About this role
Brand Ops & Production is looking for a Project & Production Manager, Brand to be the operating engine behind everything Brand
Strategy does. This role supports the team that owns our brand architecture, naming and messaging, brand health, the "Okta Secures
AI" brand campaign, customer and partnership content, paid creator programs, our video content program, and brand copy. You will
turn that broad portfolio of priorities into a real, sequenced plan and help make it ship, on time, in the open, and at the
standard we set for ourselves.
This is a hands-on operating role. Brand Strategy decides what to work on and in what order with their stakeholders. You own how
that work gets built, sequenced, produced where needed, tracked, and communicated. On priorities Brand Strategy owns end to end,
you help run the full project, coordinating creative, production, distribution, and measurement readiness in one plan. You also
own the operational foundations that make the work possible: bringing new vendors on board and keeping creative assets moving to
the right people at the right time.

The Role: Content Production Manager works closely with Content Studio to execute and create all required localized screens featured within our website or other marketing materials, including reviewing content for cultural viability in Japan. The role also supports the creative team with “buckets of content” and versions of photography.
