MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: * Must possess Singapore Citizenship, Permanent Residency (PR), or unrestricted working rights in Singapore. * Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. * 7+ years of experience in a pre-sales engineering, professional services, or customer-facing technical architecture role. * Experience in programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, JavaScript), containerisation (Docker, Kubernetes), and cloud infrastructure technologies. * Experience engaging with, presenting to, and influencing both technical stakeholders and executive leaders (C-level) during complex sales cycles. * Experience driving technical discovery and value-based selling to map enterprise business goals to technical architectures. * Ability to travel regionally up to 30-40% as this is a customer-facing role that requires interactions with local stakeholders. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: * Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related technical field. * Deep expertise in graph database technologies (e.g., Neo4j) along with knowledge of relational, NoSQL, and data visualization tools (e.g., D3.js, Linkurious). * Proven experience building joint GTM solutions and co-selling with hyperscalers (AWS, Azure, GCP), strategic ISVs, and global systems integrators. * Industry expertise within highly regulated sectors such as Financial Services, Retail, Government, Security, or Telecommunications. * Additional language skills - such as either Japanese, Mandarin, Cantonese, Bahasa, or Thai - would be advantageous, as this is a regional, client \-facing role. * Willing to work in a hybrid role. Compensation for this role is in the form of base salary plus a variable component. At Elastic, our compensation philosophy aims to provide fair, competitive and transparent remuneration. Salary ranges are established based on a combination of external market benchmarks, internal pay equity considerations, and the responsibilities and complexity associated with each role. This approach helps ensure consistency across comparable roles while remaining competitive within the relevant labour markets. The final compensation offered within the applicable range will be determined based on several objective factors, including relevant professional experience, level of skills and expertise, alignment with the role requirements, and the overall scope and complexity of the position.
