We are looking for an experienced Field Marketing Manager to own and scale Neural Concept's field marketing motion across Korea
and Japan, in close partnership with Sales.

We recently opened our Seoul office - but we're not starting from scratch. Neural Concept already has an established presence
across Korea and Japan, working with some of the region's most demanding engineering organisations. We are now building the
marketing and commercial infrastructure to match the ambition of the opportunity.
As the first dedicated marketing hire for the region, this is an opportunity to build the marketing motion across two markets -
establishing the playbook, growing the pipeline, and amplifying Neural Concept's brand across Korea and Japan. Based in Seoul,
Korea will be your primary focus, with Japan as an active and natural extension of your remit.
A distinctive aspect of this role: you will work alongside senior industry advisors with deep executive networks in Korean
industry. This gives you an exceptional platform to engage with the highest levels of Korean industrial leadership from day one.

We're currently looking for a Commercial Planning Manager to join our Commercial Operations team and deliver strong business planning and customer journey management capabilities. This role is responsible for sales volume planning, digital customer journey, payment operations and various business reporting to support sustainable business growth and operational excellence. This position is located at Polestar Automotive Korea office in Gangnam-gu, Seoul. We believe in a hybrid model when it comes to remote and onsite work, knowing that both in-person collaboration and individual time to focus are needed. The responsibilities The Commercial Planning Manager will be responsible for planning sales volume and managing customer journeys, digital operations and business reporting to support commercial performance. This role will directly report to Head of Commercial Operations. What you'll do * Develop monthly sales volume plans and manage sales forecasts, including order intake, product mix, option mix and business outlook. * Manage the end-to-end digital customer journey and related systems to continuously improve customer experience and operational efficiency. * Drive financial product management and tactical campaigns based on market trends and budgets, while supervising partner alignments (FSP, credit card company and PG) and weekly/monthly performance reviews with HQ. * Act as the primary point of contact for customer journey and digital sales process issues, coordinating with relevant team in HQ / APAC and internal stakeholders to ensure timely resolution and continuous process improvement. * Manage business operations related to payment, Mo2 and EV subsidy processes while coordinating with internal stakeholders and external partners. * Monitor commercial performance and prepare regular business planning reports, forecasts and presentations for HQ and management. * Support new model launches by ensuring customer journey, digital operations and commercial process readiness. * Identify opportunities to improve commercial processes through data analysis, system enhancements and cross-functional collaboration Who you are We seek a highly motivated and analytical team player with strong commercial planning capabilities and a structured approach to problem-solving. You are comfortable managing multiple priorities, working with cross-functional stakeholders, and translating data into actionable business insights. In addition, you'll need the following qualifications: * Master or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing or equivalent * Minimum 6 years’ experience in the automotive field or related * Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into business insights and recommendation * Experience in business planning, forecasting and performance reporting * Experience in managing cross-functional projects and driving process improvements * Strong stakeholder management skills * Excellent written and verbal English skills People at Polestar We know that a change is needed. In this role, you will lead strategic brand and product communications, manage media relations, and monitor media coverage to derive insights and prepare for potential issues or crisis situations. What you'll do * Develop and lead integrated PR & communications strategy aligned with Polestar’s business objectives, brand positioning, and market priorities in Korea * Own end-to-end media relations strategy, including key media mapping, relationship development with top-tier media & YouTubers, and proactive storytelling to shape brand perception * Serve as the primary point of contact for PR agency management, including briefing, performance evaluation, and continuous optimization * Lead crisis communications planning and execution, including risk identification, message development, and stakeholder alignment * Execute internal communications to ensure consistent messaging, leadership alignment, and employee engagement * Collaborate and influence cross-functional stakeholders, including Marketing, Commercial, CX, and Network teams, to ensure aligned and impactful storytelling * Support executive communications, including speech writing, key messaging, media interviews, and thought leadership positioning * Identify and lead PR opportunities across product launches, corporate milestones, sustainability topics, and industry trends to maximize earned media impact Who you are • Bachelor’s degree or above (Communications, Journalism, or related field preferred) • 5–8+ years of experience in PR/Communications (Automotive, premium brands, or PR agency experience preferred) • Proven track record in leading PR strategy and managing agencies and key stakeholders • Strong media network with demonstrated ability to secure high-impact coverage • Excellent storytelling and editorial capabilities (press materials, executive messaging, brand narrative) • Experience in crisis communications and issues management • Fluent in English (written and verbal) • Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and influencing skills In this role you will be based in our Seoul office and report directly to and work closely together with the Head of Marketing & Communication in Polestar Korea.
