A successful Health Club Receptionist for Soho House will ideally have up to 2 years’ experience in a busy high-profile venue and a natural flair for first class service. You’ll be reliable, friendly and happy to be a key part of the team that strives for success.   * Previous experience in a receptionist, front-of-house, or customer service role, ideally in a health club, spa, or hospitality environment.  * Strong interpersonal and communication skills.  * Confident with booking systems, point-of-sale systems, and basic computer skills.  * Professional, approachable, and well-presented.  * Able to multitask and work under pressure while maintaining excellent service.  * Fluent in English  * Organised and reliable  * Ability to handle feedback to achieve member satisfaction  * Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment  * Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions  Physical Requirements:  * Must be over the age of 18  * Must be able to seize, grasp, turn and hold objects by hand  * Able to work on your feet for at least 8 hours  * Occasionally kneel, bend, crouch and climb as required  The salary range for this role if filled within the UK is listed below.
