Implementation Engineer II
As an Implementation Engineer at Adyen, you will partner with fast-growing and enterprise businesses to design, integrate, and
scale how they use Adyen’s payment platform.
This role sits at the center of complex technical delivery and pre-sales collaboration, where you help merchants make
architectural decisions that directly impact performance, scalability, and global expansion. You’ll work on complex integration

This position is based in Shanghai, and the ideal candidate is both consultative and technical.

Implementation Engineer I As an Implementation Engineer I at Adyen, you will help global businesses design, build, and launch scalable payment integrations that power how they operate and grow. You’ll work closely with merchants to translate their business needs into reliable, scalable payment solutions that support their expansion across markets, channels, and products. This position is based in Shanghai, and the ideal candidate is both consultative and technical. We are looking for technical consultants with a solid foundation in APIs and web technologies who are ready to take responsibility for real customer projects early in their careers. You will take responsibility for integrations end-to-end while continuing to grow your technical depth and client-facing skills in a fast-moving, collaborative environment. This role is also a great fit for people transitioning from technical support, consulting, QA, or client-facing roles into a more technical, high-impact, autonomous path. As a storage engineer of our Storage team in Bengaluru, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, managing, and maintaining data storage systems and solutions. This role involves the end-to-end management of our organization's data storage infrastructure. This includes strategic design for scalability, hands-on implementation and integration, continuous performance monitoring, capacity planning, security, and troubleshooting. It also requires proactive maintenance with updates, backups, disaster recovery, and planning for future growth by evaluating and recommending new technologies for data availability, reliability, and efficiency.
