Om tjänsten

I rollen som Senior Technical Recruiter blir du en nyckelspelare i vår kunds globala Talent Acquisition-team. Du kommer att arbeta i en snabbrörlig och komplex teknisk miljö där fokus ligger på att identifiera, attrahera och anställa topptalanger inom områden som Engineering, Data Science, Machine Learning och AI.

Som konsult hos Academic Work får du en dedikerad konsultchef som stöttar dig i din karriärutveckling. Det här uppdraget är initialt ett tidsbegränsat projekt med start mellan 22–29 juni och sträcker sig till årsskiftet med chans till förlängning.

Arbetsuppgifter

Som Senior Technical Recruiter äger du hela rekryteringsprocessen från start till mål. Du agerar som en strategisk rådgivare till rekryterande chefer och business leaders för att driva framgångsrika kompetensförsörjningsstrategier.

Driva end-to-end-rekryteringsprocesser för seniora och komplexa tekniska roller.

Agera rådgivande partner till rekryterande chefer för att förstå affärens behov och definiera kravprofiler.

Identifiera och proaktivt söka upp (sourca) topptalanger via kreativa kanaler och nätverk.

Säkerställa en fördomsfri, högkvalitativ och inkluderande bedömningsprocess.

Garantera en kandidatupplevelse i absolut världsklass genom hela processen.

Bidra med marknadsinsikter och kontinuerligt förbättra rekryteringsprocesser och interna arbetssätt.

Samarbeta tätt med det globala TA- och HR-teamet för att dela Best Practice.

Vi söker dig som

Har gedigen erfarenhet av att arbeta som Technical Recruiter eller Senior Recruiter.

Har erfarenhet av att rekrytera inom komplexa tekniska områden såsom Engineering, Data Science, ML eller AI.

Besitter ett starkt driv och förmågan att självständigt ro i land hela rekryteringslivscykeln (från sourcing till kontraktsskrivning).

Är en skicklig kommunikativt med dokumenterad erfarenhet av framgångsrik stakeholder management.

Trivs och är bekväm med att arbeta i en snabbrörlig, internationell och föränderlig miljö.

Har en teknisk nyfikenhet och en vilja att lära dig. du behöver inte vara programmerare själv, men du måste förstå domänen.

Talar flytande engelska.

För att trivas i rollen är du motiveras av att samarbeta med olika typer av människor och har en förmåga att skapa förtroende hos både kandidater och kollegor.
