This role owns the strategic balance between commercial procurement excellence and advanced manufacturing oversight across
Yubico's hardware supply chain. Given our specialized product nature, the primary mission is to optimize the balance between cost,
time, and quality while ensuring impeccable relationship governance, absolute supply chain stability, and robust risk mitigation
through the development of viable backup plans.
The focus split is 60/40 in favor of Procurement over Engineering. The ideal candidate will be a sharp commercial negotiator
capable of managing complex commodity indexing (e.g., precious metal prices affecting electronics) and multi-year capacity
reservations with our most vital partners. Simultaneously, they will lead an experienced engineering team to secure our
proprietary in-house programming infrastructure, protect co-developed IP, and navigate New Product Introductions (NPI) from a
supply standpoint.

ABOUT THE ROLE * Location: Taichung, Taiwan * Reports to: VP, Global Quality The Director of Supplier & Manufacturer Quality is responsible for leading and executing the global supplier quality strategy across our supply base and contract manufacturing partners, with primary operational leadership based in Taiwan. YOUR DAILY IMPACT AT PELOTON [STRATEGIC LEADERSHIP] * Develop and execute the local supplier and contract manufacturer quality strategy aligned with business objectives. * Establish quality governance, metrics, and performance management systems across suppliers and CMs. * Drive risk-based supplier segmentation and oversight models. * Serve as the executive quality representative for Taiwan-based manufacturing operations. [SUPPLIER & CONTRACT MANUFACTURER QUALITY OVERSIGHT] * Ensure supplier and CM compliance with company quality standards, customer requirements, and applicable regulatory frameworks. * Lead supplier qualification, onboarding, and performance monitoring processes. * Oversee supplier audits (on-site and remote), corrective and preventive actions (CAPA), and continuous improvement initiatives. * Establish and manage supplier scorecards and KPIs (PPM, OTD, cost of poor quality, audit findings, etc.). THE TEAM The position will be within the Supply Chain team at Graphcore. This team belongs to the Operations group and includes members located in Bristol and Taiwan. The team handles the creation and oversight of a strong manufacturing subcontract supply chain for Graphcore.
