At the Automotive and Data business unit of Arrive we are building Android Automotive Applications for different car

manufacturers. As an Android Automotive Engineer, you won’t just be writing code; you’ll be an architect of spreading our

application to different cars brands and models. You will design and build native AAOS applications and put them in every car we

can reach.

Build for Scale: Collaborate with a cross-functional team to design and deliver modular Kotlin code for our native Android

apps.

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE

Android Expertise: 3+ years of professional Android development experience with Kotlin as your primary language.

Android Automotive Expertise: minimum 1 year of development experience for AAOS.

Modern Tech Stack: Hands-on expertise with Jetpack Compose, MVVM Architecture, Hilt and Kotlin Coroutines/Flows.

System Design: Experience with app modularization and working with REST APIs, API gateways, and the BFF (Backend for Frontend)

pattern.

Growth Mindset: Familiarity with feature flags, A/B testing, and analytics tracking to drive data-informed decisions.

Quality First: A proven ability to write comprehensive unit and UI tests.

Soft Skills: Excellent communication—you are comfortable proposing ideas, giving demos, and engaging in deep-dive technical
