We're building AI-native systems – and helping shape how AI transforms engineering, products and organisations.
At Knowit Connectivity, AI is becoming a fundamental part of how modern systems are designed, developed and operated. We're
looking for experienced engineers and architects who want to help clients move beyond experimentation and build production-grade
AI solutions that create real business value.
As we continue to invest in AI as a company, we're looking for people who want to combine deep technical expertise with a passion
for shaping the future of AI-enabled engineering.
As a senior consultant, you'll work across the full lifecycle of applied AI – from strategy and architecture to implementation,
deployment and continuous improvement.
You will help clients understand how AI changes products, workflows and technical systems while taking a leading role in designing
solutions that are scalable, observable and trustworthy.
In addition to client engagements, you will be part of Knowit Connectivity's AI Advisory Team. The team plays a central role in
shaping our AI strategy, developing internal capabilities, evaluating emerging technologies and helping drive our AI initiatives
forward.
This means your role is divided between delivering value in client assignments and helping strengthen Knowit's AI capabilities
internally. You'll collaborate with other senior AI specialists, architects and business leaders to identify opportunities,
establish best practices and continuously evolve how we apply AI across the organisation.
We're primarily looking for senior profiles with hands-on experience in applied AI.
Experience with enterprise architecture, platform engineering or large-scale software development is highly valuable.
You understand that AI is changing software engineering and system design fundamentally.
You enjoy working across strategy, architecture and implementation, and you're comfortable helping clients navigate both technical
and organisational challenges related to AI adoption.
You are curious, pragmatic and continuously learning as the AI landscape evolves.
You don't need to fit a perfect profile – we value different strengths, whether you lean more towards architecture, platform
engineering or implementation.
At Knowit, you'll be part of a team that helps organisations move forward in their AI journey – from early exploration to real,
implemented solutions.
We work closely with our clients to understand their needs, identify opportunities and turn ideas into practical applications.
Whether it's defining strategy, designing architectures or building production-ready systems, you'll play a key role in helping
others succeed with AI.
growth
We're building our AI capabilities together with our clients, which means your work will have a direct impact – not only on what
we do, but on how others succeed in applying AI.
If you've already built something real with LLMs and want to help shape how AI transforms engineering, products and organisations,
we'd like to hear from you.
About Acast Since 2014, Acast has been building the world’s most valuable podcast marketplace, creating the technology that connects podcast creators, advertisers, and listeners. Its marketplace spans more than 140,000 podcasts, 3,300 advertisers, and one billion quarterly listens. Crucially, those listens are monetized wherever they happen—across any podcast app or listening platform. About the role We’re seeking a Software Engineer with full-stack capabilities, someone who’s passionate about building intuitive, high-quality user experiences on the frontend, and who can also architect and support the backend infrastructure required to deliver those experiences reliably at global scale. The Analytics Hub is a critical initiative designed to be Acast’s single, unified platform for consumption and revenue data. This data will be from a number of sources and be in different formats and represent different concepts, so building a user interface to compare and contrast that data involves a lot of complex decisions. We then also want to take it further, offering pro-active recommendations on how these insights can be used to improve Creator’s content by helping them understand what chimes with their audience. You will work in an autonomous, purpose driven team and take an important role in shipping new features while continuously increasing efficiency, stability and scalability of the systems. You are expected to contribute to software development within your team but we also expect everyone to understand and contribute to other areas of the product development. You will be working in a multi-disciplinary environment with agile principles. We run our infrastructure and systems on AWS. The systems are written in Node.js and Typescript and you are expected to work with and be interested in that. We support our own systems and infrastructure in production. Who you are * You have experience with Node.js, Typescript and React * You have experience working with AI and are proficient in utilising it where appropriate * You have experience building delightful end user facing applications and the backend infrastructure to support them * You have experience in working with AWS or similar * You have a pragmatic mindset and can make trade-offs on what to optimise for and when to ship * You are keen to mentor others in the technical aspects you are already an expert in and you value working in a diverse team with developers of all experience and backgrounds. You value other people’s input no matter their experience level. Location Most of our teams are hybrids with some members co-located in offices and some working fully remote. With a remote first way of working we want you to feel productive regardless of work location. For this role, you can be based in the UK or Sweden. We have offices in London and Stockholm but it is optional if you want to work remote or at the office. Culture Acast is committed to creating a diverse environment and is proud to be an equal opportunity employer. All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment regardless of race, gender, sexual orientation, religion, ethnicity, national origin or any of the other wonderful characteristics that make us different. Culture is our number one priority as a business. We believe people come first, and we work every day to enable autonomy, continuous improvement and bring out the best in people. We’re global and have remote teams, so it’s even more important that we strive for an open, inclusive and caring environment where everyone feels visible and welcome. We consider ourselves a modern organization driven by strong values to create the best, most fulfilling and nurturing culture. We very much look forward to finding the next great person to join our cause!
Location: Sveavägen 168, Stockholm, Sweden (On-site) Company: Apotea AB – Sweden’s leading online pharmacy Team: Core Technology Tech Innovation at Apotea Apotea is Sweden’s largest online pharmacy, committed to making healthcare products accessible and efficient for everyone. We’re on a mission to build the next generation of e-commerce and logistics, from scratch, but with lots of domain expertise and genuine care for our customers (We have been selected as the best e-commerce in Sweden several years in a row — and for good reason.). Our vision in the Tech department is to redefine how AI and automation power modern businesses — not by forcing AI into traditional workflows, but by creating AI-driven and automated systems that give humans control, insight, and the ability to apply their expertise where it matters most. The Core Technology Team shapes the architectural foundation that supports everything we do — from e-commerce and logistics to data, AI/ML, and customer experience. We ensure that every development aligns with our long-term vision and contributes to Apotea’s growth. We are now looking for a Lead Solution Architect to take end-to-end ownership of Apotea’s solution architecture, ensure technical excellence, and enable our teams to deliver at scale. The Role As Lead Solution Architect, you’ll sit at the heart of Apotea’s transformation. You will define and evolve our architecture across AWS (serverless-first) and help us realize a platform that is scalable, resilient, and ready for continuous innovation. This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on architectural design. At Apotea, engineers are expected to take ownership of the full software development life cycle, so your role will be both to design solutions yourself and enable other engineers to do so effectively. You will work closely with business stakeholders, engineers, and product owners to ensure every technical development is aligned with Apotea’s vision, architectural principles, and best practices. You will also be the first-line responsible person for all technical developments and initiatives in the Tech department, advocating a product mindset and ensuring our architecture enables both speed and sustainability. We believe in balancing fast go-to-market with long-term maintainability: we like the right amount of technical debt, at the right place, and for the right purpose. Part of your role will be to define maturity plans and guide iterations as systems evolve. Finally, you must be able to take complex topics and clarify them, communicating solution designs and execution plans in a way that aligns the whole organization. Key Responsibilities Architectural Leadership: * Own and evolve Apotea’s target architecture with a strong focus on AWS serverless, event-driven, and data-driven systems. * Translate business strategy into modern, sustainable technology roadmaps. * Establish architectural guardrails and best practices for scalability, cost efficiency, and security. Solution Design & Innovation: * Design end-to-end solutions for e-commerce, logistics, and AI/ML-powered workflows. * Enable engineers to take ownership of design and execution, while sometimes leading design work yourself. * Identify and evaluate emerging technologies that can transform customer experience and operational efficiency. * Ensure solutions deliver on availability, observability, performance, and regulatory compliance. * Contribute to Apotea’s architectural “toolbox” — principles, guidelines, standards, and reusable patterns. Collaboration & Leadership: * Work closely with product managers, engineers, and business stakeholders to ensure alignment of technology and goals. * Mentor and coach architects and engineers, fostering a design-first, product-oriented, innovation-driven culture. * Act as a trusted advisor to leadership, balancing risks, trade-offs, and opportunities. Governance & Compliance: * Embed data privacy, sovereignty, and security considerations into all architectural decisions, with close collaboration with Security Engineer. * Ensure solutions comply with healthcare regulations and GDPR. We are looking for someone with: * Extensive experience in solution/software architecture, including previous experience as the main and go-to architect in an organization. * Proven expertise in AWS with deep knowledge of serverless, distributed applications, event-driven and microservices architecture. * Strong background in designing secure, scalable, and high-performance systems. * Ability to balance fast iterations with technical debt management, defining maturity plans for systems. * Familiarity with C4 model or similar for clear architectural communication. * Experience in AI/ML platforms, data-driven architectures, or automation workflows is a plus. * Excellent ability to collaborate across business and tech, with strong communication and leadership skills. * Experience with programming languages such as Go, TypeScript, and .NET. Nice to Have * Experience with MLOps and data lakehouse architectures. * Knowledge of multi-tenant SaaS or distributed e-commerce and logistics platforms. * Exposure to regulated environments such as healthcare, finance, or logistics. * Familiarity with API/Event-first design and Test Driven Development (TDD). Why Join Apotea? * A stable, future-focused company with a meaningful mission to improve healthcare accessibility. * The chance to work on cutting-edge AI, ML, and automation projects that impact millions of customers. * Opportunity to Work with modern cloud-native technologies (serverless, AI, automation, event-driven). * Join a flat, agile organization with minimal bureaucracy * Opportunities for career growth through training, mentorship, and industry conferences. * Collaborate in a cross-functional, transparent environment * Own projects from concept to deployment * Join a culture of experimentation, collaboration, and innovation.
