In this role, you will define how creative performance is measured, optimized, and scaled across multiple channels. You will sit at the intersection of marketing, analytics, product, and technology — transforming insights into smarter creative decisions and stronger customer experiences.
What you’ll do
Build and own a scalable framework for measuring creative effectiveness across digital channels
Establish testing and experimentation structures, including A/B testing and performance learning loops
Translate performance insights into actionable creative direction and campaign improvements
Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Analytics, Product, and Tech teams
Evaluate and implement innovative tools, including AI-driven solutions, to enhance creative workflows
Drive best practices and empower teams with accessible, data-informed decision-making
