COMMISSIONING LEAD – EMERSON DELTAV PROCESS SYSTEM MIGRATION (PHARMA) Assignment Overview We are looking for a senior Commissioning Lead to support a large-scale process control system migration project in a GMP-regulated pharmaceutical manufacturing environment. The assignment is fully on-site and involves leading commissioning activities within a defined process area in a complex production facility. You will take ownership of your scope from planning through execution, working closely with CQV, Automation, and Operations in a cross-functional project organization. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- KEY RESPONSIBILITIES * Lead and coordinate commissioning activities within an assigned process area * Define and execute a risk-based test strategy based on process requirements and functional design specifications * Perform functional and scenario-based testing across multiple software and batch control levels * Identify, document, and track issues and deviations * Coordinate re-testing and verification of fixes together with Automation and CQV teams * Support development and execution of IQ/OQ test scripts * Participate in operational test runs and performance qualification activities * Support operators during test execution and handle deviations * Provide structured daily status reporting and risk escalation * Plan test windows and resource needs for your commissioning scope ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- REQUIRED EXPERIENCE * Proven experience commissioning pharmaceutical or API manufacturing facilities * Strong background in DCS / PLC / SCADA systems in regulated environments * Experience working in large and complex plant environments * Good knowledge of GMP and data integrity principles (ALCOA+) * Familiar with change control, deviation handling, and qualification processes * Hands-on DeltaV experience is strongly preferred * Ability to troubleshoot and verify control system configuration efficiently ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- PERSONAL PROFILE * Proactive and self-driven * Clear and structured communicator * Analytical and solution-oriented * Comfortable balancing quality, timeline, and risk in GMP projects * Effective in cross-functional project teams

Your goal is to onboard our new Danish customers and the realization of high Rillion-quality, customer satisfaction and the agreed schedule in software delivery projects. You will also play a key role in optimizing how our customers leverage our AI features. What you will do: * Implement our Rillion software to new Danish customers * Short assignments from existing customers * Provide guidance and customer trainings * Troubleshoot in the event of any problems * Contribute to shaping how our Professional Services team uses AI tools in their daily work * Work closely with our customers, software vendors and internally with other teams, such as Customer Success, Product and Sales. What we look for: * 3+ years of working experience, preferably from a consultant-/project lead- or similar role * You hold a bachelor’s degree in business or technology * You are eager to develop into an expert in the Purchase to Payment process * You have a “can-do attitude” and the ability to work independently * A customer service spirit and good organizational skills * Excellent communication skills in Danish and English, both written and spoken. * In addition, technical expertise and knowledge in databases, especially SQL, is considered an advantage. You may have worked with SaaS environments, integrations, P2P or ERP systems. We also value experience in financial management processes, project work, for example in the implementation of financial management solutions.
