Summary of Role

Establish product management best practices, standardisation, and quality benchmarks across the PO-led delivery teams within your product domain.
Oversee complex regulatory landscapes across multiple jurisdictions, ensuring products remain hyper-compliant while delivering top-tier product experience.
Leverage deep data analytics, competitor bench-marking, and qualitative research to drive high-impact portfolio decisions and optimise product ROI.
Drive alignment across cross-functional engineering, UX/UI, compliance, and marketing teams to remove roadblocks and maximize delivery velocity.
Directly manage, mentor, and upskill a team of Product Owners, establishing high performance standards, clear KPIs, and continuous career development plans.
Take high-level responsibility for the end-to-end strategy of our Casino product portfolio, ensuring alignment with overall business goals and market opportunities.
Serve as a strategic partner to the Head of Product, executive leadership, and commercial heads, translating business strategy into clear product roadmaps.
5+ years of Product Ownership experience in a fast-paced, B2C environment, alongside prior working experience in the iGaming industry.
1–2+ years of leadership or mentoring experience (managing Product Owners or leading cross-functional squads).
Demonstrated ability to connect product initiatives directly to business outcomes, ROI, and core KPIs.
Strong expertise in handling complex, multi-jurisdictional compliance requirements within regulated iGaming markets.
Advanced ability to synthesise quantitative metrics, product analytics, and qualitative user feedback into actionable product strategies.
Excellent negotiation, presentation, and conflict-resolution skills when dealing with senior stakeholders and technical teams.
