You will manage check-ins, bookings, and inquiries while providing exceptional service to support the smooth daily operation of the health club. What we are looking for... A successful Health Club Receptionist for Soho House will ideally have up to 2 years’ experience in a busy high-profile venue and a natural flair for first class service. You’ll be reliable, friendly and happy to be a key part of the team that strives for success. * Previous experience in a receptionist, front-of-house, or customer service role, ideally in a health club, spa, or hospitality environment. * Strong interpersonal and communication skills. * Confident with booking systems, point-of-sale systems, and basic computer skills. * Professional, approachable, and well-presented. * Able to multitask and work under pressure while maintaining excellent service. * Fluent in English * Organised and reliable * Ability to handle feedback to achieve member satisfaction * Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment * Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions Physical Requirements: * Must be over the age of 18 * Must be able to seize, grasp, turn and hold objects by hand * Able to work on your feet for at least 8 hours * Occasionally kneel, bend, crouch and climb as required The salary range for this role if filled within the UK is listed below. As Room Attendant you will be maintaining the highest quality standards in the bedrooms. Cleaning assigned guestrooms and replenishing the rooms in accordance with company standards.
