Now, we're looking for a Group Consolidation & Reporting Specialist to take specialist ownership of group accounting, external
reporting, and complex accounting matters. You'll work closely with the Head of Accounting, CFO, and management team, in an
entrepreneurial culture where initiative is valued and you'll have real influence over how the Finance function evolves.
What you’ll do
As Group Consolidation & Reporting Specialist, you'll become Brocc's specialist in group accounting and financial reporting, with
overall responsibility for the group's consolidation, external reporting, and advanced accounting matters, acting as key
specialist support to the CFO and the wider organisation. The role carries no people-management responsibility but comes with a
strong mandate within your specialist area, and you'll play a key part in building efficient processes, high quality, and a robust

Now, we're looking for a Financial Controller to help develop the group's financial processes and reporting structure. The role suits you if you enjoy combining quality assurance, process development, and systems work with close collaboration across the business. What you’ll do As Financial Controller, you're responsible for the quality of financial information flowing from the group's international subsidiaries. You'll be a central link and key contact between the subsidiaries and Group Finance, working closely with the Group Consolidation & Reporting Specialist and Head of Accounting to ensure that reporting, processes, and systems maintain high quality and that deadlines are met. You'll work both operationally and with a development mindset, in a role with many touchpoints and real opportunities to make an impact. In practice, that means: * Ensure the quality of accounting and reporting data from all companies within the group * Coordinate and follow up with subsidiaries at every month-end close * Analyse and follow up on the parent company at every month-end close * Contribute to the development of ERP and reporting systems * Take part in month-end closing and support group reporting * Identify improvement opportunities and streamline financial processes * Take part in integration projects and help establish common ways of working * Act as a key point of contact for the business on financial matters * Contribute to developing reporting, structure, and governance within Finance * Drive the work of establishing internal control processes within Finance Who you are You're a confident Financial Controller – preferably with a background in auditing, who thrives in a business that's changing and evolving quickly. You enjoy building new ways of working rather than simply maintaining what already exists, and you bring a structured, solution-oriented, and down-to-earth approach to your work. More specifically, you bring: * A few years' experience as a Senior Accountant, Financial Controller or Group Financial Controller in a fast-paced acquisition environment, with experience from an investment company or similar organization characterized by frequent acquisitions and the integration of newly acquired businesses. * Experience working within an international group * Strong systems understanding and a genuine interest in process development * Comfortable working with large data sets and financial analysis * Communicative, and thrive with many stakeholder touchpoints * Take ownership, drive your own work forward, and value collaboration * A natural drive, with a habit of taking your own initiative, motivated by creating order, quality, and efficiency * Fluent in English and Swedish, spoken and written * Experience with NetSuite, niche bank, fintech, or other regulated financial business is a plus Why Brocc? Since our transition to NetSuite in January 2026, a lot of how we work is still being defined - this is a chance to shape those processes early rather than step into a fixed structure This is a hands-on role: you will both prepare and own the consolidated financial statements, ensuring accuracy, compliance and strong financial governance. Alongside the core accounting mandate, you will play a key role in shaping how Finance works going forward - driving process efficiency and automation as we build on our new NetSuite infrastructure (live since January 2026). KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: GROUP CONSOLIDATION & REPORTING * Own the end-to-end group consolidation process for 10+ entities, including intercompany accounting and eliminations, ensuring accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and annual closes. * Lead preparation of consolidated financial statements (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow) under IFRS across all business units and geographies. * Prepare the Group annual report in accordance with IFRS. AUDIT & TAX * Lead statutory reporting and audits, and own group tax compliance including corporate income tax, VAT, payroll taxes and transfer pricing governance, in collaboration with external advisors where needed. INTERNAL CONTROLS & COMPLIANCE * Design, implement and maintain the Group's financial governance and internal controls framework. FINANCE TRANSFORMATION * Drive transformation initiatives that create efficiency and add value across the finance organization - championing the use of AI, process automation, reporting efficiency and data quality. * Act as a key finance stakeholder in shaping how NetSuite and other systems are used and developed, working closely with the team that owns system governance * Partner closely with FP&A to ensure alignment between accounting outcomes and business performance, and collaborate cross-functionally with Legal, People and external advisors. About the role Step into a high-impact role where your hands-on expertise directly shapes our financial reporting. As our Group Financial Controller, you will be the driving force behind our end-to-end consolidation and group reporting processes. Systems & data flows: Administer, develop, and optimize the group's consolidation and reporting systems. Drive automation projects and participate in setting up integrations between consolidation software and reporting tools Support design and oversee autonomous workflows, enabling software agents to handle routine daily tasks Quality assurance & audit Review, analyze, and follow up on the financial data reported by subsidiaries. Serve as one of the primary contacts for external auditors, ensuring compliance with accounting principles. Maintain and strengthen internal controls, governance frameworks, and support regulatory reporting.
