Stegra is looking for a Head of Internal Audit with a unique opportunity to establish, shape and lead the Group’s internal audit
function. This is a highly visible role with direct exposure to the Audit Committee and senior management, where you will work in
close collaboration with the business and contribute to strengthening governance, risk management and internal control in an
international and dynamic environment.
As Head of Internal Audit, you will be responsible for designing, building and implementing a risk-based audit plan and evaluate
the organization’s internal governance, risk management, and control environment. You will define the strategy, establish ways of
working and ensure an efficient and value-adding audit function across the organization. The role reports to the Audit Committee
with a dotted line to the CFO. The role includes presenting clear and constructive Audit reports including action plans and
recommendations to senior management as well as the Board and following up to ensure that actions are implemented.
We are looking for a senior and business-oriented internal audit leader who combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
You are comfortable building structure from scratch and navigating a complex, international organization. Your responsibilities
include promoting a strong culture of transparency, accountability, and ethics, and providing advisory support on matters related
to risk, governance and internal control. You will also be responsible for quality assurance and the continuous development of
internal audit practices in line with international standards.

ABOUT THE ROLE You will work closely with our Automotive sales team and the broader commercial organization. Your work will focus on identifying, prioritizing, and engaging future customers across sectors and geographies - giving you exposure to both strategy and hands-on sales. Please include 1–2 concrete examples in your application, or share a portfolio/GitHub showing what you have built. * Curious, experimental, and fast-learning with new tools – Strong interest in exploring emerging AI capabilities and willingness to test, break, and iterate on new approaches. Comfortable learning by doing, including in areas where there is no clear playbook yet. * High agency and critical thinking in ambiguous problems – Able to independently structure undefined market questions, pressure-test AI-generated outputs, and improve them through problem breakdown, prompting, chaining, and validation. STEEL SALES ACCOUNT MANAGER As we continue to grow, we are strengthening our sales team with a Sales Account Manager, strengthening our customer relations and expanding our customer base. The role operates within the Commercial team at Stegra and is accountable for customer relationships and the development of business opportunities, including commercial and contractual arrangements, across Europe for the accounts and prospects assigned to the incumbent. Together with our customers we are leading the green transition. We enter with new sustainable products into a typically commodity market that has largely been looking the same for decades. We are already influencing customer behavior and strategy through creating close partnerships with our customers. The Sales Account Manager is part of the Commercial Team, reporting to the Head of Sales. Location: This position can be based at our offices in Sweden or Netherlands - or remotely from Germany or France. RESPONSIBILITIES * Relationship management and contact map management of existing customers and leading the onboarding and ramp-up process for a group of customers (see our press releases for a listing) * Prepare implementation plans with the assigned accounts for Europe and act as interface across functions ensuring a robust implementation. * Set up and implement performance reviews internally & externally and implement any necessary interventions for the assigned accounts. * Create opportunities to grow the volume and profitability of the accounts ie. by extending the scope, geography, product offer, etc. * Set up and manage regular Customer Account Meetings with relevant internal functions, marketing, Technology, Supply Chain, etc. * Set up a Customer governance structure per account including regular performance meetings with the assigned accounts tracking performance and operational kpi’s and making agreed interventions. Ensure account plans are regularly updated * Build a strong sales funnel of prospective customers who value CO2-free steel and are leaders of sustainability in their respective marketplaces * Manage pre-sale negotiations and expectations both internally and externally * Lead the drafting of contracts with the support of the legal team * Assist the qualification processes, together with operations and technical service * Actively engage in market intelligence regarding supply, demand, and pricing trends * Provide monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasts of sales plans for the assigned market as required * This position will require extensive travel * Multi-task in a fast-paced environment with keen problem solving and creative thinking. QUALIFICATIONS * Enthusiastic drive to transform the steel industry into a more sustainable business * Minimum Bachelor's degree in a business or engineering related field * Experience in managing regional/transnational key accounts, , negotiating long term contracts. WHAT YOU’LL DO: * Own the onboarding journey from contract to go-live, so merchants can start quickly * Make sure your teams deliver consistently for our merchants and deliver over their expectations * Set the strategy and roadmap for the merchant journey, and drive improvements in your teams and across the wider organisation * Act as an interface between merchants and the product organization to identify whether current needs are being met by the product, and any new requirements the merchants may develop over time * Support Sales and Key Account Managers in closing deals and ensuring friction free product integration * Support your team on Merchant Onboarding projects WE BELIEVE THAT YOU: * Have previous experience som Customer Success organisations, preferably within scaling SaaS companies * Have worked with improving and automising onboarding flows * You have previous experience from leading teams, it's a plus if you have led teams as a second level manager before * Previous experience from working within Payments is a clear advantage * Have the ability to participate in strategic discussions and translate them into actionable goals for your team * Can communicate efficiently across departments, and seniority levels to enable effective collaboration with team members, peers, and C-level management * Act as a role model within AI adoption, inspiring your teams how they can increase efficiency and improve ways of working (at Qliro we use Claude) * Are fluent in spoken and written English, and Swedish.
