Video Commerce emerged in 2020 and has since become the most powerful way for brands to engage, inspire and convert consumers.
We’re leading that transformation by partnering with some of the world’s most influential brands to make e-shopping come alive
through video: interactive, expressive, and story-driven.
People no longer want to browse a static grid of products. They want to see, ask, interact, connect, and buy because the
experience leaves no doubt.
Design at Bambuser is about creating clarity and connection.
We do this by bringing immersive, shoppable video experiences directly into brands’ e-commerce platforms, helping brands boost
engagement, increase conversion and deepen loyalty with their customers.
You’re a mid- to senior product designer with a strong visual eye and sharp intuition.
In this role, you’ll design high-quality, front-end-friendly UI/UX across our video commerce platform – but your impact goes
beyond execution. You’ll work across flows, systems, and end-to-end experiences, shaping how our product drives engagement,
conversion, and growth for our customers.
You have a strong feel for what makes an experience “click”, and you use that instinct to make confident design decisions – even
in ambiguous or fast-moving situations.
You’ll be working in a SaaS context with global e-commerce brands, staying close to online shopping trends and translating them
into product experiences that feel relevant, intuitive, and effective.
We work in small, cross-functional pods focused on solving high-impact product bets.
Each pod is made up of product, engineering, design, and data, and is given ownership of a strategic problem/opportunity area.
Together, the team defines what to solve, explores different approaches, and decides what to build.
This means you won’t just execute on predefined requirements. You’ll be expected to contribute to problem framing, challenge
assumptions, and help shape the direction of the product. Design plays a key role in that process.
As a designer, you’ll be embedded in a pod but may move between teams depending on priorities and where your impact is most
needed.
The design team is currently small, so you'll have the opportunity to directly influence both the product and how we work with
design across the organisation.
You’ll report to the VP of Product & Innovation and work closely with product managers, engineers, and leadership across the
company.

SAVR is a fast-growing Swedish fintech company on a mission to reinvent investing. We empower investors with a platform that offers lower fees, greater transparency, and a radically improved experience. We’re not just building another investment service — we’re reimagining how financial products should work for people, not just institutions. As part of our ambitious, innovative and curious team, you’ll help shape the future of investing in Sweden and beyond. THE ROLE As a Senior Platform Engineer at SAVR, you will be part of our tech organization helping build and evolve the next generation investment platform. Your primary focus will be on designing, improving and operating our cloud platform, enabling our engineering teams to build, deploy and run services efficiently and securely. While this role is centred around infrastructure and platform engineering, you'll occasionally contribute to backend services and integrations where it creates the most value. You'll collaborate closely with Software Engineers, Data Scientists, Product Designers and Product Managers to build scalable solutions and continuously improve our developer experience. Our infrastructure is built on AWS and managed through Terraform, with CI/CD powered by GitHub Actions, alongside some GCP and a handful of third-party services. Our services are built in Kotlin, PHP and Python and run on ECS, with data in Aurora, PostgreSQL and Snowflake. As we continue to grow, so does the need for a cloud platform that is reliable, secure, observable and enjoyable to build on—and that's where you come in. YOUR MISSION * Own and evolve our AWS platform, including networking, infrastructure as code, deployment pipelines, observability, backups, cloud governance and cost optimization. * Drive technical improvements across cloud architecture, CI/CD, automation, developer experience and operational tooling, reducing toil through smart tooling and abstractions. * Collaborate closely with engineering teams to build cloud-native solutions, integrations and infrastructure that enable product development. * Support backend teams with infrastructure expertise and occasionally contribute to application development when needed. * Monitor, troubleshoot and optimize cloud environments for performance, reliability, security and cost efficiency. * Foster our learning culture by actively participating in feedback sessions, both receiving and providing constructive feedback on code and infrastructure changes. YOU’LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU... * Are a Platform Engineer or Software Engineer with strong experience building and operating cloud platforms. * Have solid experience with AWS, Terraform, CI/CD, Docker, ECS and/or EKS, and observability tooling. * Have 5+ years of professional experience designing, building and operating cloud-based systems in production environments. * Enjoy working in a startup environment where you can take ownership, solve a wide range of technical challenges and collaborate across disciplines. * Care about automation, operational excellence and building reliable systems that scale. * Have some backend development experience and enjoy working closely with application engineers. * Are fluent in English and either hold Swedish citizenship or a valid EU work permit (visa sponsorship is unfortunately not available). OUR CULTURAL DNA 🧠 Open-minded – we embrace new ideas, diverse perspectives, and continuous learning 🚀 Bold – we take smart risks, move fast, and aren’t afraid to fail forward 🤝 Honest – we value transparency, feedback, and doing the right thing We’re a startup, so things can be a little messy — and that’s part of the thrill. If you thrive in building as a team and handling uncertainty, you will fit right in. WHAT’S IN IT FOR YOU You’ll join a product- and design-driven company where your work has real impact. We keep things lean, move fast, and genuinely care about the experience we deliver — for customers and for each other. Here’s what we offer: 💻 Top-tier work gear 💰 Competitive salary 🏃♀️ Generous wellness allowance 🤒 Insurance package 🌱 Occupational pension and long-term savings support 🏢 Office-first approach to foster collaboration and quick decision-making — with flexibility when you need it (4+1) 🥗 Stocked pantry, plus regular social gatherings and wellness activities to keep energy and culture high OUR COMMITMENT TO DIVERSITY SAVR is an equal opportunity employer. Banking hasn't changed much in decades. We're changing that. One product at a time. Lunar is a Nordic challenger bank building the future of financial life with AI at the core. Our engineers, designers, and product people work on problems that actually matter. Making money simpler, smarter, and more rewarding for a million of registered users across the Nordics. Fully licensed and founded in 2015, with offices in Copenhagen, Aarhus and Stockholm. We move fast, we build with purpose, and we're just getting started. As our new Engineering Manager you'll join an engineering team based in Stockholm, working to keep the systems that power Lunar's banking products reliable, scalable, and ahead of what's next. What will you do? * Lead 1-2 cross-functional engineering teams — setting direction, removing blockers, and creating the conditions where engineers can do their best work. * Drive technical strategy for core banking infrastructure, translating where the industry is heading into concrete decisions about how we build and ship. * Partner with Product and other business teams to connect technical priorities directly to what matters for customers. * Own engineering quality end-to-end — from development practices to deployment — and raise the bar on how we build reliable, scalable systems. * Shape how AI becomes a consistent part of how your teams work, moving from ad-hoc experimentation to embedded, high-impact practice. What are we looking for in you? * 2-3 years of experience leading engineering teams, with a track record of enabling strong individual contributors and technical leads to shape direction — creating space for others to do their best thinking, not directing from above. * Solid infrastructure expertise — you understand how systems are built, hosted, and scaled, and you've worked through the architectural trade-offs that come with it. * Experience with hosting cost optimisation and the decisions that drive infrastructure spend up or down. * A working understanding of how data and AI intersect in a modern engineering org, and what it takes to build teams that use AI tools effectively. * Comfortable setting direction when the landscape is shifting, and able to bring your team along. What you get * 4 days in the office, 1 day working from home. We're a team that builds together, thinks together, and moves together. Showing up is part of how we work. * State of the art equipment. The newest computer, monitor, mouse, and keyboard. We want you to do your best work without anything slowing you down. * Pension, health insurance, and enhanced parental leave. From your financial future to your family moments. We've got you covered. Are you ready to join the journey? Apply now and let's find out more!
