Som Monitoring & Observability Engineer blir du en del av teamet som vidareutvecklar Bankgirots centraliserade

observabilityplattform. Grunden finns redan på plats med verktyg som Grafana, men nästa steg handlar om att bygga rätt

datainsamling och skapa en mer proaktiv och skalbar observabilityförmåga för hela organisationen.

Det här är en roll för dig som gillar att bygga lösningar i en miljö där mycket fortfarande formas. Du arbetar både hands-on med

utveckling enligt branschstandard och långsiktigt med stor påverkan på teknik, arbetssätt och plattformens utveckling, i nära

samarbete med utveckling, drift, infrastruktur och säkerhet.

I rollen kommer du bland annat att:

bygga och vidareutveckla agentlösningar för metrics, logs och traces

utveckla observabilityplattformen i Grafana och liknande verktyg

skapa dashboards, alerts och notifieringsflöden

automatisera återkommande drift- och monitoreringsprocesser

arbeta med felsökning, prestandaoptimering och incidenthantering

rådgiva och stötta tekniska grupperingar att sätta upp observerbarhetsövervakning

VI VILL ATT DU

Vi ser att du trivs i miljöer under utveckling där du får vara med och påverka. Hos Bankgirot tror vi på T-shaped kompetens – du

har en bred teknisk grund inom exempelvis infrastruktur, drift eller plattformsarbete och samtidigt en tydlig spets inom

observability, monitoring eller automation.

Du har erfarenhet av verktyg som Grafana, Splunk, Prometheus eller liknande plattformar och förstår hur metrics, logs och traces

används för att skapa bättre insikter i komplexa miljöer.Vi ser gärna att du även har erfarenhet av Linux-, Windows- eller

containeriserade miljöer samt automation genom exempelvis Ansible eller liknande verktyg. Har du erfarenhet av scripting i Bash,

Python eller JavaScript är det meriterande.

Som person är du analytisk, lösningsorienterad och trivs i en roll med många kontaktytor där samarbete är avgörande.
