Metaview is an AI company focused on recruiting. We build AI agents that help world-class companies hire with radically more speed
and precision. We automate the toil, and augment the human for companies like Brex, Affirm, Deel, ElevenLabs, and Airtable.
Founded by Siadhal and Shahriar after their experiences scaling Uber and Palantir, we’ve raised over $50m from top-tier investors.
Most recently, Google Ventures led our series B. We’re growing 5x YoY, our customers are raving fans of the product, and our story
has been covered in Fortune, Forbes, TechCrunch, and The Times.
It’s still day 0: Now is the time to re-engineer how work gets done with AI at the core, and our toughest challenges still lie
ahead. We’re looking for people seeking the hardest, most fulfilling work of their lives.
We operate with one core principle: velocity. In practice, this means we:
All while maintaining a hard-earned reputation for craft and quality.
AI is fundamentally changing how work gets done — across every sector, every function, every role. Hiring is no exception. The way
talent gets found, evaluated, and secured is being reengineered from the ground up, and Metaview is leading that charge.
In the next few years, this role will look very different to how it looks today. The tools, the leverage, the expectations — all
of it is shifting. You can watch that happen from the outside, or you can come and shape it from inside the company building it.
Our team is our moat. The quality of people we bring in is the single biggest lever on what Metaview becomes, and you'll own that
lever.

WHO WE ARE Notion is the collaborative AI workspace where teams and agents think together. We're building one place where your knowledge, projects, meetings, and AI tools live side by side, so work is faster, clearer, and less fragmented. Millions of individuals, small teams, and large companies run their work on Notion. Notinos (our employees) are customer zero in bringing this future of work to life. We care about craft, building things that last, and the belief that great work is still fundamentally human. Our goal isn’t to ship the next feature. Each and every team of Notinos is working to set the standard for how humans work together in the AI era. From building a business’s system of record to making and managing AI agents to automating away the busy work, we care deeply about giving our customers more time for their life’s work. ABOUT THE ROLE The Notion Recruiting team acts as trusted business partners who craft a thorough, inclusive, and curated interviewing experience. We believe hiring exceptional talent, at the right time, is the best path forward in order to achieve our company’s ambitious goals. We're looking for a GTM Recruiter to support our growth across key Go-to-Market (GTM) teams. In this role, you'll bring craft, clarity, and care to every search, balancing speed with sound judgment to help us grow intentionally. This role is based in San Francisco, CA. We work from our offices on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays (our Anchor Days) because we do our best thinking and building together in person. We’re looking for someone who’s excited to work alongside the team during those days. WHAT YOU'LL ACHIEVE * Partner with leaders and advisors across our GTM teams - including the Sales Organization - as a trusted thought partner and advisor. * Own the end-to-end recruiting process - from sourcing through close - creating a thoughtful, inclusive, and high-touch experience for each and every candidate. * Conduct market research and talent mapping to inform and evolve our hiring strategy. * Design structured, scalable hiring processes across intake, interview design, calibration, and debriefs - ensuring consistent and objective evaluation and assessment processes. * Utilize data and insights to influence hiring strategy - including pipeline health, time-to-fill, and offer acceptance rates. * Coach and consult hiring managers and interviewing teams to strengthen decision quality and mitigate bias. * Partner with cross-functional teams including Total Rewards, People Operations, People Partners, and Executive Operations. * Drive our diversity and inclusion strategy forward (internally called IDEA), with a heavy emphasis on sourcing candidates from under-represented backgrounds. SKILLS YOU'LL NEED TO BRING * 5+ year of full-cycle recruiting experience in a high-growth environment, with deep expertise on niche and/or complex GTM searches. * Sales Recruiters: 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience supporting Sales, preferably at a high-growth B2B SaaS technology startup * This includes but is not limited to: Revenue Operations, Solutions Engineering, Customer Success, Professional Services, and Sales. * Experience influencing senior leaders and coaching, advising, and consulting hiring managers, guiding them through our recruiting process to ensure they keep talent density top of mind * Operational rigor and comfort using data to guide decisions and measure impact. * Experience building diverse candidate pipelines and guiding hiring managers in creating inclusive teams * Outstanding communication, attention-to-detail, and interpersonal skills. You value your candidates' and hiring managers' time and are relentless with delivering a high-touch and quality recruiting experience. * Strong sourcing and closing instincts, backed by market fluency across GTM disciplines. * Collaborative, pro-active, and team-oriented - you clear obstacles and elevate those around you. * Energized by change and motivated by the chance to build in a scaling and growing environment. * You don’t need to be an AI expert, but you’re curious and willing to adopt AI tools to work smarter and deliver better results. Notion is committed to providing highly competitive cash compensation, equity, and benefits. The compensation offered for this role will be based on multiple factors such as location, the role’s scope and complexity, and the candidate’s experience and expertise, and may vary from the range provided below. For roles based in San Francisco or New York City, the estimated base salary range for this role is $136,000 - $170,000 per year. By clicking “Submit Application”, I understand and agree that Notion and its affiliates and subsidiaries will collect and process my information in accordance with Notion’s Global Recruiting Privacy Policy and NYLL 144. #LI-Onsite A NOTE ON AI You don’t need deep AI expertise for every role, but we do expect every Notino to be intellectually curious, drawn to tinkering and discovery, and excited to use AI as a real collaborator in their work. For some roles, AI fluency is a core requirement — when that’s the case, we'll say so explicitly in the qualifications. People who thrive here don’t treat AI as a novelty. They use it to think better, and make their work easier for others to build on. EQUAL OPPORTUNITY & ACCOMMODATIONS We hire talented people from a wide range of backgrounds. We're looking for a Business Process Manager to serve as the connective tissue between our Renewals and Customer Success teams and the Enterprise Technology organization. This is a cross-functional, high-visibility role for someone who thrives at the intersection of operations, strategy, and technology — someone who can walk the floor with a CSM in the morning, then translate what they heard into a crisp business requirements document by afternoon. This role is based in our San Francisco office with an office-centric hybrid schedule. The standard in-office days are Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday. Most Asanas have the option to work from home on Wednesdays. Working from home on Fridays depends on the type of work you do and the teams with which you partner. If you're interviewing for this role, your recruiter will share more about the in-office requirements. What you’ll achieve * Serve as the translation layer between the field and technical teams - embed with Renewals, Customer Success, and adjacent teams to develop a ground-level understanding of how work actually gets done * Surface pain points, bottlenecks, and unmet needs through structured discovery: interviews, process shadowing, workflow audits, and data analysis. Translate field insights into clear, actionable business requirements that the Enterprise Technology team can execute against * Own the process improvement lifecycle - Map current-state workflows and identify gaps between how tools are used and how they could be used. Prioritize improvement opportunities based on business impact, effort, and strategic alignment * Track adoption and outcomes post-launch; close the feedback loop with stakeholders * Drive cross-functional alignment - Facilitate working sessions with stakeholders across Renewals, Customer Success, Revenue Strategy & Operations, and Enterprise Technology * Serve as the single point of contact for field teams seeking to escalate tool friction or request workflow changes * Support the tools ecosystem - Become a power user in the tools used by Renewals and CS teams (Salesforce, QuadSci, and Trig.ai). Identify where tooling gaps create manual workarounds or downstream data quality issues * Evaluate new tool requests against existing capabilities; build the business case where new investment is warranted About you * 7+ years in business operations, revenue operations, process improvement, or a related field; experience supporting customer-facing go-to-market teams strongly preferred * Track record of translating ambiguous operational problems into structured requirements and seeing them through to execution * Experience working cross-functionally with technical teams (engineering, IT, or enterprise technology); familiarity with agile or product development workflows a plus * Exposure to renewals, customer success, or SaaS go-to-market motions preferred * Strong understanding of AI CSM tools to drive productivity and efficiency * Exceptional written and verbal communication — you can make a complex workflow legible to an engineer and make a technical constraint legible to a CSM * Strong process thinking: you naturally ask "why does this work this way?" before asking "how do we fix it?" * Demonstrates curiosity about AI tools and emerging technologies, with a willingness to learn and leverage them to enhance productivity, collaboration, or decision-making At Asana, we're committed to building teams that include a variety of backgrounds, perspectives, and skills, as this is critical to helping us achieve our mission. If you're interested in this role and don't meet every listed requirement, we still encourage you to apply. What we’ll offer Our comprehensive compensation package plays a big part in how we recognize you for the impact you have on our path to achieving our mission. We believe that compensation should be reflective of the value you create relative to the market value of your role. To ensure pay is fair and not impacted by biases, we're committed to looking at market value which is why we check ourselves and conduct a yearly pay equity audit. For this role, the estimated base salary range is between $185,000 - $210,000. The actual base salary will vary based on various factors, including market and individual qualifications objectively assessed during the interview process. The listed range above is a guideline, and the base salary range for this role may be modified. In addition to base salary, your compensation package may include additional components such as equity, sales incentive pay (for most sales roles), and benefits. If you're interviewing for this role, speak with your recruiter to learn more about the total compensation and benefits for this role. We strive to provide equitable and competitive benefits packages that support our employees worldwide and include: * Mental health, wellness & fitness benefits * Career coaching & support * Inclusive family building benefits * Long-term savings or retirement plans * In-office culinary options to cater to your dietary preferences These are just some of the benefits we offer, and benefits may vary based on role, country, and local regulations.
