Flyginformation är avgörande för att kunna planera och genomföra en flygning. I LFV är det enheten Aeronautical Information Management (AIM) som har till uppgift att producera och tillhandahålla flyginformation. Vi är ca 65 medarbetare fördelat på tre tjänsteställen. Ett av dem är Flight Planning Centre som nu söker nya medarbetare.
Beskrivning av tjänsten
Arbetet på Flight Planning Centre (FPC) innebär att som Briefing Officer (BO) hantera många olika arbetsuppgifter till stöd för flygtrafiktjänsten. Huvudsakligen tillhandahåller man på olika sätt information till luftrumsbrukare inför flygning, bl a aktuellt väder och NOTAM (Notice to airmen) så att en säker flygning kan genomföras.
Du lämnar även hjälp och stöd i samband med inlämnande och distribution av färdplaner och har arbetsuppgifter som Flight Data Operator vid flygtrafikledningen.
Arbetet innebär skifttjänstgöring dag och natt, årets alla dagar.

Kompetenser
Då du som BO har mycket kontakt med kunder är det viktigt att du har ett professionellt och pedagogiskt förhållningssätt. Du ingår i en arbetsgrupp med ny sammansättning varje dag, där ni är beroende av varandra för att lösa uppgifterna. Du har samarbetsförmåga, är ödmjuk och tar ansvar för en god arbetsmiljö.
Arbetstempot varierar och stundtals är arbetsbelastningen hög, vilket kräver en mycket god förmåga att växla upp och kunna prioritera bland arbetsuppgifterna men också att du ska kunna bibehålla fokus och motivation vid lägre arbetsbelastning. För att klara av arbetet på bästa sätt bör du vara stresstålig, lösningsorienterad och flexibel.
Verksamheten är regelstyrd och kräver att du följer föreskrifter och gällande bestämmelser och att du är analytisk och noggrann.
Anställning
För att bli aktuell för tjänsten som BO krävs en godkänd utbildning Basic ATS, Basic ATC eller Basic FIS.
Anställningen som BO börjar med ett utbildningsskede som innefattar teoretisk utbildning varvad med praktisk utbildning under ca 1 år. och då erbjuds en tidsbegränsad elevanställning, datum enligt överenskommelse. Denna del av utbildningen genomförs främst på Flight Planning Centre vid ATCC Stockholm Arlanda.
Efter godkänd utbildning blir du tillsvidareanställd hos Flight Planning Centre på kontrollcentralen Stockholm Arlanda.

What you’ll do Strategy • Own and shape the long-term product vision and roadmap, aligned with brand DNA and overarching business ambition. • Define and oversee the end-to-end product development strategy, balancing core assortment, limited editions and seasonal launches. • Protect Beauty Icons’ makeup-first positioning, with selective expansion into complexion- adjacent skincare, tools and accessories. • Translate consumer insight, trend awareness and brand vision into clear product priorities and launch strategies. • Act as a strategic sparring partner to Marketing, Commercial and Creative on concepts, storytelling and go-to-market. • Ensure product strategy, processes and partners are fit for international scale, across DTC, retail and new markets. This is a high-trust, high-impact role for someone who can go beyond traditional executive support and thrives at the center of a fast-moving organization. The right candidate will not only run a complex executive calendar and travel cadence with excellence, but also manage the intake, routing, and execution of sensitive legal documents - including but not limited to internal governance, banking and compliance materials requiring CLO sign off. You will help to prepare materials for key meetings and track priorities and decisions to completion. This role is ideal for a highly organized, detail-oriented operator with strong judgment, executive presence, and direct experience in a law firm or in-house legal environment.
