About this role
We are seeking an ambitious Field Marketing Manager to establish and lead Eye Security's market presence in the Nordics region.
This is our first marketing hire in a new market, giving you the unique opportunity to build marketing from the ground up in
Stockholm, Sweden, and subsequently expand into Denmark and Norway.
In this role, you will own the strategic and operational foundation of marketing in the Nordics. You will develop go-to-market
strategies, drive qualified pipeline, activate partner ecosystems, execute campaigns, and measure ROI. Reporting to the Head of
Marketing Benelux & Nordics, you'll work independently and collaboratively with our central Marketing team, sales organization,
partner network, and internal stakeholders to establish Eye Security as a trusted cybersecurity partner across the region.

Beyond running your own programs, you will set the direction for how the region markets, mentor junior marketers, and bring a point of view on what the Nordics market needs that influence the broader EMEA strategy. AS A SENIOR FIELD MARKETING MANAGER AT SNOWFLAKE, YOU WILL: * Define and own the field marketing strategy for Scandinavia, setting the regional approach to pipeline generation, brand presence, and customer engagement * Own the full event life cycle for the region - Drive logistics, operations and execution of all planned events. Help shape event themes, close collaboration with local marketing team, work with outside vendors, oversee fulfillment/inventory levels, manage events’ sales staffing etc. * Build and execute a comprehensive integrated marketing calendar spanning field events, executive programs, ABM campaigns, and digital demand generation * Serve as the primary marketing stakeholder for the Scandinavia sales leadership team, co-developing go-to-market plans and aligning marketing investment to revenue priorities * Maintain direct alignment with sales team in terms of all pre and post-event communication, marketing-driven campaigns, and event promotion strategy * Drive account-based marketing at scale for the region's most strategic accounts, coordinating across marketing disciplines to deliver cohesive, high-impact programs * Mentor and provide guidance to junior field marketing team members across EMEA, raising the team's collective capability and program quality * Contribute to EMEA-wide marketing strategy discussions, bringing Nordics market insight and challenging assumptions about how and where the team * Invests * Collaborate with the alliances' organization on Snowflake’s strategic sponsorships and go-to-market execution plan at partner events * Establish measurement frameworks and reporting cadences that connect marketing activity to pipeline, revenue influence, and customer expansion OUR IDEAL SENIOR FIELD MARKETING MANAGER WILL HAVE: * 8+ years of experience in field marketing, regional marketing, or demand generation in enterprise B2B technology * Proven ability to define and own a regional marketing strategy, not just execute against one * Proven track record of negotiation skills with vendors and suppliers. * Track record of building trusted, peer-level relationships with sales leadership and influencing joint planning without direct authority * Deep experience running executive engagement programs and high-stakes fieldevents that deliver measurable pipeline outcomes * Experience running 300+ attendee events. * Strong command of account-based marketing strategy, from account selection through multi-channel activation and measurement * Proficiency in marketing automation, CRM, and analytics platforms as supporting tools; experience using AI workflows to drive scale and efficiency is strongly preferred * Fluency in English; fluency in Swedish; and another Nordic language is a significant plus. * The role requires 3 days onsite in our Snowflake Offices BONUS POINTS FOR THE FOLLOWING: * Experience shaping field marketing strategy across multiple EMEA sub-regions or markets simultaneously * Background in cloud data, analytics, or AI platform marketing in the Nordics enterprise landscape * Track record of mentoring or developing junior marketers in a distributed team environment * Experience with AI or GenAI tools (such as Cortex AI) to accelerate campaign creation, personalization, or audience intelligence * Familiarity with Snowflake's go-to-market motion or comparable enterprise data platform ecosystems Snowflake is growing fast, and we’re scaling our team to help enable and accelerate our growth.
