Legora is redefining how legal work gets done. Not built for lawyers, built with them. We work alongside the world’s best legal
teams, who expect excellence, precision, and speed, and we hold ourselves to the same bar.
Our AI-native workspace lets legal professionals move faster, think more clearly, and operate with sharper precision. By analysing
thousands of documents in minutes and powering end-to-end workflows, we cut through complexity, teams can focus on what matters:
judgment, strategy, and outcomes.
1,000+ customers across 50+ countries trust us, including Cleary Gottlieb, Goodwin, Linklaters, White & Case, Dentons, and
Barclays. We’ve scaled to $100M+ in ARR, with teams across Europe, North America and APAC, and continue to expand through
acquisitions including Qura, Walter AI and Graceview.
We partner with world-class performers: including Aaron Judge and the New York Yankees, Ludvig Åberg (and his caddie), and
campaigns featuring Jude Law.
Joining Legora means three things.
Mission before ego. Everyone contributes. No one coasts.
If you’re driven by impact, pace, and raising the bar. This is the place.
We’re hiring a Revenue Operations Senior Analyst to power and scale our Demand Generation engine, with data at the center of
everything.
This is a hands-on, highly operational role for someone who naturally thinks in CRM objects, schemas, lifecycle states, joins, and
structured datasets.
You won’t just analyze data. You’ll design the structures that make GTM execution possible. You’ll work directly inside Salesforce
and enrichment tools like Clay, building and maintaining the datasets that fuel sourcing, segmentation, targeting, and
signal-based workflows. You’ll be the analytical backbone to Demand Gen, ensuring execution is precise, scalable, and trustworthy.

Joining Legora means three things. * We lean in: ownership over titles, outcomes over intentions. * We fight for excellence: high standards, direct, ego-free feedback. * We grow together: as a team and with our customers. Mission before ego. Everyone contributes. No one coasts. If you’re driven by impact, pace, and raising the bar. This is the place. THE ROLE As Legora scales across Europe and sells to the world's largest law firms and enterprises, sustainability moves from nice-to-have to a requirement — in regulation (CSRD), in procurement, and in the due-diligence questionnaires our clients send. This is a founding role to stand up Legora's ESG function and own it end to end. You will build Legora's ESG programme from scratch: the reporting that satisfies CSRD, the carbon accounting and offset programme, and the credibility to represent Legora directly to clients and prospects on sustainability. You report to the VP of Operations and partner with Finance, Legal, Workplace, and Revenue. This is part compliance, part programme-building, part client-facing. Two things make it specific to Legora: every reporting workflow should be AI-automated rather than hand-run, and — because an AI company's climate story is a compute story — you'll navigate the footprint of large datacentres and stay ahead of where efficiency is heading as chips get better. WHAT YOU'LL DO * Stand up and take long-term ownership of Legora's ESG function — defining the strategy, commitments, and operating plan to ensure our frameworks mature as the company grows. * Automate the reporting stack: build AI-driven workflows for CSRD and RFP/security questionnaires so disclosures are generated, not hand-assembled. * Own CSRD readiness and reporting: scope the requirements, build the data collection, and produce the disclosures with Finance and Legal. * Own Legora's compute and datacentre climate footprint — model it, track efficiency trends as chips and datacentres improve, and turn it into a credible forward-looking story. * Build the GHG/carbon accounting model and run the carbon offset programme — measurement, reduction targets, and credible offsets. * Represent Legora on sustainability calls with client leadership teams, CXOs, and partner groups, and own the ESG due-diligence response. * Drive audit readiness and keep the programme defensible as regulation and client expectations evolve. WHAT YOU BRING * 8+ years in ESG, sustainability, or a related compliance/operating role, with hands-on reporting experience. * Deep AI and datacentre fluency — you can navigate the climate footprint of large datacentres and see ahead on efficiency trends as chips and compute get better. * An AI-first mindset — you automate reporting (CSRD, EcoVadis, CDP, SBTi, RFP) with AI rather than running it by hand. * Working knowledge of CSRD and GHG accounting (or the ability to get up to speed fast and own it). * Comfortable client-facing — you hold your own on calls with client leadership teams, CXOs, and partner groups. * A great, direct communicator, strong in slides and analytics — preferably an MBB / top-tier strategy consulting background. * Strong operating discipline: you turn a regulatory requirement into a data pipeline, a deadline, and a clean disclosure. STRONG CANDIDATES MAY ALSO * Have built and/or led a tech company's ESG strategy from scratch. * Bring experience in a regulated or enterprise-sales environment where ESG credentials affect deals. WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU * Global collaboration: partner with teams and customers across Europe, APAC, and North America. * Competitive package: comprehensive salary, equity, benefits, and the tools to do your best work. * Meaningful work: you are standing up the function that keeps a hyper-growth company credible and compliant. * In-person environment: a Stockholm office designed for ambitious builders. Mission before ego. Everyone contributes. No one coasts. If you’re driven by impact, pace, and raising the bar. This is the place. The role We’re looking for an exceptional Executive Assistant to partner with our senior leadership. This is not a traditional support role. You’ll manage calendars, travel and logistics, but you’ll also go beyond that: shaping how the company shares information, stays aligned, and operates day-to-day. You will help build and scale Legora as a company and set the operating model. Working closely with the Chief of Staff in the EMEA team, you’ll play a key role in enhancing operational efficiency and supporting the strategic direction of the region. From planning key internal moments to improving workflows, you’ll bring structure to complexity and free up time where it matters most. This is a foundational role with broad exposure across the organisation, board and beyond. If you’re proactive, love details, and thrive in high-velocity environments - we’d love to meet you. What you will be doing: * Own calendar, travel logistics and email for our VP of Revenue and VP of Strategic Accounts - not just managing their time, but designing it to reflect shifting priorities and strategic focus. * Coordinate internal and external meetings across multiple time zones - making sure every touchpoint is prepared, purposeful and followed up. * Lead planning and execution of key team moments - including recurring meetings, offsites, workshops and informal gatherings. * Triage inbound requests, protect focus time and help communication flow smoothly across the team. * Partnering closely with leadership to flag blockers, support decision-making and help the company stay one step ahead. * Provide operational support to keep projects, initiatives and team collaboration on track. * Help strengthen collaboration and coordination between the Strategic Accounts and broader EMEA teams, ensuring alignment on priorities and execution. * Act as a central point of coordination across the company, collaborating closely with teams including Operations, Product, Sales and Legal. * Take initiative to improve the way the team operates - spotting friction points and building better systems. What you bring * 5+ years experience in roles like Executive Assistant, Team Coordinator or Business Operations - ideally in a high-growth or international environment. * A proactive, problem-solving mindset - you act before issues arise and take full ownership. * Deep attention to detail and a love of structure - you make things faster, smoother, clearer. * Strong communication skills - fluent in English, confident in handling sensitive or high-stakes communication. * High discretion and maturity - you know how to navigate different stakeholders and build trust. * Comfort with tools like Google Workspace, Slack and Notion - and a quick learner when new systems come in. * A genuine desire to support others and make the team better - you take pride in the work behind the scenes. What makes this role special You won’t simply be executing tasks on behalf of others; you’ll play an active role in designing better ways of working across the company. The position comes with high exposure, giving you the chance to work closely with our senior leadership team and build relationships across the company. As Legora continues to scale, this role offers the opportunity to play a meaningful part in that journey while creating pathways for your own growth and development. And as Legora grows, so will this role, providing you with opportunities to shape your own career path - whether that leads toward business operations, people-focused tracks, or team leadership. Mission before ego. Everyone contributes. No one coasts. If you’re driven by impact, pace, and raising the bar. This is the place. We are hiring a Senior PMM, Pricing & Packaging to own how Legora prices and packages the Legora aOS platform — translating the depth of a vertical legal operating system into commercial structures that make sense to the buyers who evaluate it. Pricing is where positioning meets revenue. Legora isn't a seat-based horizontal tool being priced like one — it's an operating system with agents, workflows, and practice-specific capability that different buyers value differently. A GC evaluating in-house legal AI and a managing partner evaluating a firm-wide deployment aren't paying for the same thing, even when they're looking at the same platform. This role exists to make sure our pricing and packaging reflect that: capturing the value we create, staying legible to buyers and sales alike, and evolving as fast as the product does. The ideal candidate has spent the better part of a decade in pricing, packaging, or monetization-focused product marketing at high-growth enterprise SaaS or AI companies. They think in frameworks and are equally comfortable building a willingness-to-pay model and writing the one-pager that explains a new package to the field. They know how to partner with GTM, Finance, and Product without letting any one function pull pricing in a direction the market won't bear. What you'll do * Pricing strategy: Own Legora's pricing architecture across segments — in-house legal teams and law firms — ensuring price reflects value delivered. * Packaging architecture: Design and evolve how all Legora capabilities are bundled into packages that are easy for buyers to understand and easy for GTM to sell. * New product monetization: Define pricing and packaging for product lines as they launch, in lockstep with the teams building them. * Market & competitive intelligence: Collaborate with the competitive strategist on ongoing win-loss and competitive pricing analysis to keep our model sharp against how the market is evolving, particularly as AI-native pricing models mature. * Sales enablement: Build the guidance, talk tracks, battlecards, and deal-desk tools that help sales price and structure deals with confidence, including for non-standard or strategic deals. * Cross-functional alignment: Partner with Finance, Sales, RevOps, and Product leadership to land pricing changes without disrupting the pipeline or the field. * Buyer research: Run willingness-to-pay and value-perception research across in-house and law firm buyers to keep pricing grounded in how they actually make decisions. What you'll bring * 6–8+ years in product marketing, pricing, or monetization roles, with substantial time owning pricing or packaging strategy at scale * Deep experience pricing AI, SaaS, or workflow products for enterprise or professional services buyers — legal a strong plus * Comfortable moving between quantitative rigor (pricing models, elasticity, willingness-to-pay) and clear, persuasive writing that sales and buyers can actually use * A track record of shipping pricing or packaging changes that held up commercially and organizationally, not just on a whiteboard * Demonstrated ability to partner with Finance and Sales leadership without losing sight of the buyer * Exceptional writing. You should be able to point to something you've written and defend every word * Operates with conviction in ambiguous environments and doesn't need a large support structure to produce great work Legora is an Equal Opportunity Employer At Legora, we believe great teams are built on diversity of thought and experience.
