You’ll collaborate across teams, maintain accurate records, and handle sensitive information with care and confidentiality. WHAT YOU’LL DO: * Supports HR operations and compliance: Assists with transitioning HR processes to Shared Services, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and alignment with Bulgarian legal requirements. * Prepares HR documentation: Creates and maintains employment contracts, letters, and other HR-related documents, ensuring legal compliance and timely delivery. * Drives a smooth employee journey: Coordinates onboarding and offboarding activities, working closely with Talent Acquisition, Payroll, and Operations to deliver a seamless experience. * Maintains accurate records and benefits: Updates employee files and manages benefits such as food, transport, and multisport, ensuring timely activation and transparent communication with vendors. * Upholds confidentiality and collaboration: Handles employee information with discretion, communicates openly with managers and stakeholders, and supports ethical, transparent HR practices.
