WHO WE ARE Notion is the collaborative AI workspace where teams and agents think together. We're building one place where your knowledge, projects, meetings, and AI tools live side by side, so work is faster, clearer, and less fragmented. Millions of individuals, small teams, and large companies run their work on Notion. Notinos (our employees) are customer zero in bringing this future of work to life. We care about craft, building things that last, and the belief that great work is still fundamentally human. Our goal isn’t to ship the next feature. Each and every team of Notinos is working to set the standard for how humans work together in the AI era. From building a business’s system of record to making and managing AI agents to automating away the busy work, we care deeply about giving our customers more time for their life’s work. ABOUT THE ROLE You’ll be responsible for analyzing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, designing and implementing solutions to unlock our sales team. Your knowledge of sales processes will be instrumental in implementing critical systems to unlock our business goals. In this role, you’ll partner closely with RevOps, Sales Ops, Deal Desk, Finance, and Legal to turn real deal friction into durable systems: clearer processes, smarter automation, and a quoting experience that helps the team move faster with confidence. This role is based in San Francisco. We work from our offices on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays (our Anchor Days) because we do our best thinking and building together in person. We’re looking for someone who’s excited to work alongside the team during those days. WHAT YOU’LL ACHIEVE * Analyze business processes and sales systems to identify improvement opportunities * Independently drive tasks and projects end to end (requirements, analysis, design, implementation, thorough testing, launch, and ongoing support). * Manage Salesforce configuration through a governed change management process - building and maintaining Flows, custom objects, validation rules, and security controls with sandbox-first development, documentation, and aligned with platform best practices. * Collaborate proactively with business stakeholders and the Corporate Systems team to deliver durable solutions. * Partner with senior admins and developers to configure solutions across core CRM data models (Accounts, Opportunities, lead-to-opportunity processes, and related custom objects). * Support stakeholders with day-to-day system questions, unblock workflows, and become a trusted Salesforce admin partner * Ensure thorough testing, documentation, and clear communication for all system changes. * Look for everyday ways AI can accelerate your work, simplify seller processes, and reduce manual steps. SKILLS YOU’LL BRING * You are Salesforce Admin certified. * 7+ years of experience as a Sales Business Systems Analyst and/or providing Salesforce support. * Experience with a CPQ implementation and deep knowledge of quote-to-cash (and other sales functional processes). * Strong working knowledge of Sales Cloud best practices, including building Flows, validation rules, and reports. * AI-native builder mindset: comfortable using AI tools to accelerate development, generate code, build agents, and draft clear requirements; eager to keep leveling up. * Ability to map processes and translate needs into user stories, with strong stakeholder collaboration. * Experience working in Agile environments and partnering effectively with development teams. NICE TO HAVE * Certified Salesforce CPQ Specialist Notion is committed to providing highly competitive cash compensation, equity, and benefits. The compensation offered for this role will be based on multiple factors such as location, the role’s scope and complexity, and the candidate’s experience and expertise, and may vary from the range provided below. For roles based in San Francisco, the estimated base salary range for this role is $145,000-$170,000 per year. By clicking “Submit Application”, I understand and agree that Notion and its affiliates and subsidiaries will collect and process my information in accordance with Notion’s Global Recruiting Privacy Policy. #LI-Onsite A NOTE ON AI You don’t need deep AI expertise for every role, but we do expect every Notino to be intellectually curious, drawn to tinkering and discovery, and excited to use AI as a real collaborator in their work. For some roles, AI fluency is a core requirement — when that’s the case, we'll say so explicitly in the qualifications. People who thrive here don’t treat AI as a novelty. They use it to think better, and make their work easier for others to build on. EQUAL OPPORTUNITY & ACCOMMODATIONS We hire talented people from a wide range of backgrounds. If you’re excited about this role but don’t meet every bullet, we still encourage you to apply. Notion is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of any legally protected characteristic. We partner with world-class performers: including Aaron Judge and the New York Yankees, Ludvig Åberg (and his caddie), and campaigns featuring Jude Law. Joining Legora means three things. * We lean in: ownership over titles, outcomes over intentions. * We fight for excellence: high standards, direct, ego-free feedback. * We grow together: as a team and with our customers. Mission before ego. Everyone contributes. No one coasts. If you’re driven by impact, pace, and raising the bar. This is the place. What You'll Do Let’s get the tricky part out of the way: this role doesn’t fit neatly into a traditional box. It’s part legal ops, part product specialist, part solutions architect, and part client whisperer. If you enjoy roles that stay static, this probably isn’t it. Your mission is to help our clients, some of the most respected legal teams in the world, get the absolute most out of our platform. Some of what you’ll be up to: * Acting as a thought partner to clients - building trusted relationships, addressing tricky pain points, and identifying high-value opportunities for them to scale their use of Legora. * Working together with Customer Success in taking full ownership of client relationship - from running pilots in the early stages, to onboarding new users, and ultimately guiding full-firm adoption across major law firms and corporate legal departments. * Be the voice of the user inside Legora - sharing insights that directly inform product development, roadmap priorities, and strategic direction. * Delivering clear, confident product demos and training that bring the power of our platform to life. * Documenting best practices, contribute to the development of scalable playbooks, and help shape how we grow this function globally. * Confidently helping our clients navigate one of the biggest shifts in how the legal business operates - from evaluating the ROI and impact of AI to clearly mapping how AI will impact different practice areas What You Bring You come from the world of law; but you’ve never been content with how things have always been done. You may have started out at a top-tier law firm. Maybe you’ve worked in a corporate legal team, seeing thorny operational problems from the inside. Perhaps you've even tried disrupting the status-quo through a legal tech company, or ventures of your own. Either way, you've had experience beyond the traditional legal career path. Either way, you know how legal teams think, work, and (sometimes) struggle and you're ready to help them level up with technology. * Have a background in law, with experience at a top-tier firm or in-house legal team. * Are tech-curious and product-savvy. Not necessarily a coder, but passionate navigating technical conversations, especially around things like generative AI, technology implementation, innovation and productivity . * Communicate clearly and confidently with diverse stakeholders, both lawyers and engineers. I.e. translating across disciplines is second nature to you. * Bring structure to ambiguity and energy to complexity; and enjoy being the calm, credible presence in a fast-moving environment. * Understand how to evaluate and improve existing processes as a direct result of new and emerging technologies * Are proactive, self-directed, and comfortable juggling multiple client relationships at once. * Care deeply about quality, but don’t get stuck in perfectionism - you get things done, and you make them better over time. What’s In It For You * Global collaboration: Partner with teams and clients domestic and internationally. * Competitive package: Comprehensive salary, benefits, and tools for success. * Meaningful work: Your efforts shape how thousands of lawyers use AI daily. * In-person environment: Union Square office designed for ambitious builders. * Benefits & Perks: We invest in our people with a comprehensive, thoughtfully designed benefits package: Medical, Dental & Vision * Multiple medical plan options through Aetna and Kaiser Permanente * HSA or Healthcare FSA (based on plan selection) * Dental plans via MetLife * Vision plans via Vision Care Family Support * Generous parental leave * Free access to Maven Clinic * Dependent Care FSA * Free One Medical membership for employees and dependents Additional Perks * Pre-tax commuter benefits * Life Insurance + STD/LTD * 401(K) with generous company match * Unlimited PTO * Robust voluntary benefits, including identity protection (via Aura), legal coverage via MetLife, pet savings programs, and more Legora is an Equal Opportunity Employer At Legora, we believe great teams are built on diversity of thought and experience. We’re proud to be an equal opportunity employer and committed to creating an inclusive, high-performance culture where everyone can do their best work. We welcome people of all backgrounds and don’t discriminate based on race, color, religion, national origin, gender, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, age, disability, veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law.
