Reporting directly to the General Manager of Europe, and working collaboratively with the Commercial team and potential partners, you will be 100% focused on bringing in new business development.

As a Business Development Representative (BDR) at Payhawk, you’ll generate new leads and business opportunities for the CEE market, playing a pivotal role in shaping our success. Responsibilities * Take ownership of your outbound prospecting campaigns, using a mix of outreach strategies—such as emails, calls, social selling, and events—to engage prospective clients. * Collaborate closely with a high-performing Account Executive team in the Sofia office, executing targeted prospecting strategies to create high-value opportunities. * Leverage marketing-led demand generation campaigns, identifying and following up with prospects to build relationships and generate leads. * Build a strong sales pipeline for the CEE market, specifically targeting companies with over 200 employees that fit our Ideal Customer Profile. * Proactively identify new niches and create innovative campaign ideas to continuously improve outreach. * Analyse your outreach efforts and campaign results to draw insights and refine future strategies. * Manage a pipeline of potential clients, ensuring consistent coverage to exceed monthly targets and drive sustainable growth. Purpose of the job Our Account Managers are responsible for managing and delivering solutions for our clients through close work with internal teams and local partners. You'll need experience of working with clients and delivering ongoing solutions to resolve their challenges - taking ownership of various relationships and developing them further. You will be supporting one of the world's most iconic beverage companies across a portfolio of leading brands. You will work on a diverse range of projects and focusing on Point of Sale Materials (POSM), 2D / 3D Print and Branded Merchandise. Key responsibilities * Provide technical input and advice on POSM / display, print projects and branded merchandise as required * Take briefs from the client including full specification details and deadline dates and manage project delivery from start to finish, suggesting alternative options and innovation where possible - own the process * Provide technical input and advice on projects as required, briefing suppliers on precise client requirements and delivering exceptional levels of customer service * Monitor projects to ensure they are delivered to specification and on time while implementing new methods and procedures as required - collaborate across multiple teams and utilize HH Global’s full-service offering * Deliver contractual requirements, prepare presentations and complete necessary account administration and reporting while keeping accurate records * Deliver services to meet and exceed contracted SLAs while ensuring compliance with Regulatory and Company policies * Requirement to work onsite at client's office multiple days per week, as required Knowledge, skills + experience * Client service management experience, including time spent working on client site(s), developing and maintaining client relationships across multiple vendors against agreed SLAs + KPIs * Experience in a combination of the service areas detailed above * Commercial bias / understanding and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously through time management + prioritization skills * Project Management mindset - process driven with a focus on sales and business development * Experience in troubleshooting unexpected project issues and implementing preventative measures * Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, presentation), with clarity of expression and the ability to present to and influence various stakeholder groups at all levels of seniority * Excellent Bulgarian and English language skills * Desirable additional language skills in either Romanian, Greek or Serbian #LI-Hybrid #LI-EL1
