Senior DevOps / DevSecOps Engineer

Location: Stockholm, Sweden

Work Mode: On-site (100%)

Assignment Period: 10 August 2026 – 31 December 2026

We are looking for an experienced Senior DevOps / DevSecOps Engineer to join an exciting project in Stockholm. In this role, you will help build and maintain secure, automated, and scalable software delivery processes while collaborating closely with development, operations, and security teams.

Key Responsibilities

Design, implement, and maintain secure CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps.

Integrate DevSecOps practices into software development and operational processes.

Implement automated security controls, including SAST, DAST, dependency scanning, and secrets management.

Work with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Bicep, or ARM Templates).

Support containerized environments and improve deployment automation.

Drive continuous improvements in security, monitoring, and deployment processes.

Coach development teams on DevSecOps best practices.

Work in a SAFe Agile environment and participate in Agile ceremonies.

Required Qualifications

Several years of experience as a DevOps or DevSecOps Engineer in complex environments.

Strong expertise in Azure DevOps, including YAML and Classic Pipelines.

Solid understanding of CI/CD and DevSecOps principles.

Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Bicep, or ARM Templates).

Experience with container technologies.

Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Experience working in SAFe Agile or a similar Agile framework.

Fluent Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

Preferred Qualifications

Azure or DevSecOps certifications.

Experience with SIEM, cloud monitoring, and security operations.

Knowledge of Identity & Access Management (IAM) and Zero Trust architecture.

Experience with AWS or Google Cloud.

Experience from regulated industries such as banking, finance, or insurance.

SAFe certification.

They are, in-house, building a financial product to support payments for claims in Volvo (both warranty and service contract claims). There is an existing module in the solution UCHP – Unified Claim Handling Process – that has been supporting claim payments. This functionality is now being replaced by a new product called UFF (UCHP Financial Flow). The UFF application is a new finance-focused component carved out of the UCHP monolith to meet updated legal requirements across multiple markets. It receives claim cost data for items ready for payment, calculates dealer payouts, generates payment and specification documents, and integrates with external systems (Master Finance/SAP, document archiving, and the EDI integration platform). The solution supports restartable processing, resend capabilities, document download APIs, and status publication, while maintaining audit-friendly storage of transmitted payloads and documents. At the start of 2026, the first EDI markets were onboarded to UFF. The product roadmap for this year includes support for several additional EDI markets. In addition, the roadmap also includes new functionality required for a number of markets as part of the Elvira project (Master Finance 2.0) rollout plan. Next in line is support for the new information model in 2027 (also part of Master Finance 2.0).
