The Risk Product Experience team develops products for users to understand, manage, and improve their risk standing on Stripe. We
craft outstanding product experiences to help users navigate all of Stripe's risk journeys (i.e. information collection to meet
partner and regulatory commitments). These risk experiences are some of Stripe's most critical user journeys—allowing us to
seamlessly onboard users to the global financial ecosystem and apply targeted actions to stop fraud and financial crime. The Risk
Product Experience team delivers these journeys at scale (i.e. millions of users) and partners with teams across Stripe to ensure
we deliver consistently excellent user experiences via flexible UX partners, primitives, and APIs.
In this role, you'll own the product strategy for risk experiences that reach millions of users globally. You'll partner across
Stripe to make complex compliance and fraud-prevention journeys feel clear and seamless—turning one of Stripe's most critical
surfaces into a competitive advantage for the businesses we serve.

ABOUT THE TEAM The Stripe Issuing team enables users–from the most promising startups and largest platforms in the world to Stripe itself—to build and launch successful card programs and financial features into their product using powerful programmatic APIs and intuitive UIs. The team creates the infrastructure, user facing experiences, and partner integrations needed to manage the lifecycle of a card and enable efficient money movement. WHAT YOU’LL DO As EMEA Product Lead for Stripe Issuing, you will lead our product development efforts for building the best-in-class card issuance systems, including designing user-facing APIs and interfaces and working directly with top global users in building and growing their card programs in EMEA. This is a highly complex and challenging role that will require you to deeply understand user needs and collaborate across internal and partner teams to build and launch a seamless product experience at scale. We’re looking for a strong Product Lead that can run Stripe Issuing in EMEA like a standalone business, with expertise in partnering with go-to-market teams to scale our EMEA Issuing business. This Product Lead will spend significant time with users to deeply understand their needs and experiences, Stripe leadership and go-to-market teams to build the EMEA Issuing strategy and roadmap, and cross-functional internal stakeholders to build compliant and scalable products. RESPONSIBILITIES * Lead our Stripe Issuing effort in UK and Europe * Shape the direction and product strategy for helping users manage their card programs * Partner with engineering to bring new Stripe Issuing product solutions to the UK and European markets * Collaborate with other Stripe teams (design, legal, risk, compliance, engineering, etc.) early in the product development lifecycle and jointly shape product plans that lead with delightful and helpful user experiences * Own the roadmap and go-to-market, with product marketing, of EMEA Stripe Issuing * Act as the voice of the user in product and API designs, gathering direct feedback from customers * Ensure we’re building in a scalable, performant way WHO YOU ARE We're looking for someone who: * Brings 8+ years of experience in a product role * Has domain knowledge in financial products, particularly card issuing, financial systems, and card networks * Strong focus on scaling products in close collaboration with go-to-market teams * Has experience building platform and/or API products * Has strong written and verbal communication skills with a talent for precise articulations of customer problems * Can put themselves in the shoes of their users and be a steward of crafting great experiences

As Risk Manager, you will take ownership of identifying and mitigating risks within cybersecurity and information security across our products. About the job As Risk Manager, you will be responsible for identifying, assessing, and mitigating cybersecurity and information security risks across all RaySearch products. As part of a smaller cybersecurity group, you will work with all aspects of cybersecurity for our product delivery including compliance, threat modelling, developer training, penetration testing, tooling and more. Your responsibilities will span the entire product lifecycle, with a particular focus on cloud-based solutions and secure software development practices. You will collaborate closely with development teams across the organization and work alongside other Risk Managers to ensure comprehensive risk management and compliance with international standards. Main responsibilities Participate in project planning together with the project management team. Support the development team with risk management related tasks, e.g., ensuring that the risk management process is applied, taking part in design and risk analysis of new and changed functionality and ensuring that risks are appropriately mitigated and tested. Own and maintain the project’s risk management documentation. Coordinate cybersecurity management activities within product development and the secure software development life cycle (SSDLC). Own the development and maintenance of cybersecurity documentation for regulated products, including FDA-related cybersecurity requirements and frameworks. Your profile We are looking for someone who understands the importance of risk management in medical software and is motivated by working in this field with all the responsibilities it entails. You are responsible, meticulous and structured, with a strong personal drive and the ability to work independently in a highly organized and efficient manner. You have experience working with or alongside software development teams and possess a strong technical understanding of software development processes, enabling you to navigate complex software environments and collaborate effectively with technical stakeholders. Requirements: BSc or MSc degree in engineering, or equivalent. 3+ years' experience working in a software development environment with complex software products. Excellent written and spoken communication skills (English and Swedish). Meriting: Experience from the medtech industry or other regulated or safety critical industries. Experience of device risk management. Experience with product safety standard requirements for medical devices (IEC/ISO standards, e.g., ISO 14971). Leadership or project management experience. Experience as a system developer. The opportunity HVDC (High Voltage Direct Current) is a product group in Hitachi Energy, which develops, manufactures and sells DC transmission systems on a global market. HVDC technology is used to transmit electricity over long distances and for power transmission via submarine cables. It is also used to connect power systems. For our HVDC upgrade projects we are looking for a person that will plan and coordinate our site activities in HVDC Service. This is a role with many interfaces and interesting work tasks, with the possibility to take on shorter site assignments and extended responsibilities within site management, construction, and commissioning activities. How you’ll make an impact • Site coordination involves detailed planning of the schedule for site operations – installation and commissioning – and preparation of project-specific QA documents (quality assurance). • Support site execution and, when required, take on coordination responsibilities aligned with Site Manager tasks during shorter assignments or critical project phases. • Act as an interface between site, project management, customers, and the home organization to ensure smooth communication and alignment. • Staffing the HVDC site, monitoring required training (e.g. electrical safety), and handling travel preparations as well as providing information to staff before travelling to site. • Coordinate subcontractor activities and support follow-up of their performance and compliance with scope, quality, and HSE requirements. • Ordering tools and instruments needed during the site activities and ensuring readiness for execution. • HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) site preparations and supporting a culture of safe execution in line with company, customer, and local requirements. • Contribute to site execution planning, risk identification, and mitigation activities to ensure timely and efficient delivery. • Ensure structured documentation handling, including use of latest revisions, and support as-built documentation processes. • Creating documentation for contractor procurement and taking an active part in the procurement process. • Support financial follow-up of the field operation activities and contribute to cost awareness. • Tendering work to develop cost calculations for work to be carried out on site and in future projects. • Support commissioning coordination and readiness, including alignment of installation, testing, and handover activities. • Contribute to continuous improvement, lessons learned, and sharing of best practices across projects. • The role is based at the Project Support home office in Ludvika, Sweden, and acts as the site’s contact point towards the home organization. Your Background • You have proven experience of working in a project context in HVDC/electric power transmission projects. Experience from site activities such as installation, commissioning, or coordination is a strong merit. • Understanding of site execution, subcontractor coordination, or construction/commissioning processes is considered an advantage. • The work requires computer skills, including MS Office package (Word and Excel). • As a person, you are structured, persistent, calm, and able to build and maintain good relationships with multiple stakeholders. • You are a proactive team player with a solution-oriented mindset and the ability to take initiative. • You enjoy working in an international environment and collaborating across functions. • The work involves global contacts, which requires that you master English, both orally and in writing. Swedish language is considered a plus.
