About the Role
You will drive the localization of parts in a complex automotive environment where timing, cost and cross-functional alignment are critical. Working as part of a team of Assignment Leaders, you will help ensure that localized parts are introduced into production according to plan and with the right cost focus.
This is a role with many interfaces. You will work closely with stakeholders across Production, Logistics, R&D and Purchasing, and you will play an important part in keeping activities moving forward throughout the localization process. The role suits you if you enjoy structure, coordination and turning plans into execution in a technically advanced product development setting. Job DescriptionYou will lead and coordinate localization activities for parts within your technical area.
You will drive cross-functional collaboration and align stakeholders throughout the localization process.
You will help secure that localized parts are introduced into production in line with agreed timelines and cost targets.
You will work closely with Production, Logistics, R&D and Purchasing to move activities forward and resolve dependencies.
You will monitor plans, risks and key dependencies connected to your assigned scope.
You will contribute to shorter lead times and efficient execution across the overall work.
RequirementsBSc or MSc in Engineering.
Several years of experience within R&D in the automotive industry.
Good understanding of the product development process.
Good product knowledge.
Experience in project management or assignment leadership.
Fluent English, written and spoken.
A structured way of working, with strong leadership and coordination skills across multiple functions and stakeholders.
Nice to haveExperience from a design, procurement, production, logistics or test department.
Knowledge of the Red Arrow process.
Swedish, written and spoken.

Teknisk projektledare inom El & Styr samt Mekanik & Process Vi söker tekniska projektledare som vill ta ansvar för tekniskt innehåll och samordning i komplexa projekt. Rollen passar dig som trivs i en tekniskt krävande miljö och som vill arbeta nära både teknik och verksamhet. Vi har för närvarande ett mycket högt tryck i vår projektverksamhet och behöver därför stärka teamet i Finspång med ytterligare tekniska resurser. Uppdragen är initialt planerade till cirka ett år, med möjlighet till förlängning beroende på behov och projektens utveckling. Om rollen Som teknisk projektledare ansvarar du för den tekniska projektledningen i stora och komplexa gasturbinprojekt. Aircraft Transfer is part of SAS Technical Operations, where our mission is to deliver airworthy aircraft on time, in line with SAS standards, while ensuring cost efficiency. As a Project Manager, you will play a key role in bringing new and used aircraft into and out of service, managing timely handovers, and driving these exciting CAMO projects across SAS. Challenges you will work on: In this role, you will manage aircraft phase-in and phase-out processes, coordinate with multiple stakeholders, and oversee critical projects with a focus on safety, airworthiness, and cost efficiency. You report to the Manager of Aircraft Transfer, within SAS Continuing Airworthiness Management Organization. This role involves significant business travel, approximately 100–130 days per year, along with flexible working hours. Some of your responsibilities will include: Plan and execute the introduction of new aircraft and the phase-out of existing aircraft to/from SAS. Coordinate activities with authorities, manufacturers, lessors, and internal SAS teams. Handle documentation, reporting, and follow-up with both internal and external stakeholders. Manage projects according to SAS CAME and CAME-P standards, including planning, budgeting, and cost follow-up. Execute delivery and technical acceptance as a Power of Attorney holder. Lead and participate in check flights as required, both planned and on demand. Hands-on experience in continuing airworthiness, ensuring aircraft are safe, compliant, and ready to fly, with strong knowledge of EASA regulations (Part CAMO and Part 145). Experience in external relations, for example with aircraft manufacturers, maintenance providers, lessors, and authorities. Fluent English, both written and spoken. Experience with SAS MMIS AMOS is considered a plus.
