As a Customer Enablement Manager, you’ll work directly with some of our largest customers to help them get the most value from the
Figma platform. You'll design and deliver tailored enablement strategies that drive product adoption, help uncover new use cases,
and support long-term success.

In this role, you’ll work hands-on with customers adopting emerging Figma developer workflows, starting with Make Local, to understand their technical environments, unblock implementation, and translate real-world deployment patterns into product and engineering insights. You’ll partner closely with Customer Experience, Solutions Consulting, Sales, Product, and Engineering to help customers get to value faster while shaping how Figma builds and scales a new Forward Deployed Engineering motion. ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY As a Revenue Enablement Program Manager at Contentful, you will play a key role in building and delivering programs that empower our Go-To-Market (GTM) teams across Sales, Solution Engineering, Customer Experience and Partner Manager teams.
