Om rollen Som Lead Data Engineer / Data Architect får du en central roll i kunduppdrag där moderna dataplattformar står i centrum. Du kombinerar teknisk spets med affärsförståelse och hjälper kunder att gå från ambition och målbild till hållbara, skalbara lösningar som skapar verkligt värde. Du arbetar nära verksamhet, tekniska beslutsfattare, arkitekter och utvecklingsteam och blir en viktig rådgivare i frågor som rör arkitektur, skalbarhet, säkerhet och långsiktig utveckling. Här får du möjlighet att påverka på riktigt – både strategiskt och tekniskt. Du kan till exempel arbeta med greenfield-plattformar, modernisering av befintliga datamiljöer, Fabric-adoption, lakehouse/data warehouse-design, integrationslösningar och AI-redo datagrund. Det här är en roll för dig som vill kombinera hands-on leverans med rådgivning, arkitektur och tekniskt ledarskap i uppdrag som ligger högt på kundernas agenda. Vem är du? Vi tror att du har flera års erfarenhet av att bygga moderna dataplattformar i molnet och att du idag arbetar som Senior Data Engineer, Lead Data Engineer, Analytics Engineer eller Data Architect. Du är trygg i tekniken, van att diskutera lösningsdesign och målarkitektur med kunder och beslutsfattare, och motiveras av att få använda din kompetens där den gör verklig skillnad. Du trivs i konsultrollen, gillar att ta ansvar från idé till leverans och drivs av att skapa robusta, genomtänkta lösningar som kunderna verkligen får nytta av. Samtidigt uppskattar du att arbeta i en miljö där hög teknisk nivå kombineras med samarbete, kunskapsdelning och entreprenörsanda. Det här ser vi som viktigt för rollen · Praktisk erfarenhet av att designa och bygga moderna dataplattformar i Microsoft Fabric, eller stark närliggande erfarenhet från Azure-baserade dataplattformar som Azure Synapse, Azure Data Factory eller Databricks · God förståelse för dataarkitektur, datamodellering och design av lakehouse- och data warehouse-lösningar · Mycket goda kunskaper i SQL samt erfarenhet av Python, PySpark eller liknande för transformation och automatisering · Erfarenhet av ETL/ELT, pipelines, integrationer och DataOps/CI/CD i molnbaserade miljöer · Förmåga att ta tekniskt ansvar, leda vägval och samarbeta nära både kund och utvecklingsteam · God kommunikativ förmåga på svenska och engelska Meriterande erfarenheter · Microsoft Purview, data governance och lineage · Snowflake, dbt eller andra moderna transformationsramverk · AI-plattformar, MLOps eller lösningar som möjliggör generativ AI · Azure Landing Zones, säkerhetsmönster och bredare cloud architecture-erfarenhet · Power BI och förståelse för hela kedjan från dataplattform till konsumtion Erfarenhet av Power BI är alltså meriterande, men rollen är i första hand engineering- och plattformstung snarare än rapport- och visualiseringsfokuserad. Som person är du nyfiken, lösningsorienterad och trygg i dialogen med både kunder och kollegor. Du gillar att dela med dig av din kunskap och trivs i miljöer där kvalitet, samarbete och teknisk utveckling går hand i hand. About the role We’re seeking a Software Engineer with full-stack capabilities, someone who’s passionate about building intuitive, high-quality user experiences on the frontend, and who can also architect and support the backend infrastructure required to deliver those experiences reliably at global scale. The Analytics Hub is a critical initiative designed to be Acast’s single, unified platform for consumption and revenue data. This data will be from a number of sources and be in different formats and represent different concepts, so building a user interface to compare and contrast that data involves a lot of complex decisions. We then also want to take it further, offering pro-active recommendations on how these insights can be used to improve Creator’s content by helping them understand what chimes with their audience. You will work in an autonomous, purpose driven team and take an important role in shipping new features while continuously increasing efficiency, stability and scalability of the systems. You are expected to contribute to software development within your team but we also expect everyone to understand and contribute to other areas of the product development. You will be working in a multi-disciplinary environment with agile principles. We run our infrastructure and systems on AWS. The systems are written in Node.js and Typescript and you are expected to work with and be interested in that. We support our own systems and infrastructure in production. Who you are * You have experience with Node.js, Typescript and React * You have experience working with AI and are proficient in utilising it where appropriate * You have experience building delightful end user facing applications and the backend infrastructure to support them * You have experience in working with AWS or similar * You have a pragmatic mindset and can make trade-offs on what to optimise for and when to ship * You are keen to mentor others in the technical aspects you are already an expert in and you value working in a diverse team with developers of all experience and backgrounds. We are now looking for a Lead Solution Architect to take end-to-end ownership of Apotea’s solution architecture, ensure technical excellence, and enable our teams to deliver at scale. The Role As Lead Solution Architect, you’ll sit at the heart of Apotea’s transformation. You will define and evolve our architecture across AWS (serverless-first) and help us realize a platform that is scalable, resilient, and ready for continuous innovation. This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on architectural design. At Apotea, engineers are expected to take ownership of the full software development life cycle, so your role will be both to design solutions yourself and enable other engineers to do so effectively. You will work closely with business stakeholders, engineers, and product owners to ensure every technical development is aligned with Apotea’s vision, architectural principles, and best practices. You will also be the first-line responsible person for all technical developments and initiatives in the Tech department, advocating a product mindset and ensuring our architecture enables both speed and sustainability. We believe in balancing fast go-to-market with long-term maintainability: we like the right amount of technical debt, at the right place, and for the right purpose. Part of your role will be to define maturity plans and guide iterations as systems evolve. Finally, you must be able to take complex topics and clarify them, communicating solution designs and execution plans in a way that aligns the whole organization. Key Responsibilities Architectural Leadership: * Own and evolve Apotea’s target architecture with a strong focus on AWS serverless, event-driven, and data-driven systems. * Translate business strategy into modern, sustainable technology roadmaps. * Establish architectural guardrails and best practices for scalability, cost efficiency, and security. Solution Design & Innovation: * Design end-to-end solutions for e-commerce, logistics, and AI/ML-powered workflows. * Enable engineers to take ownership of design and execution, while sometimes leading design work yourself. * Identify and evaluate emerging technologies that can transform customer experience and operational efficiency.  * Ensure solutions deliver on availability, observability, performance, and regulatory compliance. * Contribute to Apotea’s architectural “toolbox” — principles, guidelines, standards, and reusable patterns. Collaboration & Leadership: * Work closely with product managers, engineers, and business stakeholders to ensure alignment of technology and goals. * Mentor and coach architects and engineers, fostering a design-first, product-oriented, innovation-driven culture. * Act as a trusted advisor to leadership, balancing risks, trade-offs, and opportunities. Governance & Compliance: * Embed data privacy, sovereignty, and security considerations into all architectural decisions, with close collaboration with Security Engineer.  * Ensure solutions comply with healthcare regulations and GDPR. We are looking for someone with: * Extensive experience in solution/software architecture, including previous experience as the main and go-to architect in an organization. * Proven expertise in AWS with deep knowledge of serverless, distributed applications, event-driven and microservices architecture.  * Strong background in designing secure, scalable, and high-performance systems. * Ability to balance fast iterations with technical debt management, defining maturity plans for systems. * Familiarity with C4 model or similar for clear architectural communication. * Experience in AI/ML platforms, data-driven architectures, or automation workflows is a plus. * Excellent ability to collaborate across business and tech, with strong communication and leadership skills. * Experience with programming languages such as Go, TypeScript, and .NET.
