Som en del av AFRYs Industridivision blir du en nyckelspelare i Nordens största Safety‑organisation, en samlad kraft på över 150 experter inom arbetsmiljö, maskinsäkerhet, processäkerhet, brandskydd samt samhällsskydd och beredskap fördelade på ett 30-tal kontor i Sverige. Hos oss arbetar du i framkant tillsammans med både EU‑kommissionen, standardiseringsorgan och nationella myndigheter för att påverka och utveckla framtidens säkerhetskrav. Som HSE-/arbetsmiljökonsult arbetar du i en rådgivande roll där du stöttar verksamheter och projekt med både operativa och strategiska frågor. Uppdragen kan variera från längre uppdrag hos en kund till kortare insatser i olika projektmiljöer. Du arbetar nära chefer, projektledare och medarbetare och bidrar till att utveckla säkra, effektiva och hållbara arbetssätt. Rollen innebär stor variation och möjlighet att arbeta i flera branscher. Du ingår i vår nationella specialistgrupp, där du både kan arbeta självständigt och i nära samarbete med kollegor. Dina arbetsuppgifter kan bland annat omfatta: Stötta och utveckla systematiskt arbetsmiljöarbete (SAM) Identifiera risker, genomföra riskbedömningar och driva förbättringsåtgärder Säkerställa efterlevnad av lagstiftning, föreskrifter och standarder Utveckla och implementera ledningssystem (t.ex. ISO 45001, ISO 14001) Genomföra interna revisioner, gapanalyser och audits Hantera incidenter, tillbud och utredningar Planera och genomföra utbildningar inom arbetsmiljö och säkerhet Rapportera och följa upp KPI:er och myndighetskrav Agera i roller som HSE advisor, arbetsmiljösamordnare eller safety manager i projekt Placeringsort är flexibel. Vi har möjlighet att anställa på flera orter i mellersta Sverige, såsom Stockholm, Uppsala, Gävle, Västerås, Karlstad, Falun eller Borlänge. I rollen kan det förekomma resor inom och utanför Sverige. Kvalifikationer Vi söker dig som: Har relevant utbildning inom arbetsmiljö, HSE, teknik eller motsvarande Har några års erfarenhet av arbete inom HSE/arbetsmiljö, gärna i både projekt- och produktionsmiljöer och tror därför att du kanske har arbetat inom bygg/anläggnings- verksamhet och/eller tillverkande industri Har god kunskap om arbetsmiljölagstiftning, riskhantering och systematiskt arbetsmiljöarbete Har erfarenhet av, eller kunskap om, BAS-P/BAS-U Innehar giltigt B-körkort Behärskar svenska och engelska i tal och skrift Har du dessutom erfarenhet av kvalitets- och miljöledningssystem (t.ex. ISO 9001, ISO 14001) samt erfarenhet av att utveckla säkerhetskultur, leda utbildningar eller driva förbättringsarbete, så bedömer vi det som meriterande i den här rollen. As a HSE Specialist on one of Sweden’s largest construction projects, you will have a central role in driving and developing systematic health and safety work on site. With a physical presence on the construction site, and close collaboration with the client and all project functions, you will help build both structure and culture. Your profile We are looking for someone with experience from large-scale projects – preferably in construction and/or industrial projects or environments – where you have worked hands-on with health and safety issues. You have relevant education or equivalent knowledge gained through professional experience, and you are confident in taking ownership of your area. You are used to driving initiatives independently and joining projects at an early stage, where you will develop and implement processes. At the same time, you work in close collaboration with the client and other professional roles in complex environments. You are proficient in both Swedish and English, and have the ability to communicate clearly and engagingly, both in conversation and in presentations.
