As a Product Operations Manager, you’ll sit at the heart of how Legora scales its product. You’ll help us turn complexity into
clarity by solving stakeholder alignment challenges, enabling cross‑functional collaboration at scale, and ensuring our teams can

This is a front‑row role at the edge of our product and release engine. You’ll work closely with Product, Engineering, Design,
Marketing, Customer Enablement, and Client Support to ensure launches land smoothly, insights flow back into product decisions,
and operational friction never slows us down.

THE ROLE We're hiring a Manager, Deal Desk to join our Deal Desk team at Legora. This is a key role with a clear mandate: enable sales velocity while protecting pricing integrity, policy compliance, and revenue accuracy at scale. You'll be a trusted partner to Sales leadership and a key connector between Sales, Finance, Legal, and GTM Operations. This role blends strategic judgment with hands-on execution - ideal for someone who enjoys building scalable processes while staying close to the details that make deals work. As Legora continues to scale across regions, products, and business models, you'll play an important role in shaping how we sell, how we book revenue, and how we maintain operational excellence globally. WHAT YOU'LL DO You'll be a key member of the Deal Desk team, serving as a primary point of contact for deal review, structuring, and approval. You'll work closely with Sales leadership to ensure deals align with Legora's commercial strategy while meeting internal policy and revenue standards. More than that, we believe you will thrive by taking ownership of: * Managing Deal Desk support for the EMEA region, partnering closely with Sales leadership to structure, price, and approve deals accurately and strategically * Positioning Deal Desk as a trusted advisor earlier in the sales cycle, helping accelerate deal velocity and improve deal quality * Reviewing deals for policy alignment, compliance, and booking accuracy, including pricing, configuration, approvals, and escalation of non-standard terms * Partnering cross-functionally with Legal, Finance, Billing, Revenue, Collections, and GTM Operations to streamline quote-to-cash workflows * Identifying process gaps and contributing to scalable solutions as the Deal Desk function matures alongside the business * Supporting Finance during month-end close and audit cycles, ensuring deals are correctly reflected across systems * Analysing deal trends and process efficiency, using data to surface insights and drive continuous improvement * Enabling and educating Sales teams on policies, processes, and best practices to improve compliance and speed * Supporting cross-functional initiatives tied to selling motions, product launches, and business model evolution * Acting as a builder in a fast-growing environment, contributing to frameworks, tools, and processes that support scale WHAT YOU BRING You're an experienced Deal Desk professional who combines strong commercial instincts with operational rigour. You're comfortable operating at the intersection of Sales and Finance, and you know how to balance speed with control. The role We're looking for a Senior Web Designer to own how Legora shows up on the web. You'll join the Brand team and take Legora.com from good to the best website in the category, thinking beyond convention about what a web experience can be. You'll work closely with the Brand Designers, Copywriter, Web Editor, Product Marketing team and Project Manager to bring campaigns and product stories to life online, and partner with the Senior Brand Designer, Product on photography, video and motion that elevates the web experience. The Responsibilities * Legora.com. Own Legora.com end-to-end. Think outside the box about what's possible, not just what's expected. * Landing pages & brand moments. Design and iterate on campaign landing pages and interactive brand moments. * Design system. Contribute to and maintain our web design system in Framer. * Interaction & motion. Design interactions, motion and prototypes that bring narratives to life on web. * Performance. Ensure every page is fast, responsive and holds up across devices. * Testing. Work with Growth and Performance Marketing to test layouts and flows, using data to sharpen what's working. * Content & CMS. Own how the site is structured and maintained, working closely with the Web Editor. * Agency network. Bring in web agencies and specialist partners to elevate expression, do the most yourself, use agencies to go further. * Cross-functional collaboration. Work closely with Brand Designer Product, Copywriters, Web Editor, Product Marketing and the Project Manager to keep execution on track. * AI-enabled workflows. Use AI tools to speed up ideation and iteration without cutting corners on quality. What we are looking for * You have a portfolio that pushes category norms in web design, not just follows them. * You own complex web work end-to-end, concept to live site, including how it performs and is maintained. * You have strong interaction, motion and storytelling sensibilities. * ou have meticulous attention to detail and a strong sense of taste. * You care as much about performance as polish, and use data to sharpen decisions rather than shipping once and moving on. * You've worked in Framer; coding is a plus. * You know how to get the most from agencies without depending on them. * You use AI tools daily to work faster without losing quality. * You collaborate naturally across Copy, Web Editor, Product Marketing and Design. Experience and background * Experience. 5+ years in web design, within Tech, B2B, SaaS or high-growth environments. * Tools. Comfortable working in modern no-code/low-code web design tools (e.g. Framer or similar). Ability to code React components is a plus. * Performance & testing. Track record shipping fast, responsive sites, and experience testing/optimising with performance teams. * Content operations. Experience structuring a CMS for non-technical teams to use confidently. * Agency experience. Proven experience briefing and managing agencies or freelancers. * AI-native. The Role The IT and AI Enablement function exists to make Legora itself run as well as the product we sell: secure, automated, and compounding over time. The Workplace Technology Lead owns everything technical a person touches when they walk into the office — onboarding, hardware, AV, cabling, and physical-security infrastructure — with Workplace Technology Staff supporting as the site scales, and works alongside the EAs, Workspace, Office Managers, and Brand/Events teams. One Lead per major site (Stockholm, London, New York, Sydney, Denver); they share playbooks and cover for one another. This role owns Stockholm. What You'll Be Doing * Own Stockholm's workplace technology end to end — the day-to-day experience for staff and guests. Lead the Workplace Technology Staff where the site has them; do the work yourself and build the team where it doesn't. * Run the technology side of new-hire onboarding on the ground: devices staged, accounts and access provisioned, day-one setup, and the in-person welcome to Legora's tools — Workplace handles the desk and space. * Own the AV and conferencing estate — meeting rooms, all-hands, and event AV. * Inside Workplace’s office buildouts, program-manage the physical systems — cameras, badge / access-control, and structured cabling: oversee installers, hold vendors to Legora’s standards and acceptance tests, and make sure each is installed correctly, comes up on the network, and stays available. Workplace owns the buildout; you own that the tech works; Security owns access policy and monitoring. * Manage the local hardware lifecycle — provisioning, stock, repairs, returns — and be the site’s top escalation point above first-line support. * Resolve local requests through Legora’s shared service desk, working to common SLAs with automated routing. * Oversee the site’s technology spend — AV, hardware, and IT / AV vendors — forecasting with Finance and feeding the overall site budget that Workplace owns. Who You Are * 6+ years across IT / workplace technology, AV, or facilities-adjacent technical operations, including running on-site buildouts end to end — you're comfortable owning a site. * Ready to incubate a site — happy to start as the sole technologist and build the team as the office grows. * A program manager at heart — you can scope a fit-out, keep installers, vendors, and timelines on track, and own a budget and forecast spend without drama. * Hands-on and present — this is a five-days-on-site role (you can't stage a new hire's desk or recover a dropped meeting room remotely), and you like being the person on the floor who makes the space work. * A calm partner and — where there’s a team — a steady manager who develops people; you're the point of contact when an event or VIP visit depends on the tech. * Standards-minded and ambitious — you want your site to set the bar the others copy, and you keep the next buildout cleaner than the last. Nice To Have * AV and conferencing at scale — room design, signal flow, and acceptance testing (Neat, Zoom Rooms). * Technical program management of physical installs — structured / low-voltage cabling and commissioning of building systems. * Physical-security infrastructure — badge / access-control and camera / CCTV (e.g. Verkada): keeping it installed, networked, and available, and coordinating installers. * Office network fundamentals — Meraki and the local network spine, working with the IT Systems team. * Endpoint and onboarding logistics — macOS provisioning, Jamf / Apple Business Manager, and staging hardware for new hires. * Comfortable running support through an ITSM / service-desk platform and adopting AI-assisted, agentic automation — we run an AI-native ITSM (Serval), and exposure to tools like ServiceNow, Jira Service Management, or Freshservice transfers well. * Experience with Neat, Zoom, Meraki, Verkada, Jamf, Apple Business Manager, and 1Password. *Please note that due to summer holidays, our response times may be a little longer than usual.
