teams, who expect excellence, precision, and speed, and we hold ourselves to the same bar.
Our AI-native workspace lets legal professionals move faster, think more clearly, and operate with sharper precision. By analysing
thousands of documents in minutes and powering end-to-end workflows, we cut through complexity, teams can focus on what matters:
judgment, strategy, and outcomes.

Barclays. We’ve scaled to $100M+ in ARR, with teams across Europe, North America and APAC, and continue to expand through
acquisitions including Qura, Walter AI and Graceview.
We partner with world-class performers: including Aaron Judge and the New York Yankees, Ludvig Åberg (and his caddie), and
campaigns featuring Jude Law.
Joining Legora means three things.
Mission before ego. Everyone contributes. No one coasts.
If you’re driven by impact, pace, and raising the bar. This is the place.

ARE YOU A PRODUCT DESIGNER SHAPING BEST-IN-CLASS PODCAST EXPERIENCES? What if your design work didn’t just improve interfaces, but changed how people build habits and keep coming back? At Podme, success isn’t measured by what we ship. It’s measured by whether people return, build habits, and stay. That means design isn’t just about screens it’s about helping users succeed in ways that drive real business outcomes. We’re looking for a Senior Product Designer (UX) who wants to design at that level of impact. ABOUT THE ROLE This is not a role for someone who polishes interfaces after decisions are already made. This is a role for someone who helps shape what gets built, by understanding user behavior, identifying the right problems, and designing experiences that create meaningful outcomes for both listeners and the business. At Podme, great design helps people discover content they love, continue listening effortlessly, and build habits around premium podcasts and audio experiences. WHAT YOU’LL DO As a Senior Product Designer (UX), you will: * Design intuitive and delightful mobile experiences across iOS and Android * Create seamless listening and viewing experiences around premium podcasts * Frame product opportunities through user behavior, motivation, and outcomes * Work closely with Product Managers, Engineers, Data Analysts, and stakeholders across the company * Use research, experimentation, and data to validate decisions and improve experiences continuously * Help shape product direction, not just interface execution YOU’LL BE ESPECIALLY FOCUSED ON Designing for habits and continuation You’ll design experiences that: * Reduce friction and cognitive load * Help users discover content they genuinely care about * Make continuation feel effortless across moments and devices * Create clear and coherent journeys across listening and discovery * Make Podme feel like a natural part of everyday routines Framing the right problems You’ll: * Use research and behavioral data to identify where the experience breaks down * Collaborate with stakeholders and subject matter experts to understand opportunities and constraints * Turn insights into clear product direction, hypotheses, and design principles * Focus on user outcomes before interface solutions Driving continuous discovery and learning You’ll: * Participate actively in research and insight work * Prototype and validate ideas early * Run research experiments and iterate based on real behavior, not assumptions * Help teams learn faster and make better product decisions Designing for clarity, trust, and premium experiences You’ll help create experiences where: * Navigation and continuation feel effortless * Users feel confident in their choices * The value of premium content is consistently clear * Audio and video experiences feel seamless across contexts and devices Working as a true product partner You’ll collaborate closely with Product Managers and Engineers to: * Identify friction and opportunities * Prioritize the most meaningful problems * Validate outcomes through experiments and behavioral metrics * Ensure experiences are scalable, feasible, and impactful Together, you share accountability for user outcomes, not just delivery. Contributing to a stronger design culture You’ll: * Raise the bar for UX thinking, systems design, and product craft * Help evolve how we design adaptive and AI-supported experiences * Contribute to a culture where design drives measurable impact, not just output This position will report to the UX Manager at Podme. WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE * Your work leads to measurable improvements in how people experience Podme * Teams focus on solving the right problems, not just shipping more features * User needs and trade-offs become clearer, helping teams make better decisions faster * You turn research and behavioral insights into clear product direction * The experiences you design consistently increase repeat listening and habit formation * You become a trusted partner in shaping product strategy and experience direction * You help strengthen a product culture where design is deeply connected to business impact WHO YOU ARE * You have strong experience in product design for mobile products (iOS and Android) * You think in systems, flows, and user journeys, not just individual screens * You are comfortable working with ambiguity and helping shape direction * You use research and data to inform and challenge decisions * You collaborate naturally across disciplines and involve stakeholders early * You care deeply about user outcomes, product quality, and business impact BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE * Experience with audio, video, or subscription products * Experience designing recommendation or discovery experiences * Experience working with AI-driven or adaptive systems * Strong understanding of behavioral metrics and retention WHO WE ARE Podme is the place for premium podcasts and audiobooks. Volumental is the footwear industry’s leading FitTech™ company, using 3D scanning and machine learning to match people with shoes that truly fit - in-store and online. Our vision is “a world without sizes, where every body fits.” We work with brands such as New Balance, Red Wing, Fleet Feet, Zellerfeld and Vivobarefoot across 3,000+ stores in 60 countries, with 60M+ foot scans collected, one of the world’s largest datasets of its kind. Where you fit in: As a Senior Product Designer at Volumental, you will play a key role in shaping what we build, not just how it looks or works. You'll sit inside one of our core product teams, but the design hub at Volumental is intentionally cross product: as priorities shift, you'll work horizontally across teams and occasionally with our Opportunity Lab, where early-stage ideas, prototypes, and partner explorations live. This is a role for a designer with sharp discovery instincts and great building ability, someone comfortable questioning the brief, pushing back on assumptions, and using research to redirect the team toward the right problem. You'll be expected to bring strong points of view, defend them with evidence, and stay genuinely curious about the people we design for. What you'll do: Lead end-to-end product design work, from discovery and research through to final interaction and visual detail. Run lightweight user research (interviews, usability sessions, contextual inquiry in retail environments) and translate findings into product direction. Help reframe briefs and shape what the team chooses to build, not only how it gets built. Move fluidly between core product work and other projects as priorities evolve. Contribute to and evolve our design system together with the rest of the design hub. Partner closely with PMs, engineers, footwear R&D, and our retail partners to ground design decisions in shared contexts. Help shape the design culture at Volumental: how we critique, how we research, how we ship. We are excited about you because: You ask more thoughtful questions than most designers. You're the person, who, in the kickoff meeting, asks questions that redirect the team. You have well-developed research and discovery skills, you don't outsource understanding the user. You're a conceptual thinker and a doer, equally at home in early ambiguity and in final polish. You generate ideas and advocate for them, but hold them loosely enough to change your mind. You have an excellent portfolio. You have relevant studies in Interaction Design, Product Design, Service Design, HCI, or a closely related field. We are looking for someone who: Has at least five years of experience as a product designer, with at least two of those years in-house designer at a product company. Has demonstrated experience guiding discovery and user research. Is comfortable with Figma and the surrounding modern design toolchain. Has an excellent understanding of interaction design, UX, and visual craft. Bonus - Don’t let these stop you from applying, but please let us know if you have experience with: Designing for hardware-software products, retail environments, or B2B2C contexts What we can offer you: Personal learning budget and access to coaching Opportunity to work with a great team of 15+ nationalities in our English-speaking office Occupational pension at ITP1 level Flexible Public Holidays Policy Options Program Parental pay top-up Wellness allowance Dog-friendly office Flexible work policy (at least 3 days a week from our Stockholm office) By joining Volumental, you'll be part of a small design hub inside a company where design has real weight in product direction. You'll have room to drive initiatives, shape how the team works, and influence what gets built next, while collaborating closely with subject matter experts across footwear, AI, and retail. We encourage candidates from a diversity of backgrounds to apply!
