About us: Stegra is on a mission to disrupt the global steel industry by producing green steel, with the end goal of bringing down CO2 emissions to zero. By using green hydrogen and fossil-free electricity instead of coal; water and heat will be our primary emissions. By 2030, our ambition is to produce 5 million tonnes of green steel annually in our fully integrated, digitalized, and sustainable plant in Boden, located in northern Sweden - currently in construction phase. We are now looking for a university student to support our sales and market development efforts from our Stockholm office during the fall of 2026. This is a unique opportunity to combine analytical work with real customer interaction, where your contributions will directly impact our sales pipeline and go-to-market activities. ABOUT THE ROLE You will work closely with our Automotive sales team and the broader commercial organization. Your work will focus on identifying, prioritizing, and engaging future customers across sectors and geographies - giving you exposure to both strategy and hands-on sales. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES * Conduct market and strategy analysis across industries and regions * Identify high-potential customer segments and volume opportunities * Research and map new markets, with a focus on the Nordics * Support outreach activities (email & cold calling) to potential customers * Build and maintain prospect lists and support pipeline development * Collaborate with Account Managers by generating insights and qualified leads * Support internal tools related to decarbonization and commercial planning * Assist in go-to-market initiatives, presentations, and ad-hoc analysis WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR * Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field such as Business, Engineering, Economics, Political Science, Industrial Engineering & Management, Sustainability, or similar * Strong interest in commercial strategy, sales, and market analysis * Comfortable working in Excel and PowerPoint * Strong communication skills and willingness to engage in outreach activities * Self-driven, structured, and able to manage your own work independently * Ability to prioritize and work in a fast-paced environment * Interest in sustainability or industrial transformation is a plus ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS * Proven builder mindset with AI tools – Demonstrated experience using AI tools such as LLMs, agents, or automation tools to produce real outputs, for example analyses, dashboards, workflows, or small tools. Please include 1–2 concrete examples in your application, or share a portfolio/GitHub showing what you have built. * Curious, experimental, and fast-learning with new tools – Strong interest in exploring emerging AI capabilities and willingness to test, break, and iterate on new approaches. The role Ready to shape the future of open banking? Brite is actively looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Senior Business Development Manager to drive our European expansion. Your main focus will be growing our payments footprint by selling Brite’s open banking solutions to mid-market and enterprise companies. This role is ideal for an independent, driven sales professional with a proven track record of success selling payment solutions to enterprise clients. STEEL SALES ACCOUNT MANAGER As we continue to grow, we are strengthening our sales team with a Sales Account Manager, strengthening our customer relations and expanding our customer base. The role operates within the Commercial team at Stegra and is accountable for customer relationships and the development of business opportunities, including commercial and contractual arrangements, across Europe for the accounts and prospects assigned to the incumbent. Together with our customers we are leading the green transition. We enter with new sustainable products into a typically commodity market that has largely been looking the same for decades. We are already influencing customer behavior and strategy through creating close partnerships with our customers. The Sales Account Manager is part of the Commercial Team, reporting to the Head of Sales. Location: This position can be based at our offices in Sweden or Netherlands - or remotely from Germany or France. RESPONSIBILITIES * Relationship management and contact map management of existing customers and leading the onboarding and ramp-up process for a group of customers (see our press releases for a listing) * Prepare implementation plans with the assigned accounts for Europe and act as interface across functions ensuring a robust implementation. * Set up and implement performance reviews internally & externally and implement any necessary interventions for the assigned accounts. * Create opportunities to grow the volume and profitability of the accounts ie. by extending the scope, geography, product offer, etc. * Set up and manage regular Customer Account Meetings with relevant internal functions, marketing, Technology, Supply Chain, etc. * Set up a Customer governance structure per account including regular performance meetings with the assigned accounts tracking performance and operational kpi’s and making agreed interventions. Ensure account plans are regularly updated * Build a strong sales funnel of prospective customers who value CO2-free steel and are leaders of sustainability in their respective marketplaces * Manage pre-sale negotiations and expectations both internally and externally * Lead the drafting of contracts with the support of the legal team * Assist the qualification processes, together with operations and technical service * Actively engage in market intelligence regarding supply, demand, and pricing trends * Provide monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasts of sales plans for the assigned market as required * This position will require extensive travel * Multi-task in a fast-paced environment with keen problem solving and creative thinking. QUALIFICATIONS * Enthusiastic drive to transform the steel industry into a more sustainable business * Minimum Bachelor's degree in a business or engineering related field * Experience in managing regional/transnational key accounts, , negotiating long term contracts.
