About the role
Reporting directly to the Global CTO, the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) & Head of Information Technology will serve as Trustly’s most senior security and internal technology operations executive. This is a dual-scope role: you will own the full information security program - strategy, architecture, risk, and response, while also leading the IT organization that underpins Trustly’s global workforce, including driving our AI productivity journey.
You will be a key voice to the C-suite and a trusted advisor to the Board on all matters related to security posture, cyber risk, and technology resilience. You will operate at the intersection of a high-growth, globally distributed fintech and a fast-evolving regulatory and threat landscape, making decisions that have direct implications for our customers, our partners, and our business.
As the Head of Revenue Strategy & Operations, you will own the strategy, systems, and operational infrastructure that drive Asana's revenue engine. Leading a global team across functional areas like revenue transformation, systems, CX, and regional operations, you will manage our revenue operations, systems, strategy, analytics, and enablement to enable growth, efficiency, and performance at scale. You will sit at the intersection of strategy and execution, bridging the gap between high-level annual planning and rigorous operational process improvements. We are looking for an impactful leader who is eager to build AI-native systems, optimize our go-to-market productivity, and help our global teams work together effortlessly. This role is based in our San Francisco office with an office-centric hybrid schedule. The standard in-office days are Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday. Most Asanas have the option to work from home on Wednesdays. Working from home on Fridays depends on the type of work you do and the teams with which you partner. WHAT YOU’LL ACHIEVE * Drive annual revenue strategy and planning, including setting core priorities, initiative roadmaps, territory design, and headcount allocation. * Oversee the global revenue operating cadence, accurately managing forecasting, QBRs, and performance metrics across all segments and regions. * Optimize global CX and Channel strategy, scaling renewal operations, tracking partner performance, and driving continuous improvement in GRR/NRR. * Align regional sales operations across AMER, EMEA, APAC, and JPN to ensure operational excellence and consistent execution. * Establish a unified revenue data model and cross-functional metrics to maintain a clear, high-quality source of truth for all stakeholders. * Lead high-impact transformation programs from conceptualization through delivery, translating strategic opportunities into measurable productivity and pipeline growth. * Directly manage five Heads and their respective teams: * Revenue Transformation & Programs * CX & Channel Strategy & Operations * International Sales Strategy & Operations * AMER Sales Strategy & Operations ABOUT YOU * 10+ years of experience in revenue operations, strategy, or GTM leadership, with at least 5 years of experience managing senior teams. * Track record of leading complex, cross-functional programs from design through to measurable business impact. * Deep expertise across both commercial operations (forecasting, territory design) and revenue systems/tooling (CRM, automation, data standards). * Ability to operate comfortably at the executive level, serving as a trusted strategic advisor and thought partner to the Chief Revenue Officer. * Strong bias for action with a demonstrated ability to hold distributed teams accountable to exceptionally high standards. * Demonstrates curiosity about AI tools and emerging technologies, with a willingness to learn and leverage them to enhance productivity, collaboration, or decision-making. WHAT WE’LL OFFER Our comprehensive compensation package plays a big part in how we recognize you for the impact you have on our path to achieving our mission. We believe that compensation should be reflective of the value you create relative to the market value of your role. To ensure pay is fair and not impacted by biases, we're committed to looking at market value which is why we check ourselves and conduct a yearly pay equity audit. For this role, the estimated base salary range is between $309,000 - $364,000. The actual base salary will vary based on various factors, including market and individual qualifications objectively assessed during the interview process. The listed range above is a guideline, and the base salary range for this role may be modified. In addition to base salary, your compensation package may include additional components such as equity, sales incentive pay (for most sales roles), and benefits. This is a leadership role that is as much about driving change across the firm as it is about running the security function. They will set standards, influence behaviour, embed security into business processes, and work with departments across the organisation to raise the bar on how Man Group manages risk. A Deputy CISO will own day-to-day security operations and policy, allowing the CISO to focus on identity transformation, standards, governance, and driving security culture firm-wide. Reporting to the Head of Enterprise Risk, the CISO will be responsible for overseeing Identity and Access Management (IAM) Programme, IAM BAU, and Information Security. We are now looking for a Global Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) to define, lead, and govern our global cyber security agenda across the entire global organization. This is a diverse role, with operational and strategic aspects. Governance, risk management, and operational resilience are key focus areas. In this global role, you will work across all levels; from the executive management team, our leaders, and key functions across Westermo’s global operations. You might be an expert in one area of Information Security, but you are looking for a wider role.
