You will work across software development, infrastructure, and operations, driving technical decisions while remaining hands-on with coding, automation, and platform engineering. A key part of the role is designing and operating large-scale Kubernetes environments running primarily on on-premises infrastructure, with a focus on reliability, scalability, and efficiency. Together with the team, you will develop the systems that remove operational bottlenecks, improve productivity, and enable Toptracer to scale worldwide. You will contribute to architecture, automation, deployment strategies, and engineering best practices while collaborating closely with both development and operations teams. Essential skills and experience: * Experience as a senior Platform, SRE, or Infrastructure Engineer. * Proven experience leading platform projects from concept through to production. * Hands-on experience running Kubernetes production environments. * Experience working with cloud platforms, preferably Google Cloud Platform (GCP). * Experience with infrastructure as code, preferably Terraform. * Familiarity with GitOps and CI/CD workflows.
