Gerente, sua principal responsabilidade é manter os padrões de serviço da Soho House e criar um ambiente acessível ainda
atmosfera elevada para membros, convidados e funcionários dentro do Clube, Teto, Espaço para Eventos e/ou Serviço de Quarto (se
aplicável). Nesta função, você também supervisionará previsões, planos de melhoria de negócios e gerenciará folha de pagamento/mão
de obra,
orçamentos e receitas.

The Role… At Soho House a Food & Beverage Manager is responsible for managing service, quality control and consistent F&B experience is executed under the direction of the General Manager. The F&B Manager owns daily / weekly / monthly delivery on special projects and ensuring optimal member, guest and staff experience is executed. As a Food and Beverage Manager you will develop as a leader in the hospitality industry through exceptional leadership, P&L review, forecasting, interviewing / hiring specific areas of the business, inventory, purchasing, vendor relationships and ensuring the business is optimized to its highest standards. staff and finance. Main Duties… * Influential leader who proactively manages the operations in conjunction with General Manager to ensure service, staffing and member/guest experience is above par and profit meets targeted budgets * Passionate about guest service and articulate in communicating with and interacting with members, guests, staff to preserve excellent levels of internal and external customer service * Partner with internal and external stake holders to create, design, train and implement exceptional menus, purchase goods and continuously make necessary improvements * Proactive in identifying customers’ needs and responsive in developing action plan that enhances experience and mitigates risk * Engage and comply to HR (People & Development) guidelines and support recruitment efforts to ensure we are attracting, retaining and training all new hires to be high performers with high potential * Establish targets, KPI’s, schedules, policies and procedures * Drive transparency and open channel of communication that fosters team awareness, ownership and accountability with emphasis in motivation and teamwork * Comply with all allergy procedures and maintaining a clean, sanitary, healthy and safe work environment for staff, members, guests and safety regulations * Responsible for weekly/daily recaps that entail various aspects of the shift including but not limited to; service standards, allergy procedure, staffing, sales, profit and proactive solutions to mitigate future risk Required Skills/Qualifications: * Minimum of 5+ years’ experience in a similar capacity * Detail oriented, process driven and ability to problem solve in high-volume and demanding fast-paced environments * POS (or alternative), Open Table, Opera or other Hospitality driven technologies experience * Passionate and influential leader who positively communicates cross-functionally and leads a team to drive efficient and effective best practices through service * Passionate about food and beverages trends and best practices and local health & safety compliancy regulations * Ability to manage personnel and meet / exceed financial targets * Guest-oriented and service-minded as well as flexible and pro-active Physical Requirements * Must be able to seize, grasp, turn and hold objects with hands. * Must be able to make periodical fast paced movements are required to go from one part of the property to others. * Must be able to move, pull, push, carry or lift at least 30 pounds. * Must be able to occasionally kneel, bend, crouch and climb is required. * Must be able to perform physical activities such as lifting, cleaning, and stooping. * Must be able to stand, walk, lift, and bend for long periods of time. The Role.. As Assistant Restaurant Manager, you are an ambassador for the brand with a detailed knowledge of the Soho House Group and its concept including all menus and food offerings. Demonstrating a professional approach towards our Managers, employees and guests, you are responsible for the day-to-day management of the club, any associated events in the club and including the member and guest experience. Keeping up to date with food/dining trends throughout the World, whilst ensure that the entire Club team display a ‘can do’ attitude in alignment with Soho Farmhouse Ibiza values. Main Duties and Responsibilities.. * Work hand in hand with Club Manager * Promote Soho House and its concept, whilst achieving the highest member and guest satisfaction * Be visible on the floor and engaging with the members gaining feedback and noting any comments through the reporting channels and directly to the kitchen and front of house team * Ensuring that members and guests have a great experience and resolving any issues before they depart * Provide support directly to the team on the floor including (but not limited to) * Leading by example with a hands-on approach, setting an energetic pace and standards * Daily assignments of responsibilities to all the team * Organization and control of mise en place * Daily staff briefings including comprehensive information on members and guests and any other relevant information * Showing leadership thorough thoughtful decision making * Ensuring the team are handling and reporting any negative feedback to allow it to be addressed immediately * Taking immediate corrective action when any incidents occur * Ordering and purchasing of products for the Club * Manage and operate the POS system and ensure all items are updated as necessary * Contact person for all staff for any requests and problems and being responsible and pro-active in problem solving * To ensure that the club team is appropriately groomed and wearing the correct uniform in accordance with site and company standards * Ensure the menus are updated monthly and are correct at time of printing, adhere to GM’s and Club Manager deadlines for menu printing * Coordinate tasks and work with other departments to ensure that the department runs efficiently * Print, organize, and separate various necessary documents, summarize relevant information, and distribute information to appropriate employees * Ensure employee compliance with company standards and policies and external regulations * Ensure that hourly employees are trained on company core values, job roles, responsibilities, and technical and service aspects of the job * Assign and ensure work tasks are completed on time and that they meet appropriate quality standards * Maintain the highest level of appearance at all times P&D Responsibilities.. * Prepare and monitor rotas for the club staff and reduce unnecessary overtime – work efficiently * Manage the Annual leave responsibly ensuring that employees take their entitlement within the year * Ensure working hours are logged (daily/weekly) for accurate payroll purposes for all departments you are responsible for * Identify recruitment needs in line with company and statutory requirements and in partnership with P&D, recruit a team that meet and exceed customer service standards * Communicate via regular team meetings, one to one job chats and training sessions * Carry out regular performance reviews, provide feedback and coaching to direct reports as per the P&D guidelines - adhering to deadlines * Deal with poor performance through job chats and where necessary, facilitate disciplinary processes according to Soho House procedures * Participate and lead internal trainings and attend external trainings where necessary * Train and develop the team to deliver to Soho standards and exceed customer’s expectations * Produce an in-depth training plan for your department to drive sales and profits; liaising with P&D Manager to ensure all training goals and objectives are being met Finance and Economy.. * Report cash takings accurately on a daily basis ensuring adherence to company policies * Maintain costs and wage margins within budget * Inspire, lead and motivate the team to produce drinks to specification to control/achieve profitability * Be proactive in the opportunity of improving profitability within the department at all levels (i.e. through controlling wastage, being responsible for the economy of all utilities and resources) Health & Safety.. * Adhere to food safety and handling policies and procedures such as First In-First Out (FIFO) and Cold Chain compliance, across all food related departments or areas * Ensure daily fridge temperature records and food labelling are maintained and up to date at all times * Maintain the highest level of health and hygiene standards and respect HACCP * Ensure personal hygiene requirements are adhered to * Ensures good safety practices of employees and guests, assisting in the maintenance of proper emergency and security procedures and that all the team are aware of their Health and Safety responsibilities * Ensure that any accidents of colleagues, Members, Guests and Visitors are reported immediately to the appropriate people * Ensure the team wears appropriate protective clothing when necessary Profile.. * Previous experience as an Assistant Food & Beverage Manager or in a similar role within a hotel or a high-volume restaurant. * Proficiency in restaurant management systems such as OpenTable and Micros. * Strong numerical and analytical skills. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Proven leadership abilities, with the capacity to motivate and unite teams. * Flexibility to work during operational hours, including evenings, weekends, and school holidays. * A degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or a related field is an advantage. * Professional proficiency in both Spanish and English is required. The role… At Soho House the Club Manager (Dir of F&B) is responsible for maintaining the local properties food and beverage (F&B) operation in conjunction with the General Manager. As the Club Manager, your primary responsibility is to uphold Soho House service standards and create an approachable yet elevated atmosphere for members, guests and staff within the Club, Roof, Events Space and/or Room Service (if applicable). In this role you will also oversee forecasting, business improvement plans and manage payroll/labor, budgets and revenue.
