As an AI First System Engineer at Cambio, you’ll design and build the intelligent systems powering the future of healthcare. This

is not about adding AI on top — it’s about rethinking how systems are built from the ground up in an AI-first world.

You’ll work at the intersection of architecture, AI, and product, shaping scalable and resilient solutions that enable new ways

for millions of people to connect with healthcare. From defining system design and data flows to integrating AI capabilities into

real-world applications, you’ll have a direct impact on how Cambio's HealthCare product evolves.

Requirements

Strong hands-on experience across frontend and backend development (code style does not matter). Strong backend experience is a

plus.

Deep expertise in AI and applied AI solutions (you have built private and professional products and systems).

Solid systems engineering background — you understand how complex, distributed systems are designed, integrated, and scaled.

Proven experience taking products from concept through to launch and into live operation — you've owned the full lifecycle, not

just parts of it.

Comfortable running and maintaining production systems, with a strong sense of reliability, observability, and operational

ownership.

It's a bonus if you have

Experience working with and optimizing Agentic/robotic or automated systems.
