Senior Implementation Engineer
Adyen is looking for a Senior Implementation Engineer to manage new implementations, enhancements for our existing customers and
own pre sales calls for our quickly growing portfolio of merchants. This person will work with Adyen's largest merchants globally
to solution, consult, troubleshoot, implement, and launch scalable technical integrations. This position is based in San
Francisco, and the ideal candidate is both consultative and technical.
We are searching for Senior Implementation Engineers with a solid understanding of, and proven experience with technologies like
APIs and front end development, integrations, and project management. This person is also heavily motivated by providing an
excellent customer experience throughout the project lifecycle. As a Senior Implementation Engineer, this person will be the
primary point of contact for our merchant's technical teams, guiding them through the design, development, testing, and launch
phases of their integrations with Adyen's platform.
In this role, the Senior Implementation Engineer will have the opportunity to work on diverse projects that encompass various
payment solutions, including Point of Sale (POS) systems, e-commerce platforms, marketplaces, and card issuing programs. By
leveraging their technical proficiency and business acumen, the Implementation Engineer will play a vital role in guaranteeing a
smooth implementation process and maintaining open lines of communication with our merchants and internal teams.

Team Lead, Project Operations Management We’re looking for an experienced and motivated leader to join us to guide a team of Project Operations Managers (“POM”). Our Project Operations Managers focus primarily on the delivery and execution of complex global rollouts for our customers and ensure they go live with the Adyen solution in the quickest and most sustainable way possible. Our project management approach is very hands-on: the team has extensive product knowledge about our different solutions and is able to liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful rollouts. Project Operations Managers work on innovative complex projects ranging from In-Person Payments (IPP), Platforms, Card issuing programs and financial services. What you'll do: * Lead a team of Project Operations Managers to deliver a great customer experience and get customers live efficiently, with Business As Usual processes that scale well.
