We're looking for a talented Product Designer to join our Web team, focused on creating high-impact, conversion-driven web experiences. You'll design and optimize our website and key pre-signup journeys - from first impression through to entering the signup flow. Your work will directly influence how users discover, trust, and engage with Natural Cycles. Working closely with designers, marketers, product managers, and engineers, you'll operate in a fast-paced, experiment-driven environment. From landing pages to A/B tests, you'll continuously refine our website and see the impact of your work in real time. Please note that we are hiring for this role in Sweden. What you will be doing Design high-performing web experiences: Create visually engaging, user-centered web pages and experiences that help users get started with Natural Cycles. Continuously optimize performance through A/B testing and iteration. Take ownership of web design craft together with the team, maintaining a high bar for quality and consistency. Bring ideas from concept to high-fidelity execution across all web touchpoints. Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, marketing, and engineering to deliver and test ideas quickly. Use data, user behavior, and research insights to inform and validate design decisions. Contribute to and evolve our design system, components, and visual language. What skills and experience we think you have 4+ years of web design experience, with a portfolio showcasing high-quality marketing sites or conversion-focused flows. Strong visual design skills, including layout, typography, color, motion, and interaction design. A solid understanding of user behavior, marketing principles, and conversion drivers. Proficiency in Figma, with familiarity in Adobe Creative Suite Experience working with metrics, A/B testing, and experimentation. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Self-driven and adaptable in a fast-paced environment. What will you do? As a Data Engineer at Rebtel, you will do more than build pipelines; you'll help shape the future of our data platform and influence how data is used across the company. You'll work across our modern data stack, build scalable data products, and help define the architecture that supports analytics, automation, and future AI initiatives.
