About the role
Columbus M3 is looking to strengthen its capability within AI and automation. We are already highly experienced in Infor M3, ERP-driven business transformation and industry-specific processes. We now want to accelerate how we use AI and automation both in the solutions we deliver to customers and in the way we work ourselves.
This role is not about adding AI as a separate technology layer. It is about helping the M3 business line identify, shape and scale practical AI and automation opportunities that create measurable business value — for our customers and for our own teams.
As Senior AI & Automation Lead for M3, you will work at the intersection of ERP, business processes, AI, automation, data and change. You will help translate opportunities into concrete use cases, reusable methods, sales assets, delivery accelerators and new ways of working.
This role focuses on identifying and turning AI and automation opportunities within M3 into practical, value-driven solutions. It supports both sales and delivery by shaping AI positioning, contributing to proposals, and building reusable methods and assets. The role also strengthens internal ways of working by applying AI across projects and processes, acts as a link between M3 experts and broader AI capabilities, and helps teams focus on realistic, scalable opportunities while building overall competence through training and guidance.
What we hope you bring
Documented experience in designing and delivering LLM-based AI solutions in enterprise environments, from early-stage design to production.
Experience with modern AI architecture patterns, such as RAG solutions and agent-based setups, including context engineering, prompt design, orchestration, and quality assurance.
Strong experience in integrating AI solutions via APIs, connectors, skills, MCP, or similar patterns with business systems and organizational data.
Solid understanding of security, identity, access control, governance, and responsible AI, and how to apply these in practical solution design within cloud environments
Knowledge within Infor M3 is not a requirement - but very meritious!
This position is based in Sweden and requires a Swedish working VISA and residency.

ABOUT THE ROLE We are seeking a hands-on, technically fluent engineer to drive the adoption of AI across our entire development organization - someone who finds the friction in how teams work and turns it into automated, AI-powered solutions. As our AI Enablement Engineer, you will embed with engineering and product teams to identify where AI can remove repetitive, manual work, then build and ship the solutions that make it happen. You will work closely with our AI Efficiency Architects and AI Evangelist to turn high-level AI strategy into concrete, measurable wins on the ground. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, moves fast, and gets real satisfaction from seeing their work adopted and relied upon by teams across the company. Your Mission Accelerate how the entire development organization works by finding high-impact use cases for AI, building the solutions that automate them, and spreading those wins so they scale across teams. YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR: Use Case Discovery: work directly with engineering and product teams to map their workflows, spot repetitive or slow processes, and identify the highest-impact opportunities for AI-driven automation across the development organization. Rapid Prototyping & Delivery: act as a builder - lead the technical design and implementation of working solutions such as prompt workflows, lightweight agents, scripts, and integrations that prove value fast, then partnering with the AI Efficiency Architects to harden anything that needs to run in production. Reusable Enablement Assets: create templates, playbooks, and repeatable patterns so a proven AI win can spread from one team to many without bespoke work each time. Adoption & Measurement: drive genuine adoption of AI tooling across teams and tie every solution back to concrete outcomes - time saved, throughput, and delivery speed - so impact is visible and quantifiable to leadership. Feedback to the Platform: surface recurring needs and friction back to the AI Efficiency Architects, so the internal AI gateway and tooling evolve toward what teams actually need. Technical Mentorship & Influence: mentor senior engineers on AI best practices and influence engineering roadmaps. OUR SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE THE FOLLOWING: ESSENTIAL SKILLS Staff-Level Engineering Foundations: 8+ years of professional software engineering experience (Java, Python, Go, or TypeScript) with a proven track record of delivering complex, distributed systems in a production environment. Production-Ready AI Expertise: Deep, hands-on experience moving AI from a cool prototype to a real-world tool. You don’t just write basic prompts - you know how to build reliable agents and RAG workflows, and you understand the practical side of LLMs, like managing costs, speed, and context limits to make tools actually work for production. Strategic Problem-Solving: You have a strong bias for action and can take a vague problem and turn it into a working solution fast. While you focus on delivering value quickly rather than chasing perfection, you always think big - building smart, reusable tools that fix root problems for hundreds of developers, not just one team. Collaboration & Communication: excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work alongside many different teams, understand their needs, and bring them along on the adoption journey. SDLC/DevOps Familiarity: working knowledge of the tools that underpin the software delivery lifecycle (e.g., GitLab/GitHub, CI/CD pipelines, source control) so that solutions fit naturally into how teams already work. Self-Direction: capacity to manage a varied portfolio of work across multiple teams, prioritize for impact, and deliver with minimal supervision. NICE TO HAVES Excellent presentation and training skills Previous experience running enablement, developer experience, or internal tooling initiatives WHO WE ARE At the core of LeoVegas Group is Team Leo. We bring stories to life across various formats for everyone to discover. Anytime. Anywhere. Ready for your next chapter? We're looking for a Senior Platform Engineer to join our Platform Engineering team! About the Team The Platform Engineering team focuses on setting up, operating and redefining observability, infrastructure, CI/CD, runtime, Machine Learning and AI agentic tooling at Storytel. We apply software engineering principles to accelerate software delivery and ensure that application development teams are productive in all aspects of the software delivery lifecycle. We aim to design and build toolchains and workflows covering the operational necessities of the entire lifecycle of an application and to enable that as self-service for our teams. This means providing paved roads that make it easy for our application developers to focus on building a great experience for our users. We support the teams in making the most of our platform's capabilities and in providing best-practices knowledge. Our team's expertise is very diverse, varying from cloud infrastructure, through security, to development tools, ML platform tooling, AI and more. About the Role Take the next step in your career as a Senior Platform Engineer at Storytel! At Storytel, engineers are viewed as leaders within the Individual Contributor roles, aiming to create impact and drive initiatives to bring our audio entertainment service to millions of users. As a senior member of the Platform team, you will design, build and maintain the toolchains and workflows that help our teams manage the full life-cycle of their systems – including tools, libraries for our common languages, templates, automation, and configurations. You'll work across observability, deployment pipelines, quality assurance, availability, the runtime platform. A key focus of this role is our ML platform capabilities. With AI and LLMs becoming a strategic part of how Storytel builds product experiences we need someone who can shape the paved road for ML workloads on Google Cloud and Vertex AI – making it easy for product teams to develop, deploy, and operate ML-powered features safely and reliably. Python is the lingua franca of this space and a key language for the role. You'll also coach and unblock developers in their daily work, help them get the most out of the platform, and lead initiatives that improve developer experience across the organisation. You will work with technologies including Metaflow, Argo Workflows, Argo Events, ArgoCD, Kargo, GitHub, GitHub Actions, Grafana, Prometheus, Kubernetes, Google Cloud Platform (including Vertex AI), Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Atlantis), Fastly, and more. About You To be successful in this role, we believe that you have: * A platform engineering mindset. You understand that the job is about empowering other engineers to do their absolute best work, and you measure your success by their productivity and happiness. * A software engineer's perspective. You've been in the shoes of an application developer and you understand the friction, the trade-offs, and the long feedback loops engineers deal with every day. * Significant hands-on experience with ML on Google Cloud, and specifically Vertex AI – building, deploying, or operating ML workloads, pipelines, or platform capabilities that other teams build on top of. Strong Python skills in this context are expected. * A deep care for developer experience. You believe that good DX has a direct, positive impact on team morale, delivery speed, and product quality – and you can point to things you've built that prove it. * Strong long-term thinking on architecture. You weigh the maintenance cost of every decision and prefer boring, durable solutions over clever ones that someone else will have to live with. * Pragmatic ambition. You have high standards and a vision for where the platform should go, but you also understand the constraints of working in a small organisation and know how to ship value incrementally. * At least 5 years of professional software engineering experience, with solid hands-on development skills.. * Strong experience with container technologies, Kubernetes, and distributed systems in production. * Strong experience with a major cloud provider – ideally Google Cloud Platform. * Experience working in DevEx-adjacent areas such as deployment pipelines, observability and monitoring, quality assurance, automation, self-service tooling, or runtime platforms. * An ability to communicate fluently in English (written and spoken) and to collaborate effectively across teams – this role does not work in isolation. Bonus points for experience or interest in: * Building internal developer platforms (IDPs), golden paths, and self-service tooling * MLOps tooling and patterns – feature stores, model registries, evaluation pipelines, online/offline serving * Building AI agents – hands-on experience designing, building, or productionising agentic systems (e.g. with frameworks like ADK, LangGraph, or similar), including tool use, orchestration patterns, evaluation, and operating agents reliably in production * LLM application infrastructure – prompt management, evaluation, observability, guardrails * Infrastructure-as-code and configuration management at scale * Working with databases – MySQL, Postgres, etc. * Linux/Unix internals Join a world of stories At Storytel, we're a team of creative story lovers who thrive on collaboration and new ideas. Our workplace is friendly, dynamic, and full of opportunities to experiment and make an impact. We believe in trust, flat hierarchies, and empowering you to grow with us. Does this sound like your next story? Simply fill out the application form and share your CV or LinkedIn profile – no cover letter needed. Answer a few questions, and you're all set.
Analytics Engineer, Stockholm Bravida is one of the Nordic region's leading installation and service companies covering electrical, HVAC, plumbing, sprinkler, security & fire, and automation across Sweden, Norway, Denmark and Finland with over 12,000 employees and around 300 local branches. Behind that scale sits serious operational complexity: projects, procurement, and finance functions that run on data. We're hiring an experienced Analytics Engineer to own the data models that ties it all together. The Role Data modelling is the core of this job. You'll design and own the semantic layer that makes Bravida's operational and financial data trustworthy, consistent, and accessible for reports today and generative BI tomorrow. AI isn't a side interest here; it's central to how we expect this role to operate and where we're taking our analytics capability. Architect and own data models in dbt on Snowflake as the primary deliverable Define and enforce modelling standards, documentation, and data contracts across domains Build and manage pipelines in Dagster Work with AI tooling actively to accelerate your own output and enable smarter self-service for the business Drive our move toward generative analytics, shaping how business users query and interpret data through natural language Work directly with operations, procurement, and finance to model their domains properly Lead analytics data quality and reliability improvements across the stack The Team The Data & Analytics team sits inside Operational Excellence, a fast-moving function with a mandate to improve how Bravida runs at every level. That means getting out into the business, building relationships with branch managers and project leads across the Nordics, and making data something people actually pull toward rather than have pushed at them. We move quickly, we're visible, and we don't accept "this is how we've always done it." If you need a perfectly quiet environment to do your best work, this probably isn't the right fit. If you thrive on direct feedback, short cycles, and seeing your work land in the real world fast, it is. What You Bring 3+ years as an Analytics Engineer, Data Engineer, or Data Analyst Deep dbt experience; you've built and maintained production-grade models others depend on Strong Snowflake or comparable modern platform experience Solid grasp of dimensional modelling, data contracts, and semantic layer design Active user of AI tools in your workflow and a view on how they change the job Genuine interest in generative BI and what it means for how businesses consume data beyond today Strong stakeholder management; you can hold a room, push back constructively, and get buy-in from people who weren't looking for it You spot problems before they're reported and propose solutions before they're requested You make good calls with incomplete information and don't wait to be told what to build next English required; Nordic languages a bonus What We Offer Ownership of a decision engine that matters at real scale A modern stack (Snowflake, dbt, Dagster) with active investment in AI and generative BI Direct access to senior stakeholders across operations, procurement, and finance A fast team with a real mandate, not a support function waiting for tasks Autonomy on your own career and continuous development The construction and installation industry is going through fundamental change in how projects are run, how decisions get made, and how value gets measured. The civic projects Bravida works on: the hospitals, schools, infrastructure, and buildings that society depends on, they deserve to be built and then operated on better data. We take that responsibility seriously. That's what this role is part of. Process: Intro call with hiring manager, then a practical technical case study followed by meeting the team and discussing the solution. Final step is meeting some of the Operations team and key stakeholders. You must be eligible to work in Sweden and the EU.
