SCC Swedish Construction Company fortsätter att växa och söker nu engagerade och skickliga svetsare med erfarenhet inom anläggningsbranschen för att stärka vårt team i Stockholms län. Hos oss kommer du främst att arbeta med reparation och underhåll av broar, stålkonstruktioner och andra anläggningsprojekt. Arbetet innefattar svetsning och montage inom projekt där kvalitet, säkerhet och noggrannhet är avgörande. Kvalifikationer Vi söker dig som har erfarenhet av svetsarbete inom anläggning, stål eller brokonstruktioner och som är van att arbeta självständigt såväl som i team. The assignment We are looking for a committed and result-oriented manager who wants to lead and develop our team in industrial projects. The role entails an overall responsibility for leading, developing and ensuring the delivery of the business within workshop projects. As a manager, you are expected to contribute to the organization's strategic development, while at the same time exercising present and coaching leadership in the daily work. Main responsibilities Your main responsibilities include leading, developing and following up on the business's goals and ensuring that these align with Scania Industrial Maintenance's overall strategic direction. You are also responsible for resource planning, financial follow-up and the long-term supply of skills. As we work in projects and smaller assignments, you will work in very close collaboration with other project groups within Industrial Projects as well as with various technical consultants, contractors, customers and project stakeholders at Scania. You promote systematic improvement work and implement new ways of working and methods. You build and maintain good relationships with internal and external partners. Your profile We are looking for a communicative and goal-oriented leader with a good ability to create commitment and participation. You have a well-developed analytical and structured ability, while at the same time being unpretentious and solution-oriented. We are looking for you who have Several years of experience as a manager and project manager, a solid technical foundation and a great interest in leading people in a technical and industrial environment. You have good knowledge of Swedish and English in speech as well as writing as well as a genuine interest in developing people, processes and technology. You are a good communicator who builds strong relationships with project stakeholders both inside and outside Scania.
