In this role, you’ll deliver high-quality spa treatments while creating a calm, welcoming experience for our members and guests. You’ll provide a range of treatments such as facials, body treatments, waxing, manicures, and pedicures, always to the highest standard. With your professional skills and natural warmth, you’ll ensure every guest feels relaxed, cared for, and truly looked after. A successful Health Club Treatment Technician for Soho House will ideally have up to 2 years’ experience in a busy high-profile venue and a natural flair for first class service. You’ll be reliable, friendly and happy to be a key part of the team that strives for success.   * Minimum of 2+ years’ experience in similar capacity * L3 Beauty/ Massage Therapist or Personal Trainer Qualification required * Thrive in fast-paced, high-volume environments and maintain calm, through quickly and effectively problem solving under pressure * Must be hospitable, approachable, passionate about customer service and respectful towards colleagues and guests * Must be able to demonstrate competency as outlined in the training schedule and Club School * Must be able to work flexible shifts and schedules, including weekends and holidays as needed * Ability to take direction, work in a team environment and autonomously The salary range for this role if filled within the UK is listed below.
