Nu söker vi en IT Support Manager som vill ta ett helhetsansvar för vårt interna IT-supportområde. Rollen kombinerar strategiskt ansvar med operativt arbete, vilket innebär att du både driver utvecklingen av vår interna IT-leverans och själv hjälper våra medarbetare i det dagliga stödet.
Det här är en roll för dig som trivs med att förbättra processer, skapa struktur och samtidigt uppskattar att vara nära verksamheten. Du äger processer, verktyg och arbetssätt samtidigt som du själv arbetar operativt i supporten.
Äga och utveckla den interna IT-supportfunktionen
Säkerställa effektiva processer för incident-, problem- och ärendehantering
Prioritera, koordinera och följa upp supportärenden
Ge first- och second-line support inom hårdvara, mjukvara, konton och åtkomst
Ansvara för onboarding och offboarding av medarbetare
Förvalta IT-utrustning och dess livscykel, inklusive inköp, lager och asset management
Administrera identitets- och åtkomsthantering
Förvalta och utveckla våra endpoint management-lösningar
Ta fram dokumentation, rutiner och kunskapsartiklar
Driva förbättringsinitiativ för att effektivisera supporten och stärka säkerheten
Samarbeta nära Security, Engineering och övriga verksamheten
Din bakgrund
Vi tror att du är en person som tar ägarskap och drivs av att skapa ordning och struktur. Du har ett serviceinriktat arbetssätt, kommunicerar tydligt och har lätt för att skapa förtroende i organisationen. Du trivs med att kombinera operativ problemlösning med långsiktiga förbättringar.
Flytande svenska och engelska är ett krav.
Flera års erfarenhet av IT-support eller Workplace IT
Erfarenhet av att leda eller ha ett övergripande ansvar för en supportfunktion
God kunskap inom macOS, Windows och moderna SaaS-miljöer
Erfarenhet av identitets- och åtkomsthantering (Okta, Entra ID eller Google Workspace)
Erfarenhet av endpoint management (Jamf, Intune eller Kandji)
God förståelse för nätverk och moderna arbetsplatslösningar
Erfarenhet av ITIL eller liknande arbetssätt är meriterande

We are looking for a Service Manager to support the delivery and coordination of SCADA-related services within an industrial production environment. The role is focused on maintaining stable service operations, supporting production activities, and coordinating efforts across multiple teams and stakeholders. In this position, you will ensure service delivery meets agreed SLAs and quality standards while serving as a central link between technical teams and business stakeholders. You will also contribute to the continuous improvement and development of service management processes within the organization.
