a great fit for someone who takes pride in getting the details right, enjoys being present and helpful to the people around them, and is looking to grow their HR expertise in a global, fast-moving environment. What you’ll do * Local Expert: Be the subject matter expert in operationalizing labour laws and regulations in the Netherlands, including developing global to local processes, policies, and programs. Teach and train your fellow teammates on local topics. Stay informed about updates to regulations and HR market practices within the countries you support. * Local Compliance: Ensure Miro keeps up to date with compliance within the Netherlands. This includes being responsible for any relevant compliance reporting, government filing, IND processes, and workers comp. Conduct regular compliance audits to ensure we meet requirements. * Frontline People Support: Help support the People Help Portal by providing timely and accurate responses to questions related to HR programs and benefits. While your primary focus is the Netherlands, you'll also handle global tickets as part of a shared team model — always applying a global-to-local lens to ensure our global standards translate correctly into local context. * AI & Automation: Actively identify and implement opportunities to leverage AI, automation, and service delivery technologies to improve People Operations efficiency. Evaluate and adopt tools that enhance how the team works, and help translate these capabilities into practical, scalable workflows. * Process and Program Management: Own the execution of key People processes across the full employee lifecycle — onboarding, job changes, leaves and UWV coordination, and offboarding. You keep the day-to-day running smoothly while also contributing to broader team priorities and projects. * HR Data and Record Management: Responsible for the accurate maintenance of HR profiles, data, and other recordkeeping systems for our Netherlands employees. Ensure all employee records are up-to-date and confidentially managed, adhering to GDPR and local data protection regulations. * Payroll Collaboration: Work closely with the Payroll Team to ensure accurate and compliant payroll runs, including processing pay changes, leaves, and other employee updates in line with Dutch legislation. Serve as the local point of contact for payroll inputs and flag any issues in a timely manner. * Benefits Administration: Provide support in the administration of employee benefits programs in the Netherlands to ensure we follow local requirements. * Continuous Improvement: Actively seek ways to improve People processes and practices. Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives aimed at enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of the People Operations function. What you’ll need * Comprehensive understanding of the labour laws and regulations in the Netherlands, including familiarity with IND processes, Works Council engagement, and operationalizing EMEA Pay Transparency * Fluency in English and Dutch * 4+ years of experience in People Operations or People Service Delivery * Track record of implementing AI, automation, or service delivery technologies that improved operational efficiency — you're comfortable evaluating and adopting new tools that enhance how teams work * Ability to work hybrid (at least 1-2x in office per week) * Experience in Workday (e.g. super user in People Ops, partnering with People Tech on requirements and testing) and ticketing systems (e.g. Jira) * Demonstrated ability to manage day-to-day operations while driving projects simultaneously * Ability to adapt to changing business needs and thrive in a dynamic environment * Sensitivity to and understanding of cultural differences and the ability to navigate these in a business context * Outstanding communication and collaboration skills * Demonstrated ability to translate intricate legal and operational requirements into simple, followable how-to guides that non-experts can easily understand and apply * Experience handling HSM permit extensions and complex visa types in the Netherlands (preferred) * Knowledge of labour laws and regulations in Denmark and France is a plus * Previous experience working for a global company and with EOR vendors such as Remote.com is also a plus What's in it for you We want you to feel supported, connected, and ready to grow. Our global benefits package generally includes equity, a wellbeing benefit, a WFH equipment allowance, and an annual Learning & Development stipend. Join a diverse team where you can do your best work. Full benefits may differ per location. At Snowflake, we are powering the era of the agentic enterprise. To usher in this new era, we seek AI-native thinkers across every function who are energized by the opportunity to reinvent how they work. You don’t just use tools; you possess an innate curiosity, treating AI as a high-trust collaborator that is core to how you solve problems and accelerate your impact. We look for low-ego individuals who thrive in dynamic and fast-moving environments and move with an experimental mindset — who rapidly test emerging capabilities to discover simpler, more powerful ways to deliver results. At Snowflake, your role isn't just to execute a function, but to help redefine the future of how work gets done. Snowflake is seeking a Sr. Director, GTM Systems, Process & Operations to lead our global GTM Systems function, reporting to the SVP of Revenue Strategy and Operations. This executive role governs and evolves our end-to-end GTM technology stack, data architecture, and revenue intelligence foundation — overseeing Quote-to-Cash, Core Sales Technology, and GTM Shared Services to maximize field performance and revenue velocity. As a key leader in Snowflake's AI-native RevOps evolution, you will inherit a highly capable team and push it further — ensuring Snowflake's own revenue operations are the best proof point for Snowflake's technology. Key Responsibilities * Platform Strategy & Architecture: Own the long-term roadmap for global GTM data and technology. Set architectural direction for the revenue intelligence platform — what gets built, governed, and retired. Maintain rigorous MDM, data hygiene, and release management in partnership with IT. * AI-Native Operations: Lead a team already at the forefront of AI adoption in GTM. Define how AI agents, automated workflows, and data pipelines replace manual data production — and shift the team's focus toward governance, architecture, and strategic advisory work. * Revenue Velocity: Standardize global sales workflows and streamline Quote-to-Cash to reduce cycle times and field friction. Ensure the GTM data layer is fast, reliable, and trusted enough for field leaders to act on without verification overhead. * Field Support: Provide strategic leadership for the Field Support organization, integrating specialized deal support with centralized operational execution to optimize field productivity and customer success. * Cross-Functional Leadership: Partner with IT, Sales, Product, Finance, Legal, and Partner Operations to scope and deliver complex GTM capabilities. Hold a platform position — setting the agenda for what the revenue data layer enables. * Team Leadership: Manage and grow a global team of Directors, Senior Managers, and specialists across QTC, Core Sales, and Shared Services. Drive the cultural and capability shifts required to lead — not follow — the pace of change. * Buy vs. Build Governance: Oversee procurement and integration of third-party technologies. Evaluate AI tooling critically, distinguishing genuine capability from hype. * Snowflake on Snowflake: Partner with Product and Data Engineering to embed Snowflake's AI and data capabilities directly into internal GTM workflows. This org is the reference architecture for enterprise revenue operations running on Snowflake. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS * 15+ years of professional experience, with 8+ years leading Sales Operations, GTM Systems, or Revenue Intelligence functions in a high-growth B2B SaaS or enterprise technology environment * Proven success managing global, multi-layered teams across system configuration, process design, and SLA-driven shared services operations * Deep expertise in the Salesforce ecosystem (SFDC, CPQ, CLM) and master data management platforms * Experience governing the integration between Salesforce and a cloud data warehouse (Snowflake, Databricks, or equivalent) as the analytical layer * Demonstrated ability to drive executive alignment through data, manage competing priorities, and communicate across technical and business audiences PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS * Experience leading a GTM operations or revenue systems team through a transition from data delivery to AI-governed data architecture — not just introducing AI tools, but redesigning how the team's work is organized around them * Working knowledge of AI agent deployments in a revenue operations context, including LLM-based agent governance within CRM and data warehouse systems * Demonstrated ownership of metric definitions, data quality infrastructure, or a "single source of truth" initiative at a revenue data architecture level — serving multiple downstream consumers * Track record of leading organizational transformation through technology-driven change — sustaining momentum through ambiguity and retaining key talent during rapid evolution * Executive presence and credibility with peer VPs and SVPs — able to hold a platform position in cross-functional conversations without defaulting to compliance Every Snowflake employee is expected to follow the company’s confidentiality and security standards for handling sensitive data. Snowflake employees must abide by the company’s data security plan as an essential part of their duties. It is every employee's duty to keep customer information secure and confidential. Snowflake is growing fast, and we’re scaling our team to help enable and accelerate our growth. We are looking for people who share our values, challenge ordinary thinking, and push the pace of innovation while building a future for themselves and Snowflake. How do you want to make your impact?
