miljöer — du gillar att göra dem bättre, smartare och mer skalbara. Och du ser vad AI faktiskt kan göra i en verksamhet som vår.
Som Head of Operations Technology får du ett brett ansvar för att utveckla och framtidssäkra Libers digitala produktionsmiljöer,
systemstöd och tekniska arbetssätt. Du blir länken mellan verksamhet, produktion, teknik och utveckling — med både strategisk höjd
och operativ påverkan.
Du leder ett eget team på tre personer och driver initiativ tvärs över hela bolaget, i nära samarbete med utvecklare inom
Infinitas-gruppen. Du rapporterar till COO och ingår i ett sammanhang där dina prioriteringar och din riktning får snabbt
genomslag.
För oss är AI inte ett sidospår. Vi har redan kommit en bra bit i vårt arbete och ser tydligt vilken potential området har för
våra interna processer, produktionsflöden och innehållsnära arbetssätt. Nu vill vi ta nästa steg — bredda användningen, öka takten
och arbeta mer systematiskt.
Därför söker vi dig som har dokumenterad professionell erfarenhet av att använda och implementera AI i verksamhetsnära sammanhang.
Du är hemma i flera etablerade verktyg och plattformar — exempelvis ChatGPT Enterprise, Claude, Google Gemini och Microsoft
Copilot — och du förstår både deras styrkor, begränsningar och hur de bäst integreras i en professionell miljö.
Lika viktigt är att du har gått från idé till användning: identifierat värde, kört pilot, satt arbetssätt och drivit adoption. Hos
oss kommer det att handla om interna processer, innehållsbearbetning, kvalitetssäkring, automatisering och produktionsstöd — inte
kundnära kommunikation.
Det är meriterande om du har erfarenhet från educational publishing, media, content operations eller annan innehållsdriven
verksamhet, eller om du arbetat med CMS, DAM, metadata eller publiceringsnära system.
Du kombinerar strategisk höjd med operativ genomförandekraft. Du är trygg i komplexitet, tydlig i din kommunikation och bra på att
skapa förtroende — både i ledningssammanhang och i tekniska samtal. Du är nyfiken på ny teknik, men alltid med fokus på faktisk
nytta.

STEEL SALES ACCOUNT MANAGER As we continue to grow, we are strengthening our sales team with a Sales Account Manager, strengthening our customer relations and expanding our customer base. The role operates within the Commercial team at Stegra and is accountable for customer relationships and the development of business opportunities, including commercial and contractual arrangements, across Europe for the accounts and prospects assigned to the incumbent. Together with our customers we are leading the green transition. We enter with new sustainable products into a typically commodity market that has largely been looking the same for decades. We are already influencing customer behavior and strategy through creating close partnerships with our customers. The Sales Account Manager is part of the Commercial Team, reporting to the Head of Sales. Location: This position can be based at our offices in Sweden or Netherlands - or remotely from Germany or France. RESPONSIBILITIES * Relationship management and contact map management of existing customers and leading the onboarding and ramp-up process for a group of customers (see our press releases for a listing) * Prepare implementation plans with the assigned accounts for Europe and act as interface across functions ensuring a robust implementation. * Set up and implement performance reviews internally & externally and implement any necessary interventions for the assigned accounts. * Create opportunities to grow the volume and profitability of the accounts ie. by extending the scope, geography, product offer, etc. * Set up and manage regular Customer Account Meetings with relevant internal functions, marketing, Technology, Supply Chain, etc. * Set up a Customer governance structure per account including regular performance meetings with the assigned accounts tracking performance and operational kpi’s and making agreed interventions. Ensure account plans are regularly updated * Build a strong sales funnel of prospective customers who value CO2-free steel and are leaders of sustainability in their respective marketplaces * Manage pre-sale negotiations and expectations both internally and externally * Lead the drafting of contracts with the support of the legal team * Assist the qualification processes, together with operations and technical service * Actively engage in market intelligence regarding supply, demand, and pricing trends * Provide monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasts of sales plans for the assigned market as required * This position will require extensive travel * Multi-task in a fast-paced environment with keen problem solving and creative thinking. QUALIFICATIONS * Enthusiastic drive to transform the steel industry into a more sustainable business * Minimum Bachelor's degree in a business or engineering related field * Experience in managing regional/transnational key accounts, , negotiating long term contracts. Steel experience and/or Automotive OEM experience preferred * Ability to operate at a mid-senior level within customer organisations and manage stakeholders effectively * Ability to think strategically and ability to translate into opportunities and solutions for mutual benefit with the accounts * Fluency in English is required, ideally proficient in additional languages as well * High degree of professional ethics and integrity, with sound judgement and ability to analyze situations and information * Self-driven with proven results THIS IS STEGRA Stegra is on a mission to change the global steel industry by producing green hydrogen, iron, and steel - with the goal of eliminating CO₂ emissions. Instead of coal, we use green hydrogen and fossil-free electricity, meaning our primary emissions will be water and heat. HEAD OF INTERNAL AUDIT Stegra is looking for a Head of Internal Audit with a unique opportunity to establish, shape and lead the Group’s internal audit function. This is a highly visible role with direct exposure to the Audit Committee and senior management, where you will work in close collaboration with the business and contribute to strengthening governance, risk management and internal control in an international and dynamic environment. As Head of Internal Audit, you will be responsible for designing, building and implementing a risk-based audit plan and evaluate the organization’s internal governance, risk management, and control environment. You will define the strategy, establish ways of working and ensure an efficient and value-adding audit function across the organization. The role reports to the Audit Committee with a dotted line to the CFO. The role includes presenting clear and constructive Audit reports including action plans and recommendations to senior management as well as the Board and following up to ensure that actions are implemented. We are looking for a senior and business-oriented internal audit leader who combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution. You are comfortable building structure from scratch and navigating a complex, international organization. Your responsibilities include promoting a strong culture of transparency, accountability, and ethics, and providing advisory support on matters related to risk, governance and internal control. You will also be responsible for quality assurance and the continuous development of internal audit practices in line with international standards. RESPONSIBILITIES • Design and implement the internal audit function, including methodology, governance and operating model • Establish and drive a global, risk-based audit plan • Strengthen governance, risk management and internal control across the organization • Lead and execute audits across financial, operational and compliance areas • Act as a trusted advisor to senior management on risk, control and transformation topics • Build and develop an internal audit team over time Qualifications • Proven track record within internal audit, risk, finance or advisory • Experience from a senior Internal Audit role, ideally as Head of Internal Audit or equivalent • Background from large, international and preferably decentralized organizations • Exposure to industrial, manufacturing or technology-driven businesses is highly preferred • Experience working in transformation, M&A or other complex organizational environments • Strong understanding of governance, risk management and internal control frameworks (e.g. COSO) • Academic degree in Finance, Business or a related field • Fluency in English is required, fluency in Swedish is preferred • Thorough familiarity with internal auditing and accounting principles and methodologies, risk and control principles PERSONAL CHARACTERISTICS • Strategic and hands-on, with the ability to both define direction and execute • High integrity and credibility, with the confidence to challenge senior stakeholders • Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to build trust across a decentralized organization • Self-driven and comfortable operating with a high degree of autonomy • Change-oriented and effective in dynamic, evolving environments Location: Stockholm or Boden BENEFITS AT STEGRA At Stegra, you’ll join a company where your work has real impact on the climate, the industry, and future generations.
