About the role
As a Drug Product Specialist, you will be responsible for the scientific and technical aspects of new product introductions,
technology transfers, and commercial manufacturing support within drug product processes.
The role covers both the implementation of new processes and support for existing commercial products. You will contribute
scientific expertise in areas such as formulation, aseptic filling, lyophilization, and visual inspection.

Your Role In this role, you will lead complex, cross-functional projects that drive both technological innovation and business growth. Collaborating with engineers, business stakeholders, and international partners, you will oversee new product development programs from concept to market launch within the industrial heating area. About You We are looking for a Project Manager with a bachelor’s or master’s degree in relevant engineering field e.g. Materials Science, Process Engineering, Mechanical or Chemical engineering, together with early- to mid-career experience in industrial projects, preferably involving product and prototype development in a business or R&D environment. We are looking for a candidate with early- to mid-career experience in industrial project environments and prior experience as a Project Manager, preferably within the semiconductor, energy, or related engineering sectors. You possess a strong technical foundation and a solid understanding of engineering principles, complemented by project management experience. Formal project management training or certification is an advantage. Given our global organization, excellent communication skills in both Swedish and English are essential. A PMI certification is valued for this position, but if you’re not certified yet, we offer the training from our side.
