Optimization Data Analyst
We are seeking an experienced Optimization Data Analyst to play a critical role in driving scalable optimizations and advanced
analytics across Adyen’s global Performance Optimization team. As a mid-level analyst, you will independently lead complex

Business Analyst, Merchant Finance and Treasury Adyen is looking for a Business Analyst to join the Merchant Finance and Treasury team in Singapore. As Merchant Finance & Treasury we are the financial backbone of Adyen; optimizing and automating financial processes for scale, mitigating risks, and enabling growth through customer-centricity, operational excellence, innovation and integrity. This is a varied, hands-on role in which you will execute, monitor, and reconcile high-volume daily payout processes to ensure timely and accurate disbursements to our Merchants. Your responsibilities will range from solving daily operational problems and optimizing our financial processes, to ensure we scale for the future. What you’ll do * Monitor our daily Payout and Reconciliation operations; manage exceptions, failures and rejects by collaborating with internal and external teams to resolve issues swiftly; * Monitor our daily Cash Management operations to ensure balances are available to cover the Payouts. * Improve internal daily processes, with a focus on payment reconciliation to ensure timely money movements and to help scale our business; * Provide internal stakeholders with insights into our key financial and operational processes to influence key decision making and help Adyen scale further; * Use data analysis to solve business problems; draw conclusions and recommendations for optimization and automation; * Partner with our technical and products teams to design, automate and improve our processes as well as having controls and monitoring in place; * Build relationships with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective management and communication of progress to all parties. PAYMENTS OPTIMIZATION ANALYST We are looking for an experienced Optimization Manager to join our Performance Optimization team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing full-funnel payment performance to drive tangible business impact and optimize merchant success at scale. As an OM, you will be a key contributor in delivering our optimisation strategies and value add to our customers. You will partner with Commercial, Professional Services, and Product teams to develop data-driven insights, self-service analytics, and scalable automation solutions. You will also engage directly with key customers to enhance payment performance across risk, authentication, tokenization and authorization rates, driving higher approval rates, lower fraud, and cost efficiencies through optimization. Additionally, you will help upsell Adyen’s optimization products (e.g., Protect, Uplift) by acting as a bridge between customers , commercial and product teams, translating actionable data insights into value propositions that highlight Adyen’s capabilities.
