Då kan detta vara uppdraget för dig! Om tjänsten Vi söker nu en receptionist på heltid till en av våra kunder i Stockholm. Som receptionist är du företagets ansikte utåt och har en viktig roll i att skapa ett välkomnande och professionellt intryck för besökare, kunder och medarbetare. Rollen innebär en kombination av receptionsarbete och administrativa arbetsuppgifter där du har daglig kontakt med både interna och externa personer. Du blir en viktig del av verksamheten och bidrar till att den dagliga driften fungerar smidigt. Exempel på arbetsuppgifter: Ta emot och välkomna besökare med ett professionellt och serviceinriktat bemötande. Ansvara för receptionen och vara företagets första kontaktpunkt. Hantera inkommande samtal och hänvisa vidare till rätt person. Utföra administrativa uppgifter och ge stöd i det dagliga arbetet. Samarbeta med kollegor för att säkerställa en välfungerande reception. Om dig För att trivas i rollen ser vi att du är en positiv och lösningsorienterad person som tycker om att hjälpa andra. Du är strukturerad, har lätt för att samarbeta och behåller lugnet även när tempot är högt. Du är van vid att ge god service och har ett professionellt bemötande i alla situationer. Vi ser att du har: Erfarenhet av kundservice, reception eller annat serviceinriktat arbete. God datorvana och erfarenhet av administrativa arbetsuppgifter. Mycket goda kunskaper i svenska och engelska, både i tal och skrift. Om anställningen Tjänsten är ett konsultuppdrag på heltid under 6 månader via Adecco med placering hos kund i Stockholm.
