About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and internationally-minded Business Developer to support and grow our e-commerce operations.
This role is ideal for someone with a strong understanding of international business, supply chains, and digital commerce who wants to grow into a key contributor in a fast-moving company.
You will work across business development, supplier coordination, e-commerce operations, and market expansion.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Market Expansion
Support the expansion of NOVAPUX’s e-commerce operations across global markets
Identify new suppliers, partners, and business opportunities
Assist in negotiations and cross-border business development
Supply Chain & Operations
Coordinate with global suppliers and logistics partners
Support procurement, inventory flow, and fulfillment processes
Improve efficiency across the supply chain
E-commerce Platform Management
Support operations on e-commerce platforms (e.g., Amazon, Shopify, etc.)
Optimize product listings, pricing strategies, and sales performance
Data Analysis & Insights
Analyse sales and operational data to identify growth opportunities
Prepare reports and insights to support business decisions
Stakeholder & Partner Management
Maintain and develop relationships with partners and suppliers
Support communication and collaboration across teams
Requirements
Education
Master’s degree preferred in International Business, E-commerce, Supply Chain, or related fields
Experience
1–3 years of experience in business development, consulting, finance, or related fields
Experience in international business or cross-border environments is a strong advantage
Skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment
Good understanding of global supply chains and e-commerce
Languages
Fluent in English
Mandarin is required
Knowledge of Swedish or other Nordic languages is a plus

To support this journey, we are building a new ESG data foundation – and we are looking for an ESG Data Analyst to help shape how ESG data is analysed, validated and made usable across the organisation. This is a foundational role where you will analyse, validate and visualise ESG data to support reliable reporting and follow‑up. You will help turn ESG data into clear reports, dashboards and insights that support customer reporting and internal decision‑making. The role sits within the ESG Controlling Team, which is part of Group Finance, but works closely with data engineering and architecture roles. This position is ideal for someone who wants to work close to sustainability and data, take ownership of data quality and analysis, and turn ESG data into clear, trusted reports and dashboards in a purpose‑driven domain. Your role As an ESG Data Analyst, you will: Analyse, validate and interpret ESG and sustainability data for reporting and performance follow up. Develop and maintain ESG reports, dashboards and visualisations, e.g. in Power BI. Ensure traceability and consistency between source data, calculations and reported figures. Design and apply data driven and automatised internal controls to detect anomalies, inconsistencies and reporting risks in ESG data. Identify data quality issues, gaps and inconsistencies, analyse root causes, and drive resolution and problem‑solving together with data and ESG colleagues. Develop and implement automation solutions to improve operational efficiency. Continuously improve ESG reporting, analysis, dashboards and controls in line with evolving requirements and stakeholder needs. You will also work closely with data engineers, architects, and business stakeholders. Degree in Data Analytics, Statistics or a similar field. Several years of experience working with big data in roles such as Data Analyst, BI Analyst, Reporting Analyst or similar. Experience working with large and complex datasets, preferably in data lake–based environments. Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, Power BI and SQL; Python is a plus. Experience building and maintaining reports and dashboards. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to structure, validate, and analyse large and complex data sets.
